The lighting switch provided by the invention comprises the switch panel and the junction box, wherein the switch panel is fixedly connected with the connecting part of the junction box through the fastener, so that the lighting switch is high in safety, simple in structure and convenient to operate.

In order to make the technical problems solved by the present invention, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a junction box capable of effectively preventing electric shock accidents with high safety. The junction box comprises a mounting seat 1 and a door body 2, wherein a wire penetrating groove 111 is formed in the mounting seat 1, the two door bodies 2 are respectively arranged in the wire penetrating groove 111 in a rotating mode, the two door bodies 2 are closed to seal the notch of the wire penetrating groove 111, and the two door bodies 2 are rotated to open the notch of the wire penetrating groove 111. The door body 2 is provided with a connecting part 21, and the connecting part 21 is used for being fixedly connected with the switch panel through a fastener.
The use method of the junction box is as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the switch panel is not installed, the two door bodies 2 are closed to seal the notch of the threading groove 111 of the installation seat 1, prevent the pre-buried electric wires from being exposed, avoid the occurrence of personnel electric shock accidents and improve the safety performance of the junction box. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the switch panel is required to be installed, the two door bodies 2 are rotated to open the notch of the wire penetrating slot 111, so that the pre-buried wire is conveniently electrically connected with the switch panel. The switch panel is fixedly connected with the connecting part 21 on the door body 2 through a fastener, so that the installation is convenient and quick, and the connection is stable and firm.
Specifically, mount pad 1 includes a mounting section of thick bamboo 11, and the inside wall of mounting section of thick bamboo 11 encloses to establish and forms wire through groove 111, and two door bodies 2 rotate respectively and set up on the inside wall of mounting section of thick bamboo 11, and mounting section of thick bamboo 11 is used for embedding in the mounting groove on wallboard 100, and the lateral wall of mounting section of thick bamboo 11 is leaned on with the inside wall of the mounting groove on wallboard 100. The wire-passing groove 111 is a substantially square groove, and four corners of the square groove are rounded transition treated for maintaining the beauty. The left side and the right side of the two door bodies 2 which are far away from each other are rotationally connected with the inner side wall of the installation cylinder 11, and the upper side and the lower side of the two door bodies 2 are not directly connected with the inner side wall of the installation cylinder 11, so that the door opening and closing function of the two door bodies 2 during rotation is realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the door body 2 is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the mounting cylinder 11 by a flexible portion 23. The flexible part 23 can be integrally formed with the door body 2 and the mounting cylinder 11, and is convenient to manufacture. The wall thickness of the flexible part 23 is thinner, the material is softer, and the door body 2 is conveniently stressed and deformed by adopting flexible materials, so that the door body is rotationally connected with the mounting cylinder 11. Of course, in other embodiments, the door body 2 and the mounting cylinder 11 may be rotatably connected by a hinge or the like.
Since the side wall of the installation cylinder 11 is thin, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 112 are provided on the outer side wall of the installation cylinder 11 to ensure the structural strength of the installation cylinder 11. The first reinforcing rib 112 can extend along the height direction of the mounting cylinder 11, and the end part of the first reinforcing rib 112 is provided with a chamfer to avoid scratching operators.
Specifically, the mounting seat 1 further comprises a mounting frame 12 connected with the mounting cylinder 11, the mounting frame 12 is sleeved on the outer side wall of the mounting cylinder 11, and the mounting frame 12 is used for being abutted against the front side surface of the wallboard 100 to limit the mounting position of the mounting cylinder 11 on the wallboard 100. The mounting frame 12 can be integrally formed with the mounting cylinder 11, or can be separately arranged with the mounting cylinder 11, and the mounting frame 12 and the mounting cylinder 11 can be in interference fit during the separate arrangement. The four corners of the mounting frame 12 are provided with rounded corners to avoid scratching operators.
Since the mounting frame 12 is thin, the inner side surface of the mounting frame 12 is provided with a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 121 to ensure structural strength of the mounting frame 12. The outer side surface of the mounting frame 12 does not need to be provided with reinforcing ribs, so that the appearance is smooth and attractive.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a limiting plate 22 is provided on the door body 2, and when the door body 2 rotates to abut against the inner side wall of the mounting cylinder 11, the limiting plate 22 can abut against the rear side surface of the wall plate 100. The limiting plate 22 is perpendicular to the door body 2, and the wallboard 100 is clamped between the limiting plate 22 and the mounting frame 12, so that the whole junction box is stable and firm. The limiting plate 22 may further be provided with a plurality of third reinforcing ribs 221 to strengthen the structural strength of the limiting plate 22, the third reinforcing ribs 221 may be in a triangle structure, one right-angle side of the triangle structure is connected with the door body 2, and the other right-angle side is connected with the limiting plate 22. The third reinforcing rib 221 may be integrally formed with the limiting plate 22 for convenience of manufacturing.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the connection portion 21 includes an enclosing portion 211 and a protruding portion 212 protruding on the door body 2, the enclosing portion 211 in the shape of an arch bridge is formed with an enclosing space 2111, the protruding portion 212 is located in the enclosing space 2111, an arc-shaped groove 2121 is provided on the protruding portion 212, a cylindrical channel is formed by enclosing the arc-shaped groove 2121 and the enclosing portion 211, the cylindrical channel is used for penetrating a fastener, threads can be provided on an inner wall of the cylindrical channel, and threaded engagement with the fastener such as a screw is facilitated. The surrounding part 211 and the protruding part 212 can be respectively formed by integral injection molding with the door body 2, so that the processing is simple and the batch processing is convenient. The surrounding portion 211 and the protruding portion 212 extend along the width direction of the door body 2, so that after the door body 2 is rotated subsequently, the cylindrical channel is opposite to the fastener to be connected. Rounded transition treatment is adopted at the both ends of the surrounding part 211, so that attractive appearance is ensured, and meanwhile, scratch to operators can be avoided.
To facilitate demolding after injection molding of the connection portion 21 is completed, optionally, as shown in fig. 2, a molding groove 24 is provided on the door body 2, and the molding groove 24 communicates with the surrounding space 2111. In this embodiment, the forming grooves 24 are elongated, and each door body 2 has two forming grooves 24, and the two forming grooves 24 are respectively located at two sides of the protruding portion 212.
To facilitate the operator's observation of the extent of the tightening of the fastener in the enclosed space 2111, an observation port 2112 is optionally provided on the enclosed portion 211, the observation port 2112 being in communication with the enclosed space 2111. The observation port 2112 may be a molding hole, so that the surrounding portion 211 can be easily released after injection molding.
Optionally, a connecting strip 25 is connected between the two door bodies 2. When the switch panel is not installed, the two door bodies 2 are connected and closed through the connecting strip 25 so as to block the notch of the threading groove 111 of the installation seat 1 and prevent children from touching the door bodies 2 by mistake. When the switch panel is required to be installed, the connecting strip 25 between the two door bodies 2 needs to be cut or severed before the two door bodies 2 are rotated. The connecting strip 25 can be integrally formed with the two door bodies 2, and is convenient to manufacture. The connecting strips 25 can be arranged at intervals along the height direction, so that the connecting strength between the two door bodies 2 can be ensured to be high enough, the door bodies 2 can not be opened by mistakenly touching, and the connecting strips 25 can be ensured to be thin enough and convenient to cut off or cut off.
When the junction box provided by the embodiment is not provided with the switch panel, the two door bodies 2 are closed to seal the notch of the threading groove 111 of the mounting seat 1, prevent the pre-buried electric wire from being exposed, avoid the occurrence of personnel electric shock accidents, improve the safety performance of the junction box, rotate the two door bodies 2 when the switch panel is required to be mounted, so as to open the notch of the threading groove 111, facilitate the electric connection between the pre-buried electric wire and the switch panel, and the switch panel is fixedly connected with the connecting part 21 on the door body 2 through a fastener, so that the junction box is convenient and fast to mount and firm in connection.
The embodiment also provides a lighting switch, including switch panel and foretell terminal box, switch panel passes through the connecting portion 21 fixed connection of fastener and terminal box, and the security is high, simple structure, convenient operation.
