The clinician answering module is mainly used for answering questions and illness states of patients by doctors, can interpret examination and examination report sheets, can perform online simple inquiry, can recommend doctors or hospitals under the line to the patients, can perform post-treatment management or follow-up visits on the patients who are subjected to self-treatment, and the like, is not limited in particular, and can be set according to practical application. When a patient is not diagnosed by a doctor, inquiry information, diagnosis and medication recommendation can only be used as references and need to be recommended to an offline hospital for confirmation.
A nurse answering module 209, configured to receive information that the nurse terminal answers the questions issued by the first patient terminal in terms of nursing, disease propaganda and education, or health education, and/or receive information that the nurse terminal assists a doctor in post-treatment management and follow-up work of the patient;
the nurse is a care-giver who has any one of the job titles of nurse, supervisor, subsidiary master and master caregivers and is on the job. The nurse can answer questions of the patient about nursing, disease propaganda and education, health education and the like, and assists the doctor in post-diagnosis management and follow-up work of the patient.
The other medical staff module 210 is configured to receive information that the medical insurance staff terminal solves the medical insurance reimbursement questions issued by the first patient terminal, and/or receive information that the administrative department staff terminal solves the hospital management questions issued by the first patient terminal, and/or receive information that the administrative department staff terminal interprets indexes of the examination and inspection report issued by the first patient terminal.

In order to further optimize the above embodiment, the medical online communication system according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a recommendation module 4;
the recommending module 4 is configured to recommend a corresponding department module, or a patient with similar diagnosis or a patient with similar symptoms or a patient with similar signs, or a corresponding medical resource, or corresponding science popularization knowledge to the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, the symptom, or the sign input by the first patient terminal.
It should be noted that, the recommending module 4 in the embodiment of the present application may specifically include: the department recommending module 401 is configured to recommend a corresponding department module to the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, symptom or physical sign input by the first patient terminal.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of determining a department module is disclosed in an embodiment of the present application. When the medical online communication system is used, if the patient knows which department to communicate with, the corresponding department module such as the digestive system can be directly clicked; if the patient does not know which department to communicate with, the name of disease diagnosis or symptoms or physical signs can be input through the department recommending module, and the department recommending module can recommend the corresponding department module for the patient terminal.
It should be noted that, the department recommendation module in the embodiment of the present application may recommend a department through big data learning, model learning, and related rules, and then recommend a department through inputting a disease diagnosis, or recommend a department through inputting a symptom, or recommend a department through inputting a sign, or recommend a department through inputting a symptom plus a sign, or recommend a department through inputting a check result, and the like, which is not limited specifically, and may be set according to actual applications.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding department is recommended for the patient through the department recommending module, so that the patient can communicate in the corresponding department, and accurate and effective information can be obtained in the subsequent communication process.
It should be noted that, the recommending module 4 in the embodiment of the present application may specifically further include: the similar patient recommending module 402 is configured to recommend the similarly diagnosed patient or the patient with similar symptom or the patient with similar sign to the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, the symptom or the sign input by the first patient terminal, so that the first patient terminal browses information issued by the similarly diagnosed patient or the patient with similar symptom or the patient with similar sign on the communication function module.
For example: the patient inputs a diagnosed disease such as 'lung cancer', the similar patient recommending module can recommend a patient who is also diagnosed with 'lung cancer' to the patient, and the patient terminal can browse information issued by the patient with the same disease on the communication function module, such as a hospital, a department and a doctor who visits a doctor, and what diet the lung cancer is suitable for, the current treatment condition of the patient with the same disease, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the similar patient recommending module recommends patients with similar diagnosis or patients with similar symptoms or patients with similar physical signs for the patient, so that the patient can further know the condition of the patient and obtain corresponding medical resources, and the patient can conveniently seek medical advice in time.
It should be noted that, the recommending module 4 in the embodiment of the present application may specifically further include: the medical resource recommending module 403 is configured to recommend a corresponding medical resource to the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, symptom or physical sign input by the first patient terminal, so that the first patient terminal can browse the medical resource on the communication function module.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding medical resources are recommended for the patient through the medical resource recommending module, so that the patient can obtain the corresponding medical resources, and the patient can see a doctor in time.
It should be noted that, the recommending module 4 in the embodiment of the present application may specifically further include: the science popularization knowledge recommending module 404 is configured to recommend the corresponding science popularization knowledge or article to the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, symptom or physical sign input by the first patient terminal, so that the first patient terminal can browse the science popularization knowledge or article on the communication function module.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding science popularization knowledge or article is recommended to the patient through the science popularization knowledge recommending module, so that the patient can further know the state of illness.
Example eight
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, the medical online communication system according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a privacy setting module 5;
and the privacy setting module 5 is used for receiving a privacy setting request sent by the first patient terminal or the first medical staff terminal and carrying out privacy setting on the information issued on the communication function module according to the privacy setting request.
It should be noted that the privacy setting may be set such as to make an outsider visible, only two communicating people visible, all doctors visible, a designated doctor visible, and the like, and is not particularly limited, and may be set according to actual applications.
In the embodiment of the application, the privacy setting module is used for carrying out privacy setting on the information published on the communication function module, so that the privacy safety of patients or medical staff is ensured.

In order to further optimize the above embodiments, the medical online communication system according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a registration module 6;
the registration module 6 is used for receiving account registration information sent by a first patient terminal or a first medical staff terminal; the account registration information is used for performing account registration in the system; the account registration information of the first patient terminal comprises an account and a password; the account registration information of the first medical staff terminal comprises an account, a password, the name of a hospital, a work card number, a doctor qualification certificate photo, a medical practitioner certificate photo and a photo of a work clothes.
Referring to fig. 6, a flowchart for using a registration module and a login module is disclosed in an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the application, two login modes of a mobile phone side APP and a computer side APP exist, and medical staff or patients can login accounts through the modes of accounts, passwords or face recognition, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like. And when the login information is matched, the system is successfully logged in, and when the login information is not matched, the system returns to the login interface to log in again. When the patient is registered, an account number and a password need to be input. After successful registration, the patient needs to perfect personal information such as age and sex after logging in the system, and some examination and examination reports, diagnosis and certification, discharge summary and the like can be uploaded. When registering, the medical staff needs to input the hospital, the employee number, the doctor qualification certificate photo, the medical practitioner certificate photo, and a photo wearing a work clothes (i.e. qualification certification, the identity of the medical staff needs to be proved), that is, the medical staff in the system needs to be the attending, qualified clinician, nurse, assistant department doctor, administrative department staff, medical insurance staff, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, when the medical staff registers, the hospital, the employee number, the qualified certificate photo of the doctor, the certificate photo of the medical practitioner and the photo of a piece of work clothes need to be input, so that the medical staff in the system can be the qualified and qualified clinician, nurse, assistant department doctor, administrative department staff, medical insurance staff and the like, and the information issued by the subsequent medical staff is reliable.

The embodiment of the application discloses medical online communication equipment, which comprises a patient-to-patient communication module, a medical staff-to-medical staff communication module, a medical staff-to-patient communication module and a plurality of communication function modules; the patient-patient communication module is used for providing communication inlets of the first patient terminal and other patient terminals and realizing the communication function of the first patient terminal and other patient terminals on the plurality of communication function modules; the medical staff and medical staff communication module is used for providing communication inlets of the first medical staff terminal and other medical staff terminals and realizing communication functions of the first medical staff terminal and other medical staff terminals on the plurality of communication function modules; the medical staff and patient communication module is used for providing communication inlets of the first medical staff terminal and the first patient terminal and realizing communication functions of the first medical staff terminal and the first patient terminal on the plurality of communication function modules. Therefore, the medical online communication equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for communication between patients, communication between medical staff and communication between medical staff and patients.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, in the medical online communication device according to the embodiment of the present application, the patient-to-patient communication module is further configured to provide a browsing entry of the first medical staff terminal, so that the first medical staff terminal can browse information issued by the first patient terminal on the plurality of communication function modules;
and the medical staff and medical staff communication module is used for providing a browsing entrance of the first patient terminal and realizing that the first patient terminal browses information issued by the first medical staff terminal on the plurality of communication function modules.
In order to further optimize the above embodiments, the medical online communication apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application further includes: a plurality of department modules;
the department modules are used for selecting a first department module from the department modules according to a first communication request sent by the first patient terminal, and the first department module is used for providing department information of a first department for the first patient terminal; or selecting a second department module from the plurality of department modules according to a second communication request sent by the first medical personnel terminal, wherein the second department module is used for providing department information of the second department for the first medical personnel terminal.
In order to further optimize the above embodiments, in the medical online communication device provided in the embodiments of the present application, the plurality of communication function modules include a medical resource sharing module, a patient life sharing module, and a patient personal space module;
the medical resource sharing module is used for receiving disease condition information and/or medical resource sharing information issued by the first patient terminal;
it should be noted that the medical resource sharing module is further configured to send prompt information to the first patient terminal, where the prompt information is used to prompt the first patient terminal to receive medical resource information recommended by other patient terminals, and prompt whether the medical resource information is confirmed by a doctor.
It should be noted that the medical resource sharing module is further configured to send a reminding message to the first medical staff terminal; the reminding information is used for reminding the first medical staff terminal to confirm the medical resource recommended by the first patient terminal.
It should be noted that the medical resource sharing module is further configured to receive information issued after the first medical staff terminal corrects the error information; the error information is issued in the process of communication between the first patient terminal and other patient terminals.
The patient life sharing module is used for receiving life record information issued by a first patient terminal;
and the patient personal space module is used for receiving the personal treatment experience information, the medication situation information and/or the treatment mental information issued by the first patient terminal.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, in the medical online communication device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the plurality of communication function modules further include an academic communication module, a clinical case discussion module, a medical staff life sharing module, and a medical staff personal space module;
the academic exchange module is used for receiving academic exchange information issued by the first medical staff terminal;
the clinical case discussion module is used for receiving clinical case discussion information issued by the first medical staff terminal;
the medical staff life sharing module is used for receiving life record information issued by a first medical staff terminal;
the medical staff personal space module is used for receiving the data collection information issued by the first medical staff terminal.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, in the medical online communication device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first medical staff terminal includes at least one of the following: the system comprises a doctor terminal, a nurse terminal, a medical insurance staff terminal, an administrative department staff terminal and an auxiliary department staff terminal, wherein the multiple communication function modules 3 further comprise a clinician question answering module, a nurse question answering module and other medical staff question answering modules;

and the other medical staff modules are used for receiving information for solving the medical insurance reimbursement questions issued by the medical insurance staff terminal to the first patient terminal, and/or receiving information for solving the hospital management questions issued by the administrative department staff terminal to the first patient terminal, and/or receiving information for reading indexes of the examination and inspection report sheets issued by the auxiliary administrative department staff terminal to the first patient terminal.
In order to further optimize the above embodiment, the medical online communication device provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes a recommendation module;
and the recommending module is used for recommending a corresponding department module, or a patient with similar diagnosis or similar symptoms or a patient with similar signs, or a corresponding medical resource, or corresponding popular science knowledge for the first patient terminal according to the disease diagnosis name, the symptom or the sign input by the first patient terminal.
