As shown in fig. 5, in the advertisement information, "@ dew", "@ jack", "@ tom" and "@ Jane" are shown in the advertisement information in association with the identifier of the object designator and the identifier of the target object, where @ is the object designator, and dew or jack after @ is the identifier of the target object.
In one embodiment, the bulletin editor may enter the object designator in the bulletin information through a text entry operation, the first terminal may display the identifications of at least part of the members belonging to the shared memory space in response to the operation of entering the object designator, and then determine the member corresponding to the identification of the member designated by the selection operation as the designated target object in response to a selection operation for the displayed identifications of the members.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present an object selection portal (i.e., an identification of an object designating operation in the tool area) in the bulletin editing area, and determine the designated target object according to the identification of a member selected by the bulletin editor through the object selection portal. Such as 416 in fig. 4, is the object selection portal.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present the full-member specification option in the bulletin editing region, and determine all members of the shared storage space as the specified target object in response to a selection operation of the full-member specification option in the bulletin editing region by the bulletin editor. If 420 is selected, all members of the shared memory space are determined to be designated target objects.
Step 208, in response to the advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area, displaying at least a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space.
The advertisement information confirmation operation is an operation for confirming the edited advertisement information.
Specifically, after the bulletin editor completes the bulletin information, the bulletin information confirmation operation may be triggered based on the bulletin editing area, and the first terminal may display at least a part of the bulletin information after completion of the editing in the bulletin area of the browsing interface of the shared memory space in response to the bulletin information confirmation operation.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information validation operation may be a validation identifier in the selected advertisement editing area. For example, the "publish" option in fig. 4 is the confirm identifier.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present all of the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared memory space.
In another embodiment, the first terminal may present a portion of the advertisement information in an advertisement area of a browsing interface of the shared memory space. As shown in fig. 6, an interface diagram of a portion of bulletin information is shown in a bulletin area of a browsing interface of a shared memory space.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area, and upon receiving the full-text presentation trigger operation for the advertisement area, present the whole of the advertisement information in the advertisement area or in any one of an interface, window, dialog, and the like independent of the browsing interface. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying advertisement information in an advertisement area after receiving a full-text display trigger operation for the advertisement area.
In another embodiment, the first terminal may display a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area and, after receiving a sliding operation of the slider for the advertisement area, display a part of the contents of the advertisement information to which the slider slides in response to the sliding operation.
In other embodiments, the first terminal may present a portion of the advertisement information in the advertisement area and present all of the advertisement information in association with the advertisement area after detecting that the cursor moves to the advertisement area. Other ways are possible, without limitation.
And 210, triggering to send an announcement notice to the target object, wherein the announcement notice is used for pointing to announcement information in a browsing interface of the shared storage space.
Wherein, the notice is used for notifying the target object specified by the notice information. The advertisement notification is used for pointing to the advertisement information in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, and means that the advertisement information in the browsing interface for displaying the shared storage space can be triggered by the triggering operation for the advertisement notification, specifically, the second terminal corresponding to the target object can respond to the triggering operation for the advertisement notification, display the browsing interface of the shared storage space, and display the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may trigger the server to send the advertisement notification to the second terminal corresponding to the target object in response to the advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area. The second terminal corresponding to the target object may display an announcement, the user corresponding to the target object may trigger the announcement, and the second terminal may display a browsing interface of the shared storage space in response to the triggering operation, display an announcement area in the browsing interface, and display at least a part of the announcement information in the announcement area.
It will be appreciated that the order of displaying at least a portion of the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared memory space and triggering the sending of the advertisement notification to the target object is not limited, and may be performed simultaneously.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may send the target object to the server, and the server may generate an advertisement notification for the target object and send the advertisement notification to the second terminal corresponding to the target object.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may transmit the target object together with the advertisement information to the server.
In one embodiment, the server may store the advertisement information to which the first terminal is transmitted. The second terminal may acquire the stored advertisement information from the server in response to a trigger operation for the advertisement notification, display a browsing interface of the shared storage space, display an advertisement area in the browsing interface, and display at least a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area.
In another embodiment, the server may transmit the advertisement notification to the second terminal corresponding to the target object together with the advertisement information, and the second terminal may store the advertisement information. The second terminal may display a browsing interface of the shared storage space in response to a trigger operation for the announcement notification, display an announcement region in the browsing interface, and display at least a part of the announcement information stored in advance in the announcement region.
In one embodiment, the server may store the advertisement information sent by the first terminal, after any member in the shared storage space opens the browsing interface of the shared storage space through the terminal, the server may send the stored advertisement information to the terminal corresponding to the member, and the terminal may display at least a portion of the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space.
In another embodiment, the server may directly send the advertisement information sent by the first terminal to the terminal corresponding to each member in the shared storage space, so that each terminal stores the advertisement information, and after any member in the shared storage space opens the browsing interface of the shared storage space through the terminal, the terminal corresponding to the member may display at least a portion of the prestored advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space.
In one embodiment, after step 204, if the bulletin editing operation performed by the bulletin editor includes an object specifying operation, steps 206 to 210 are performed. If the advertisement editing operation performed by the advertisement editor does not include the object specifying operation, step 208 is performed. That is, if the advertisement information does not specify the target object, it is not necessary to specify the target object and to transmit the advertisement notification to the target object, and at least a part of the advertisement information may be displayed in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space in response to the advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area.
In one embodiment, after receiving the post information after editing, the server may send a post area update notification to the terminals corresponding to each member in the shared storage space, where the terminals corresponding to each member may display a post area update flag in a browsing interface in the shared storage space according to the post area update notification.
In other embodiments, the first terminal may send the announcement to not only the second terminal corresponding to the target object, but also the second terminal and the third terminal corresponding to the member other than the target object in the shared storage space at the same time, that is, the first terminal may send the announcement to the terminals corresponding to the members of the shared storage space, so as to prompt that the update exists in the advertising areas of the members. The terminal corresponding to each member can display the announcement, and respond to the triggering operation for the announcement, display the browsing interface of the shared storage space.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may also send the announcement notification to the second terminal directly, so as to implement peer-to-peer communication.
According to the interaction method based on the shared storage space, the bulletin information is input in the bulletin editing area of the shared storage space, the target object belonging to the member of the shared storage space is appointed, and the bulletin notice is sent to the target object, wherein the bulletin notice is used for pointing to the bulletin information in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, so that the appointed target object can timely learn that the bulletin information of the shared storage space is updated, and can quickly check the bulletin information in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, the editors of the bulletin information do not need to inform the target object to check the bulletin information in the shared storage space, and the target object does not need to specially open the shared storage space, so that the efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information includes at least one of text information and an object link. In this embodiment, step 204 of displaying the entered advertisement information in the advertisement editing area of the shared memory space includes displaying a cursor representing the entered position in the advertisement editing area, displaying the entered text information at the position of the cursor and updating the position of the cursor when the text entry operation is triggered, and displaying the object links of the referenced objects at the position of the cursor and updating the position of the cursor when the object referencing operation is triggered.
Wherein the object link is an access link of the referenced object for accessing (i.e., opening) the object referenced in the advertisement information.
It should be noted that the referenced object and the specified target object are concepts of different layers. The referenced object refers to the object presented to be referenced in the advertisement information. The target object is a specified object that needs to be informed of the announcement information. I.e., the specified object that needs to receive notification of the announcement.
In one embodiment, the referenced objects may include at least one of files and folders, and the like. Wherein the file may include at least one of a picture, a video, a document, and the like.
Specifically, the bulletin editor may select a recording position in the bulletin editing area, and the first terminal may display a cursor for representing the selected recording position. When the bulletin editor performs text entry operation, the first terminal can display the entered text information at the position of the cursor and update the position of the cursor. When the bulletin editor performs an object reference operation, the first terminal may display an object link of the referenced object at a position of the cursor and update the position of the cursor in response to the object reference operation.
In one embodiment, the object links may be embedded in the text information and correspond to the content of the text information. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the folder "learning material" corresponds to the content of the text information "learning material please view here". The file "demand document" corresponds to the text information content of the demand document.
In the above embodiment, the bulletin editor may display the input text information or the referenced object link at the cursor by selecting the input position (i.e. the position of the cursor), that is, may perform non-partition input on information in different forms or formats, so as to flexibly edit the bulletin information, and make the content of the text information in the bulletin information correspond to the object link, thereby displaying the bulletin information more intuitively, further improving efficiency and improving the information quantity expressed by the bulletin information.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information includes an access link to at least one of a file and a folder. The method further includes displaying an advertisement editing area of the shared memory space in response to an advertisement editing triggering operation on a browsing interface of the shared memory space. In this embodiment, step 204 of exposing the entered advertisement information in the advertisement editing area of the shared memory space includes, in response to a file reference operation triggered based on the advertisement editing area, exposing an access link to at least one of a file and a folder specified by the file reference operation in the advertisement editing area.
The file reference operation refers to an operation of referencing file information in the bulletin information. It is understood that the file referencing operation may be used to reference at least one of a file, a folder, and the like.
Specifically, the bulletin editor may perform bulletin editing triggering operation on the browsing interface of the shared storage space through the first terminal, and the first terminal may respond to the bulletin editing triggering operation to display the bulletin editing area of the shared storage space. The bulletin editor may perform a text referencing operation based on the bulletin editing region through the first terminal, and the first terminal may acquire an access link of at least one of a file and a folder specified by the text referencing operation in response to the text referencing operation, and display the acquired access link in the bulletin editing region.
In one embodiment, the bulletin editing trigger operation may be clicking on a bulletin area in the browsing interface of the shared memory space. In another embodiment, the first terminal may display an identifier for triggering the display bulletin editing area in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, and the bulletin editing triggering operation may be clicking on the identifier for triggering the display bulletin editing area. In other embodiments, the advertisement editing triggering operation may be other operations such as clicking the identifier of the advertisement area displayed in the browsing interface of the shared storage space (e.g. 606 in fig. 6 is the identifier of the advertisement area), which is not limited.
In one embodiment, if there is no advertisement information in the advertisement area of the shared storage space, the advertisement editing area triggered to be displayed in response to the advertisement editing triggering operation is used for editing new advertisement information, i.e. newly creating advertisement information.
In another embodiment, if there is advertisement information in the advertisement area of the shared storage space, the advertisement editing area triggered to be displayed in response to the advertisement editing triggering operation is used for editing the existing advertisement information.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present a file reference entry in the bulletin editing region, and the bulletin editor may select at least one of a file and a folder to be referenced through the file reference entry. After the selection is completed, the first terminal may present the access link of at least one of the selected file and folder in the bulletin board editing area. Such as 418 in fig. 4, is the file reference entry.
In other embodiments, the bulletin editor may also trigger the file reference operation by entering a specific character in the bulletin edit section for triggering the file reference or performing a combination key operation.
In the above embodiment, the first terminal may respond to the file reference operation triggered based on the advertisement editing area, and display, in the advertisement editing area, an access link of at least one of a file and a folder specified by the file reference operation, so that the advertisement area has a function of referencing the file, thereby improving the richness of the function of the advertisement area and improving the richness of the content of the advertisement information. In addition, the files or folders can be directly accessed through the access link, and corresponding files or folders do not need to be searched in the shared storage space layer by layer, so that the efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the step of displaying the access link of at least one of the file and the folder specified by the file reference operation in the bulletin editing area in response to the file reference operation triggered based on the bulletin editing area comprises determining the specified reference object according to the file reference operation triggered based on the bulletin editing area, wherein the reference object comprises at least one of the file and the folder, and if the reference object is a local object to be uploaded, displaying the access link corresponding to the reference object after the uploading of the reference object is successful in the bulletin editing area.
Specifically, the first terminal may determine the specified reference object according to a file reference operation triggered by the bulletin editor based on the bulletin editing region. If the reference object is a local object to be uploaded, the first terminal can upload the reference object to the server for storage, and the server can generate an access link of the reference object successfully uploaded and inform the first terminal that the reference object is successfully uploaded. The first terminal may acquire an access link of the reference object from the server and present the access link of the reference object in the bulletin board editing region.
In one embodiment, before uploading the reference object to the server, the first terminal may copy the reference object to the cache (i.e. temporarily upload the directory), and then upload the reference object to the server for storage, so as to avoid the occurrence of failure in uploading caused by deletion of the local reference object in the uploading process. In one embodiment, after receiving the notification that the server has successfully uploaded the reference object, the first terminal may delete the reference object in the buffer area, so as to save memory.
In an embodiment, if the reference object is a local object to be uploaded, the first terminal may upload the reference object to a personal storage space in a cloud storage network disk to which the shared storage space belongs. The personal storage space is a cloud storage space belonging to a person in the cloud storage network disk. It is understood that the personal storage space is a personal storage space corresponding to the bulletin editor.
In another embodiment, if the reference object is a local object to be uploaded, the first terminal may upload the reference object into the shared memory space.
In the above embodiment, if the reference object is a local object to be uploaded, the reference object may be uploaded to the server first, and then the access link of the reference object is obtained, so that the local file or folder may be uploaded to the cloud storage network disk conveniently, and the access link may be added to the advertisement information, which not only improves the richness of the advertisement information, but also may access the referenced file or folder conveniently through the access link in the advertisement information, thereby improving the access efficiency.
In one embodiment, the shared storage space is cloud storage space in a cloud storage network disk for sharing among members. The step of exposing, in response to the file referencing operation triggered based on the advertisement editing area, an access link of at least one of a file and a folder specified by the file referencing operation in the advertisement editing area further comprises exposing, in the advertisement editing area, an access link of the referencing object obtained from a server of the cloud storage network disk if the referencing object is an object already stored in the cloud storage network disk.
Specifically, the first terminal may determine the specified reference object according to a file reference operation triggered by the bulletin editor based on the bulletin editing region. If the reference object is an object stored in the cloud storage network disk, the first terminal can acquire an access link of the reference object from the server, and display the access link of the reference object in the bulletin editing area.
It may be understood that the reference object is a stored object in the cloud storage network disk, and the reference object may be a stored object in a shared storage space for which the bulletin editor performs bulletin editing operation, or may be a stored object in a storage space other than the shared storage space in the cloud storage network disk. The other storage space may be a shared storage space or a personal storage space.
In the embodiment, the access links of the objects in the cloud storage network disk can be added to the bulletin information, so that not only is the richness of the bulletin information improved, but also the referenced files or folders can be conveniently accessed through the access links in the bulletin information, and the access efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the step of determining the specified reference object according to a file reference operation triggered based on the bulletin editing region includes exposing a file selection entry in response to a trigger operation for a file reference entry in the bulletin editing region, the file selection entry including at least one of a file selection entry of a local file and a file selection entry of a network disk file, exposing an identification of a candidate reference object corresponding to the selected file selection entry, the candidate reference object including at least one of a file and a folder, and regarding the reference object corresponding to the identification selected from the identifications of the candidate reference objects as the specified reference object.
The file selection entry of the local file is an entry for selecting the local file. The file selection entry of the network disk file is an entry for selecting a file stored in the cloud storage network disk.
Specifically, the first terminal may present at least one of a file selection entry of the local file and a file selection entry of the network disk file in response to a trigger operation of the bulletin editor for the file reference entry in the bulletin editing area. The bulletin editor may select any one of the file selection entries, and the first terminal may present the identification of the candidate reference object corresponding to the selected file selection entry. The bulletin editor may select from the identifications of the candidate reference objects, and the first terminal may use the reference object corresponding to the selected identification as the specified reference object.
The "insert" in fig. 4 and the "insert" in fig. 5 are file reference entries, the "space document" option in fig. 5 is a file selection entry for a network disk file, and the "file" option is a file selection entry for a local file. The "meeting summary" and "problem to be solved list" in fig. 5, etc. are the identifications of the corresponding candidate reference objects shown after the entry is selected for the file selection of the web disc file.
In one embodiment, the file selection portal may also include a picture selection portal.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present the file selection entry in at least one of a floating window, an interface, a window, a dialog box, and the like in response to a trigger operation for the file reference entry in the bulletin editing region.
In the above embodiment, the first terminal may display a file selection entry, and announce that the editor may select the reference object through the file selection entry, and the first terminal may determine the reference object according to the identifier of the selected candidate reference object, so that the user may conveniently select the object to be referred through the file selection entry, thereby improving the efficiency of object reference.
In one embodiment, step 206 determining the target object that is a member of the shared memory space that is specified in response to the object specification operation for the bulletin information includes determining all members of the shared memory space as the specified target object in response to a selection operation for a full member specification option in the bulletin edit area.
The member designation option is an option for designating all members of the shared storage space in the bulletin editing area as target objects. Such as 420 in fig. 4, designates options for the whole person.
Specifically, the first terminal may present the full-member specification option in the bulletin editing region, the bulletin editor may perform a selection operation for the full-member specification option, and in response to the selection operation, the first terminal may determine all members of the shared storage space as the specified target object.
In one embodiment, after determining all members of the shared memory space as the specified target object, the first terminal may present the object designator and the holonomic identifier in association in the announcement information. For example, the object designator may be "@", and the holonomic identification may be "owner", i.e., the "@ owner" is displayed in the bulletin message.
In another embodiment, after determining all members of the shared memory space as the specified target objects, the first terminal may not present the corresponding object designators and the holonomic identification in the announcement information.
In the embodiment, the bulletin editor can rapidly designate all members as target objects through the whole member designation option without selecting each member as the target object one by one, thereby improving the object designation efficiency.
In one embodiment, step 206, in response to an object designation operation for the advertisement information, determining a target object of the designated member belonging to the shared storage space includes exposing an identification of at least a portion of the members belonging to the shared storage space in response to a trigger operation for an object selection entry in the advertisement editing area, and in response to a selection operation for the exposed identification of the member, determining a member corresponding to the identification of the member designated by the selection operation as the designated target object.
The object selection entry is an entry for selecting a specified target object. Such as 416 in fig. 4, is the object selection portal.
Specifically, the first terminal may present the identification of at least part of the members belonging to the shared storage space in response to a trigger operation of the bulletin editor to select an entry for an object in the bulletin editing area. The bulletin editor may perform a selection operation on the identity of the member presented, and the first terminal may determine, in response to the selection operation, a member corresponding to the identity of the member specified by the selection operation as the specified target object.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present the identification of at least a part of members belonging to the shared storage space in at least one of an interface, a floating window, a dialog box, and the like in response to a trigger operation for selecting an entry for an object in the bulletin editing area.
In one embodiment, the bulletin editor may select from the identity of the member presented. In another embodiment, the bulletin editor may also search for the identity of the member to be selected and make the selection.
In the above embodiment, the bulletin editor may select a member as a target object through the object selection entry, thereby improving convenience of object assignment.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises exposing the object designator in the advertisement information, and an identification of the target object designated by the object designator, and triggering transmission of the advertisement notification to the target object comprises triggering transmission of the advertisement notification to the target object designated by the object designator.
Wherein the object designator is a symbol for designating the target object.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may perform association presentation on the object designator and the identification of the target object designated by the object designator in the announcement information. Such as "@ dew" and "@ jack" in fig. 5, etc.
It will be appreciated that based on the object designator, the computer can identify the designated target object. The structure corresponding to the object designator plus the target object identifier enables the machine to recognize the target object designated therefrom. Thus, the first terminal can locate the object designator from the advertisement information and identify the specified target object based on the identification of the target object that the object designator has located, and then send the advertisement notification to the specified target object.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may trigger transmission of the advertisement notification to the target object specified by the object designator in response to an advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area.
In the above embodiment, the first terminal displays the object designator and the identifier of the target object designated by the object designator in the advertisement information, and triggers to send the advertisement notification to the target object designated by the object designator, so that the target object is conveniently designated by the object designator, and the object designation efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises associating business card information of the target object with the identification of the target object when the identification of the target object specified by the object designator is in the selected state.
The business card information is used for displaying personal information of each dimension of the user corresponding to the target object.
In one embodiment, the business card information may include at least one of a name, a nickname, a job position, a business of the user, a department of the business, a contact address, and the like, to which the target object corresponds. The contact information can comprise at least one of a mobile phone number, a fixed phone number, a mailbox, a seat and the like.
In one embodiment, when the first terminal detects that the cursor moves to the identification of the target object, it may be determined that the identification of the target object is in the selected state.
In another embodiment, when the first terminal detects a click operation for the identification of the target object, it may be determined that the identification of the target object is in the selected state.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present the business card information of the target object beside the identification of the target object.
In one embodiment, the first terminal may present the business card information of the target object in at least one of an interface, a floating window, a dialog box, and the like.
As shown in fig. 8, when "@ Jane" is selected by the bulletin editor, i.e. in a selected state, name card information of Jane is displayed in a side association of "@ Jane".
In the above embodiment, when the identifier of the target object specified by the object designator is in the selected state, the first terminal may display the business card information of the target object in association with the identifier of the target object, so that the personal information of the target object can be previewed in the bulletin editing process, on one hand, wrong selection of the target object is avoided, on the other hand, more information of the target object can be provided, and convenience in bulletin editing is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises displaying the identity of the target object in the advertisement information, and determining context information within a preset range adjacent to the display location of the identity of the target object from the advertisement information. In this embodiment, triggering the sending of the advertisement notification to the target object at step 210 includes triggering the sending of the advertisement notification containing the context information to the target object.
The context information refers to advertisement information in a preset range adjacent to the identification of the target object in the advertisement information.
Specifically, the bulletin editor may select the position of the cursor in the bulletin editing area through the first terminal used, and the first terminal may display the cursor for representing the entry position at the selected position in the bulletin editing area. The first terminal may display the identification of the target object at the position of the cursor in response to the object designation operation of the bulletin editor, and determine context information within a preset range adjacent to the display position of the identification of the target object from the bulletin information. The first terminal may trigger transmission of an advertisement notification including the context information to the target object in response to an advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area. In one embodiment, the preset range may be set arbitrarily, for example, the context information may be advertisement information in the same line as the identifier of the target object, and for example, the context information may also be advertisement information in the same line as the identifier of the target object, and in the previous line and the next line.
In the above embodiment, the first terminal may determine the context information corresponding to the identifier of the target object, and trigger to send the notification including the context information to the target object, so that the user corresponding to the target object may preview the context information of the specified location in the notification information in advance according to the notification, thereby improving efficiency.

An organization may correspond to a cloud storage network disk, and a cloud storage network disk may include a plurality of shared storage spaces therein. Each shared memory space may correspond to a team within an organization. For example, an enterprise comprises team A and team B, members of team A can commonly use shared storage space a in the cloud storage network disk of the enterprise, and members of team B can commonly use shared storage space B in the cloud storage network disk of the enterprise.
In the above embodiment, the members in the organization may share resources through the shared storage space in the cloud storage network disk in the organization instant messaging application, and announce or notify important matters to the organization members by editing the announcement information in the shared storage space, so that the organization members can timely acquire the information related to the shared storage space, thereby improving efficiency.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, an interaction method based on a shared storage space is provided, and the method is applied to the second terminal 104 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step 902, when the current user account belongs to a target object specified by the advertisement information of the shared storage space, displaying an advertisement notification pointing to the advertisement information, wherein the current user account belongs to a member of the shared storage space.
The current user account refers to an account currently logged in the shared storage space.
Specifically, the second terminal corresponding to the target object specified by the advertisement information may receive the advertisement notification sent by the server, and display the advertisement notification.
In one embodiment, the advertisement notification may include at least one of a name of the advertisement editor, a nickname, an avatar, a name of a shared memory space to which the advertisement notification corresponds, a target object specified by the advertisement notification, and context information.
In one embodiment, the second terminal may display the announcement notification in a notification area corresponding to the cloud storage network disk. That is, the advertisement notification of each storage space in the cloud storage network disk may be displayed in the notification area corresponding to the cloud storage network disk. Fig. 10 is an interface schematic diagram showing announcement notification in a notification area corresponding to a cloud storage network disk. The cloud storage network disk in fig. 10 is a cloud storage network disk in an organization instant messaging application, in which a corresponding notification area divided for the cloud storage network disk exists, and notification of each storage space in the cloud storage network disk may be displayed in the notification area, for example, the notification of "open west in the advertisement of the space B" in the drawing is the notification of the advertisement of the shared storage space B.
In another embodiment, the second terminal may display the announcement notification in a notification area corresponding to the shared storage space. That is, each shared storage space in the cloud storage network disk may correspond to one notification area, and the second terminal may display the announcement notification of each shared storage space in each corresponding notification area.

In one embodiment, the browse interface of the shared memory space may include an announcement area and a file area. The third terminal corresponding to a member other than the target object in the shared storage space may acquire the advertisement information from the server in response to an opening operation of the browsing interface for the shared storage space, and display the browsing interface for the shared storage space, display the advertisement area in the browsing interface for the shared storage space, and display at least a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area.
In another embodiment, the first terminal may transmit the advertisement information to the server in response to an advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area, and the server may transmit the advertisement information to terminals corresponding to respective members of the shared storage space, so that the respective terminals store the advertisement information. The terminals corresponding to the members of the shared storage space comprise a second terminal corresponding to the target object and a third terminal corresponding to the members except the target object in the members of the shared storage space. In one embodiment, the second terminal or the third terminal may present all of the advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space.
In another embodiment, the second terminal or the third terminal may present a portion of the advertisement information in an advertisement area of a browsing interface of the shared memory space. In one embodiment, the second terminal or the third terminal may present a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area, and upon receiving a trigger operation for the advertisement area, present all of the advertisement information in the advertisement area or in any one of an interface, window, dialog, and the like independent of the browsing interface in response to the trigger operation. In another embodiment, the second terminal or the third terminal may display a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area, and after receiving a sliding operation of the slider for the advertisement area, display a part of the content of the advertisement information to which the slider slides in response to the sliding operation. In other embodiments, the second terminal or the third terminal may present a part of the advertisement information in the advertisement area and present the entirety of the advertisement information in association with the advertisement area after detecting that the cursor moves to the advertisement area. Other ways are possible, without limitation.
According to the interaction method based on the shared storage space, the appointed target object can timely acquire the existence update of the advertisement information of the shared storage space according to the advertisement notification, and can quickly view the advertisement information in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, the editors of the advertisement information do not need to inform the target object to view the advertisement information in the shared storage space, and the target object does not need to specially open the shared storage space, so that the efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information includes an identification of the target object. Displaying the advertisement notification pointing to the advertisement information includes displaying the advertisement notification including the context information in a notification area corresponding to the shared storage space, the context information being information within a preset range adjacent to a location of the identification of the target object in the advertisement information.
Specifically, the bulletin editor may select the position of the cursor in the bulletin editing area through the first terminal used, and the first terminal may display the cursor for representing the entry position at the selected position in the bulletin editing area. The first terminal may display the identification of the target object at the position of the cursor in response to the object designating operation of the bulletin editor, and determine context information within a preset range adjacent to the position of the identification of the target object in the bulletin information. The first terminal may trigger transmission of an advertisement notification including the context information to the target object in response to an advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area. The second terminal corresponding to the target object may display the advertisement notification in the notification area corresponding to the shared storage space, and display the context information in the advertisement notification.
In the above embodiment, the user corresponding to the target object can preview the context information of the position specified in the advertisement information in advance according to the advertisement notification, thereby improving the efficiency.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information includes access links to at least one of files and folders, and the presenting the browsing interface of the shared memory space in response to a triggering operation for the advertisement notification includes presenting at least one of files and folders to which the access links are directed in response to a triggering operation for the advertisement notification.
Specifically, the second terminal may present a browsing interface of at least one of a file and a folder to which the access link is directed in the shared storage space in response to a trigger operation for the announcement notification.
In one embodiment, the second terminal may jump to at least one of the file and the folder to which the access link points according to the front-end router in response to a trigger operation for the advertisement notification.
For example, if the access link in the announcement information points to the folder a, the second terminal may respond to the triggering operation for the announcement notification to display the browsing interface for the folder a in the shared storage space.
In the above embodiment, the second terminal may directly display at least one of the file and the folder pointed by the access link in response to the triggering operation for the advertisement notification, so that the user corresponding to the target object does not need to search the file or the folder referenced in the advertisement information layer by layer in the shared storage space, thereby improving efficiency.
In one embodiment, the advertisement information includes an access link to at least one of a file and a folder, and after the at least a portion of the advertisement information is presented in the advertisement area, the method further includes opening at least one of the file and the folder to which the access link points in response to a trigger operation for the access link.
Specifically, the second terminal may open at least one of a file and a folder to which the access link is directed in response to a trigger operation of the access link in the advertisement information for the advertisement area.
In one embodiment, the second terminal may jump to at least one of a file and a folder to which the access link is directed according to the front-end router in response to a trigger operation of the access link in the advertisement information for the advertisement area.
As shown in fig. 11, an interface diagram of a file to which an access link to "demand document" in fig. 7 is directed is opened in response to a trigger operation of the access link.
In the embodiment, the user can directly open the file or the folder pointed by the access link by triggering the access link in the bulletin information, so that the file or the folder referenced in the bulletin information does not need to be searched layer by layer in the shared storage space, and the efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises displaying an advertisement area update flag in the browsing interface, the advertisement area update flag indicating that updated advertisement information exists in the advertisement area.
In one embodiment, the bulletin area update markers may be red dots, exclamation marks, or other forms of markers, without limitation.
In one embodiment, the second terminal may display the advertisement area update flag in association with the advertisement area. For example, the bulletin area update markers may be presented beside or above the bulletin area, or the bulletin area update markers may be presented above the bulletin area's logo. Such as 606 in fig. 6, is the identification of the bulletin board. As can be seen in fig. 6, the identifier 606 has a dot added to it as an advertisement area update flag, compared to the identifier 302 in fig. 3.
In another embodiment, the second terminal may also display the identified pattern of the announcement region differently from the previous pattern as the announcement region update mark. For example, the color of the logo of the bulletin area is darkened.
In one embodiment, the second terminal may not cancel the display of the advertisement area update flag after receiving the trigger operation for the advertisement area.
In the above embodiment, the terminal may display the advertisement area update flag in the browsing interface to prompt that updated advertisement information exists in the advertisement area, so that members in the shared storage space can timely learn that updated advertisement information exists in the advertisement area, and the advertisement editor does not need to inform each member that the advertisement information is updated, thereby improving efficiency.
In one embodiment, when the identification of the target object in the advertisement information of the advertisement area is in the selected state, the second terminal or the third terminal may display the business card information of the target object in association with the identification of the target object.
In the above embodiment, the personal information of the target object specified in the announcement information can be provided quickly, and members sharing the storage space do not need to find the personal information of the target object specially, thereby improving efficiency.
As shown in fig. 12, the method in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by an architecture including a client and a background as shown in fig. 12. The background may be a server or a system formed by a plurality of servers, or may be a background of the terminal. The client may be a terminal used by the user. The client may communicate with the background through the network module. The background may have at least one of a KV storage (Key-value storage, i.e., key-value pair storage, a storage method), a function of transmitting a notification, a function of transmitting a message, and the like. The client may have at least one of the functions of bulletin area update markup presentation, bulletin information presentation, and jumping to a referenced file or folder.
The background can store the announcement information and the designated target object through the KV storage function. The background can send notice of the update of the bulletin area to the client through the function of sending notice, so that the client can display the update mark of the bulletin area in the browsing interface of the shared storage space through the function of displaying the update mark of the bulletin area. The background can send the notice to the client through the function of sending the message, so that the client can display the notice, respond to the triggering operation for the notice, display the browsing interface of the shared storage space, and display the notice information in the notice area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space through the function of notice information display. The enterprise can open the cloud storage network disk in the enterprise instant messaging application, and different shared storage spaces in the cloud storage network disk can be respectively allocated for each team in the enterprise. Wherein the team may include at least one of departments and groups in the enterprise, and the like. The enterprise instant messaging application may be an enterprise micro-message. The cloud storage network disk may be a micro disk in an enterprise WeChat. The shared memory space may be a shared space in a micro disk.
The team members may perform an announcement editing operation in the shared storage space corresponding to the team to enter announcement information, and may designate a target object, where the announcement information may include at least one of text information, an object link, and an identification of the target object. The terminal may display at least a portion of the edited advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space in response to the advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area, and trigger transmission of the advertisement notification to the designated target object. Wherein the designated target object is a member of the shared memory space, i.e., a member of the team.
For example, if the team is a team of a project group, the bulletin information may be a notification related to the project for which the project group is responsible. That is, for example, the bulletin information may include notifying the members of the project group to upload project achievements into a certain folder in the shared memory space, and an access link of the folder may be added to the bulletin information. For another example, the target object specified by the bulletin information may be a project responsible person, the bulletin information may include notifying the project responsible person to follow up the project, and an access link notifying the project responsible person of the project related file viewed by the project responsible person may be added to the bulletin information, so that the project responsible person can quickly view the file.
The terminal used by the designated team member can display the bulletin notice in the enterprise instant messaging application, after the designated team member triggers the bulletin notice, the terminal can display a browsing interface of the shared storage space, display a bulletin area in the browsing interface, and display at least part of bulletin information in the bulletin area.
The terminal used by the unspecified team member can display the browsing interface of the shared storage space after the team member triggers the operation of opening the browsing interface of the shared storage space, display the bulletin area in the browsing interface, and display at least part of bulletin information in the bulletin area.
The application further provides an application scene which is an interaction scene independent of the shared storage space in the cloud storage network disk of other applications, and the application scene applies the interaction method based on the shared storage space. Specifically, the application of the interaction method based on the shared storage space in the application scene is as follows:
The team members may perform an announcement editing operation in the shared storage space corresponding to the team to enter announcement information, and may designate a target object, where the announcement information may include at least one of text information, an object link, and an identification of the target object. The terminal may display at least a portion of the edited advertisement information in the advertisement area of the browsing interface of the shared storage space in response to the advertisement information confirmation operation for the advertisement editing area, and trigger transmission of the advertisement notification to the designated target object.
The advertisement notification may be a cloud storage network disk application sent to the terminal corresponding to the target object, or may be sent to the terminal corresponding to the target object by other preset notification methods, for example, the advertisement notification may be sent to the terminal corresponding to the target object by at least one of an instant messaging application, a short message, a mail, and the like. Wherein the designated target object is a member of the shared memory space, i.e., a member of the team.
Accordingly, the terminal used by the designated team member may display the announcement notification in the cloud storage network disk application, or may display the announcement notification in at least one of an instant messaging application, a short message, a mail application, and the like. After the designated team members trigger the bulletin notice, the terminal may display a browsing interface of the shared storage space, display a bulletin area in the browsing interface, and display at least a portion of bulletin information in the bulletin area.
The terminal used by the unspecified team member can display the browsing interface of the shared storage space after the team member triggers the operation of opening the browsing interface of the shared storage space in the cloud storage network disk application, display the bulletin area in the browsing interface, and display at least part of bulletin information in the bulletin area.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The various modules in the shared memory-based interaction device described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.

The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of interaction based on a shared memory space. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 17 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is provided that includes computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device performs the steps in the above-described method embodiments.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in various forms such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), etc.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (20)

Triggering to send an announcement notification containing context information to the target object, wherein the announcement notification is used for notifying the target object to be designated by the announcement information, the announcement notification points to the announcement information in the browsing interface of the shared storage space, the context information is the announcement information in a preset range adjacent to the identification of the target object in the announcement information, a second terminal corresponding to the target object displays the announcement notification without opening the shared storage space, displays the context information in the announcement notification, performs triggering operation on the announcement notification, and displays the browsing interface of the shared storage space and the announcement information in an announcement area of the browsing interface by the second terminal in response to the triggering operation.
The system comprises a target object, a notification module and a second terminal, wherein the target object is used for sending a notification containing context information to the notification module, the notification module is used for notifying the notification module that the target object is designated by the notification information, the notification module is used for notifying the notification information in a browsing interface of the shared storage space, the context information is notification information in a preset range adjacent to the identification of the target object in the notification information, the second terminal corresponding to the target object displays the notification module without opening the shared storage space, the notification module displays the context information in the notification module, the notification module is used for triggering the notification module, the second terminal responds to the triggering operation and displays the browsing interface of the shared storage space and the notification information in a notification area of the browsing interface.
