Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Because the charge after the vehicle charges can only be accomplished manually, and can't combine charge with the parking cost, accomplish the control of parking area gate automatically, lead to the problem that the intelligent degree of management in parking area is low, efficiency is poor.
Based on the above problems, the present invention provides a parking lot vehicle control method.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a parking lot vehicle control method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the parking lot vehicle control method includes:
and step S10, identifying and acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle entering the parking lot at the entrance of the parking lot, and storing the acquired license plate number of the vehicle in association with the time when the vehicle enters the parking lot.
A system architecture for providing parking lot vehicle control, referring to fig. 2, the parking lot control system comprising: fill electric pile 1 and with fillvehicle identification device 2 andserver 3 that electric pile is connected,server 3 with high in theclouds 4 and parking areavehicle control terminal 5 are connected, parking area vehicle control terminal is connected with parking area exit gate 6 andentry gate 7, exit gate 6 withentry gate 7 is connected withmobile terminal 8 respectively, high in theclouds 4 are connected with third party system 9.
In this embodiment, the execution subject for controlling the parking lot vehicle control method is preferably a terminal device, and further is a parking lot vehicle control program installed on the terminal device, where the terminal device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal (mobile phone, pad, etc.), a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a server, or the like. The vehicle is preferably a new energy vehicle, for example, a battery-powered vehicle. When the charging amount of the vehicle is lower than a preset electric quantity threshold value (for example, the preset electric quantity threshold value is 10% or 5% of the total electric quantity), a charging prompt message is sent, in an electric quantity dial of the vehicle, a part lower than the preset electric quantity threshold value can display red, in a part higher than the preset electric quantity threshold value, a part close to the preset electric quantity threshold value can display yellow, a part with a sufficient electric quantity value (for example, 30% -100%) can display green, and the electric quantity value is displayed in the electric quantity dial in a pointer mode. The colors are set according to the requirements of users or the requirements of vehicle performance, and personalized setting can be realized, namely, the colors of the electric quantity values in different stages on the dial part are set according to the preferences of different users.
When the electric quantity value of the vehicle is lower than the preset electric quantity threshold value or the vehicle side user needs to charge the vehicle, the vehicle is driven into a parking lot with a charging pile or a position with the charging pile, and in the embodiment, the vehicle is preferably driven into the parking lot with the charging pile.
When a vehicle is detected to drive into a parking lot, namely the vehicle drives into an entrance of the parking lot, when the vehicle drives into a snapshot area of a vehicle recognition instrument, a ground sensing coil is triggered, namely the recognition of a license plate number is triggered, a license plate recognition device automatically snapshots and processes an image of the vehicle, the image is displayed and stored in a license plate recognition system and uploaded to a cloud terminal (the license plate number is uploaded to the cloud terminal through a server connected with the license plate recognition system), a gate of the entrance of the parking lot automatically releases the image, timing is started, namely the parking time of the vehicle is recorded, and the vehicle drives into the parking lot after passing through the entrance. And meanwhile, acquiring reserved parking space information of the license plate number and navigation information from the entrance to the reserved parking space, and sending the navigation information to the vehicle side terminal for a user to reach the charging pile in time for charging operation. The navigation information can also be generated directly according to the current available parking space when the user does not reserve the parking space. And after the vehicle enters the entrance of the parking lot, if the vehicle is a charging reservation queuing vehicle, the vehicle is converted from reservation queuing to effective queuing. In order to more reasonably utilize the charging pile of the parking lot, after the reservation is confirmed and a preset time period (for example, 30 minutes or 40 minutes) is set between the reservation and the queuing, if the vehicle is not converted from the reservation and the queuing to the effective queuing, the reservation of the vehicle is cancelled, and the charging pile is released for reservation or charging of other vehicles; or when the interval preset time period is reached and the charging pile in the parking lot is insufficient in power supply, the vehicle reservation is cancelled.
When the vehicle enters the entrance of the parking lot and the license plate number is identified unsuccessfully, the automatic control gate is opened, the situation that the license plate cannot be identified is prompted, the collected image of the vehicle is marked, so that the subsequent manual filling is carried out on the license plate number of the vehicle, or the image is sent to a server or a cloud terminal to automatically identify the license plate number of the terminal with stronger computing capacity. When the gate can not be automatically opened, the gate is manually opened, the vehicle is released, and the payment operation and the recording process are completed by manually controlling the entering vehicle. Through automatic vehicle of passing the unidentified license plate number, improve the efficiency of getting into the parking area, prevent that the condition of jam from taking place, and then more reasonable completion parking area vehicle's control.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the parking space of the parking lot is full, the lever is not automatically lifted, or when the lever for limiting the entrance and the exit of the entrance gate is not automatically controlled, the lever is not automatically lifted. And when the parking lot parking space is full, sending out prompt information to prompt that the parking lot parking space is full.
When the vehicle needs to be charged, a vehicle side user sends a charging request, after the charging request is received, the terminal device indicates the position of the vacant charging pile and provides a navigation line, so that the corresponding charging pile can be found timely and quickly to carry out quick charging. After the vehicle is charged, the license plate recognition device of the charging pile recognizes the license plate information of the vehicle (the charging pile is connected with the license plate recognition device), the license plate recognition device of the charging pile sends the recognized license plate information to a server connected with the charging pile, and the license plate information of the vehicle recognized by the charging pile is received.
Step S20, recognizing and acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle for charging operation in the parking lot, calculating the charging cost of the vehicle according to the charging start-stop time and the charging unit price or the charging start-stop time, the charging unit price and the charging discount information after the vehicle finishes charging, and storing the acquired license plate number of the vehicle and the charging cost of the vehicle in a correlated manner.
After the vehicle finishes charging operation, the charging pile calculates charging expense information and sends the charging expense information to a server connected with the charging expense information, the server sends the charging expense information and the license plate information of the vehicle to a cloud end, and after a user pays charging expense, the charging expense information can be sent to a gate opening of an outlet of a parking lot. The process of calculating the charging fee information of the vehicle includes: and calculating charging cost information according to the charging starting time, the charging ending time and the charging unit price, or further calculating the charging cost information of the vehicle according to the charging discount information of the vehicle after calculating the charging cost information. The terminal equipment acquires vehicle payment information corresponding to the license plate number received from a cloud, and the vehicle payment information comprises charging payment information and parking payment information. The acquired trigger is when the vehicle requests to find a parking lot, or when the vehicle enters an exit of the parking lot, or when a user requests electronic payment.
Step S30, recognizing and acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle driving out of the parking lot at the exit of the parking lot, acquiring the time of the vehicle entering and driving out of the parking lot and calculating the parking cost of the vehicle if the license plate number of the vehicle is associated with unpaid parking cost; and if the license plate number of the vehicle is associated with the unpaid charging fee, collecting the parking fee and the charging fee of the vehicle.
When the vehicle drives into an exit of the parking lot, the vehicle identification snapshot area where the vehicle drives into the exit triggers the ground sensing coil, namely, a license plate identification process is triggered, the vehicle identification device automatically snapshots and processes an image of the vehicle, identifies a license plate number, displays and stores the license plate number in a system and uploads the license plate number to the cloud (the license plate number is uploaded to the cloud through a server connected with the vehicle identification device). When the payment operation of the vehicle is finished, the terminal equipment directly controls a controller at an outlet of the parking lot to open a gate at the outlet of the parking lot; when the payment operation corresponding to the vehicle payment information is not completed, namely when the payment operation of charging and parking fee is not completed, the terminal device deducts the parking fee and the charging fee corresponding to the payment operation from a third-party system associated with the license plate number, or carries out electronic payment before the vehicle leaves through a mobile terminal APP, so that the controller of the parking lot exit is directly controlled to open the gate of the parking lot exit after the payment operation of the vehicle is completed. The third-party system includes but is not limited to an account with which the user is bound in advance and the user can set the amount of the fee to be automatically deducted from the third-party system as required, for example, the daily limit is 100 yuan or 200 yuan, or the like, or the automatic deduction process is completed by means of single authorization or today authorization. When the payment operation corresponding to the vehicle payment information is not completed, the following steps can be also performed: sending prompt information whether to carry out automatic deduction, automatically deducting when obtaining confirmation, receiving payment of a user through a bank union flash payment card or an electronic purse or a one-card IC card after receiving no confirmation information or an instruction of not automatically deducting within preset time (2 minutes or 5 minutes and the like), and controlling a gate to be opened after the payment is finished. More payment modes are provided, and then the parking lot is reasonably controlled. The automatic deduction is to finish fee deduction in advance, or to carry out fee deduction after the vehicle leaves the parking lot; the electronic payment is similar to quick payment, and the payment operation is finished by simple authorization of a user. After the advance payment operation is completed, a certain time interval (for example, 5 minutes or 10 minutes) is preset, when the certain time interval arrives and the vehicle paid in advance does not exit from the parking lot, the time is counted again from the arrival time point, the parking fee of the vehicle is calculated, and a prompt message is sent to the vehicle side terminal to prompt a user that the parking time is up and the parking fee needs to be calculated again. For example, refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram illustrating parking lot vehicle entrance and exit payment and gate control.
After the payment is finished, the payment information is automatically uploaded to a server management database for subsequent inquiry, or the payment information is uploaded regularly, for example, the payment information is uploaded once every 1 day or 2 days, and incremental payment information is uploaded every time. In order to improve the vehicle monitoring process, when a vehicle enters, the license plate information of the vehicle is compared with a pre-stored license plate information database so as to compare abnormal vehicles such as stolen vehicles or illegal vehicles, and when the abnormal vehicles are compared, prompt information is sent to a management terminal or directly sent to related departments so as to improve the safety supervision of the vehicle.
In an embodiment of the invention, for a special vehicle, for example, an annual card vehicle or a prepaid vehicle, when the vehicle leaves the parking lot exit, the terminal device directly controls the controller at the parking lot exit to open the gate at the parking lot exit, and after the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the terminal device deducts the cost of the vehicle, for example, deducts the single parking cost, and when the vehicle is charged, deducts the parking cost and the charging cost at the same time.
In other embodiments of the present invention, in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle, when the vehicle is about to leave the parking lot, the terminal device sends the information that the vehicle leaves the parking lot to a specified mailbox, wherein the specified mailbox includes but is not limited to a mailbox of a vehicle user, a mailbox of a parking lot administrator, and the like. The safety of the vehicle leaving the parking lot is ensured by sending the vehicle leaving the parking lot information to a designated mailbox in advance to inform the vehicle of the vehicle leaving the parking lot information in advance.
To better describe the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, the following process is specifically described:
when the vehicle is charged by adopting the charging pile, the license plate recognition device corresponding to the charging pile recognizes license plate information (the license plate recognition device is connected with the charging pile), the license plate recognition device sends the license plate information to a server connected with the license plate recognition device, the charging pile calculates charging cost information after charging is finished, the charging cost information is transmitted to the server connected with the charging pile (simultaneously, the server is connected with the license plate recognition device), the server sends the charging cost information and the license plate information to a cloud, the cloud sends the charging cost information to a barrier gate, and after a user pays the charging cost, payment information can be sent to the barrier gate. When the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the license plate number of the vehicle is collected, the parking fee is calculated, if the charging fee exists at the same time, and when the charging fee is not paid, the charging fee and the parking fee are collected at the same time.
The embodiment automatically identifies the vehicle information of the vehicle entering and exiting the parking lot, and when the vehicle exits the parking lot and the payment operation is not completed, the parking fee and the charging fee are deducted. Effectively avoid the vehicle charge after the charge expense can only manual completion, and can't combine charge expense and parking cost, accomplish the control of parking area gate automatically, lead to the problem that the intelligent degree of management in parking area is low, efficiency is poor. The intelligent degree of parking lot management and the efficiency of parking lot vehicle control are improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a parking lot vehicle control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Based on the first embodiment of the parking lot vehicle control method, before the step S10, the method further includes:
step S40, receiving a vehicle charging reservation instruction, and acquiring the number of the current charging piles, the number capable of reserving and the number of reserved charging;
step S50, calculating the waiting time of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle reservation instruction as a first time according to the number of the current charging piles, the number capable of reserving and the number of reserved charging;
step S60, sending the first time to the vehicle charging reservation instruction side terminal, so as to notify the terminal side user to perform charging reservation queuing according to the first time.
In this embodiment, when a user of the vehicle needs to charge, the user can search a nearest position where a charging pile exists through an APP loaded on a mobile terminal carried by the user, where the position is preferably a position of a parking lot, and when the nearest position of the parking lot is searched, the user of the vehicle initiates a charging reservation instruction based on the APP loaded on the mobile terminal, the terminal device receives the vehicle charging reservation instruction, acquires the position of the vehicle after receiving the vehicle charging reservation instruction, searches the nearest position of the parking lot from the vehicle according to the position of the vehicle, prompts a charging parking lot to which the user on the vehicle side can go after searching the nearest position of the parking lot, and acquires the number of currently available charging piles, the number of available charging piles and the number of reserved charging piles when the user confirms to reserve the nearest charging parking lot, and calculating the waiting time of the vehicles corresponding to the vehicle reservation instructions as first time according to the number of the current charging piles, the number capable of reserving and the number of reserved charging, and sending the first time to the vehicle charging reservation instruction side terminal to inform the terminal side user to queue up charging according to the first time. Specifically, according to the number of the existing vacant charging piles, when an unmanned charging pile exists or an unmanned charging pile exists, one charging pile is directly selected from the vacant charging piles to be reserved for the current user, namely, whether an available charging pile exists currently or not is obtained, one charging pile is selected from the available charging piles to be used as a reserved charging pile, and a reservation result is informed; when the charging pile which is not reserved does not exist, namely, when the available charging pile does not exist currently, the waiting time of the user is calculated to serve as the first time, and the user is prompted to wait for the first time to go to the parking lot for charging. And when the user confirms that the nearest charging parking lot is reserved, generating navigation information for going to the nearest parking lot so that the user can quickly and timely find the nearest parking lot for charging operation.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the nearest charging parking lot needs to be queued, the searching is carried out from near to far according to the searched position of the nearby charging parking lot, and a charging parking lot which is not queued is selected from the searching to prompt a user, so that the user can select whether to arrive at the charging parking lot which is not queued. In the process of selecting the charging parking lot, a user can select a charging parking lot which is frequently visited by the user and is closest to the current position to prompt the user according to the historical charging habit data of the user, or a most favorable charging parking lot is selected from the charging parking lots to prompt the user to perform charging operation according to pre-recorded preferential information, for example, the user is prompted to visit the closest charging parking lot to perform charging operation when recording coupons of the charging parking lots A, B and C owned by the user.
In other embodiments of the present invention, in order to ensure that the user completes the charging operation timely and accurately, referring to fig. 5, after step S60, the method may further include:
step S70, acquiring the position of the vehicle and the position of the parking lot, and calculating the distance from the vehicle to the parking lot according to the position of the vehicle and the position of the parking lot;
step S80, obtaining the traffic information from the vehicle position to the position of the parking lot, and calculating the time from the vehicle position to the parking lot as the second time according to the traffic information and the distance;
step S90, calculating the time for prompting the user to start from the position of the vehicle according to the first time and the second time to be used as a third time;
and step S100, when the third time is up, sending prompt information to the terminal to prompt departure from the vehicle position.
And after the charging operation of the charging pile is successfully reserved, acquiring the position of the vehicle and the position of the parking lot, and generating navigation information so as to navigate the vehicle to the parking lot. So that the user can quickly and timely drive to the parking lot to carry out charging operation. In order to reasonably utilize time and ensure queuing efficiency, the user can go to the parking lot on time.
