Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, noble metal jewelry becomes a necessity in life of people, particularly for young people, although noble metal has better oxidation resistance, the surface gloss is dull after a long time, and meanwhile, the antifouling performance is poorer.
In the prior art, when a vacuum coating machine is used for coating a film on a jewelry, because of the peculiar shape of the jewelry, an electroplated protective layer is not completely formed on the surface of the jewelry after the film is coated, wherein the jewelry is most particularly a bracelet, various peculiar sculptures exist in the bead, metal ornaments at the joint part are in various shapes, particularly the metal ornaments with the concave cambered surfaces are arranged at the joint part, and the joint part is limited by the bead, so that the jewelry is difficult to be coated, and the oxidation resistance of the jewelry is low.
In summary, there is a need for a device for coating and inspecting the entire surface of an artwork to overcome the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that when a vacuum coating machine is used for coating a jewelry, due to the peculiar shape, an electroplated protective layer is not completely formed on the surface of the jewelry after coating, the most special shape is a bracelet, the pearl has various peculiar sculptures, the metal ornaments at the joint are in various shapes, particularly the metal ornaments with the concave cambered surfaces are arranged at the joint, and the joint is limited by the pearl, so that the jewelry is difficult to coat and the oxidation resistance of the jewelry is low, the invention provides the comprehensive surface coating and detection equipment for the artware.
The technical scheme is as follows: a device for comprehensively coating and detecting the surface of an artwork comprises a base, an installation frame, a coating system and a detection system; the upper part of the base is provided with an installation frame; the left part of the base is provided with a film coating system for coating a film by a bracelet; and a detection system for detecting the film coating degree of the hand string is arranged at the right part of the base.

As the improvement of above-mentioned scheme, the one end of fourth limiting plate is provided with the breach of indent for the ornament of spacing hand cluster.
As the improvement of the scheme, the first limiting seat positioned at the uppermost part is provided with a rectangular inwards concave area for placing a rope for stringing hands, and the rest first limiting seats are provided with arc-shaped inwards concave rubber pads.

Has the advantages that: (1) the invention realizes the comprehensive film coating of the surfaces of metal products such as rings, bracelets, bracelet strings and the like, and simultaneously uses the rotating force to link the rings, bracelets and bracelet strings to rotate, so that the covered parts of the rings, bracelets and bracelet strings are coated with films, the bracelet strings are firstly spread, the beads of the bracelet strings are separated from the metal ornaments among the beads, the film coating of the metal ornaments among the beads of the bracelet strings is realized, and simultaneously, the coated bracelet strings are detected to check whether the surface coating of the bracelet strings meets the requirements of water resistance and dirt resistance.
(2) In the invention: through having set up the coating system, realized metal product such as ring, bracelet and hand cluster, the rotation mode of using device itself simultaneously promotes the pearl on the hand cluster and rotates, makes its regional completion coating film that is difficult to the coating film.
(3) In the invention: through the arrangement of the detection system, the effect of film coating on the surface is detected after the film coating is finished, and the overall film coating on the surface of the handicraft and the film coating time of the detection equipment are adjusted according to conditions.

A device for comprehensively coating and detecting the surface of an artwork is shown in figures 1-21 and comprises abase 1, an installation frame 2, acoating system 3 and adetection system 4; the upper part of thebase 1 is provided with a mounting frame 2; the left part of thebase 1 is provided with afilm coating system 3; the right part of thebase 1 is provided with adetection system 4.
Firstly, workers move the overall film coating and detecting equipment on the surface of the handicraft to a position to be used, then an external power supply runs and debugs the overall film coating and detecting equipment on the surface of the handicraft, and the workers turn on thefilm coating system 3 and put metal products such as bracelet, ring and bracelet; then controlling afilm coating system 3 to coat the outer surface of the film; then the worker takes out the hand cluster fromcoating system 3, fixes the hand cluster after the coating is accomplished on detectingsystem 4, then controls detectingsystem 4 to drip the surface of hand cluster, then controls detectingsystem 4 to detect the hand cluster, checks whether the hand cluster reaches waterproof and anti-adhesion's effect.

One end of the sixthlimiting plate 4020 is provided with an inwards concave notch for limiting the ornaments strung with hands.
The second limitingseat 4021 located at the top is provided with a rectangular inwards concave area for placing a rope for stringing a hand, and the rest second limitingseats 4021 are provided with arc-shaped inwards concave rubber pads.
