Ultrasonic device and method for treating ParkinsonTechnical Field
The application relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to ultrasonic equipment and a method for treating Parkinson's disease.
Background
Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system, with symptoms usually tremor or clumsy movement of one limb, mainly manifested as resting tremor, bradykinesia, muscular rigidity or dysbasia.
Non-invasive treatment regimens using focused ultrasound to relieve essential tremor are being slowly adopted by hospitals around the world, such as treating parkinson's disease, where focused ultrasound can kill abnormal cells, break the brain circuits that cause tremor by destroying or ablating certain tissues in the brain, and thereby improve tremor in the body without surgery. Ultrasound treatment comprises two steps: the patient needs to place the head inside a helmet that transmits ultrasound waves; the patient is then transported with the helmet to the interior of the MRI machine. The focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus is combined with the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, focused ultrasonic waves are targeted to tissues in the deep part of the brain, heat ablation or cell membrane damage is carried out, and doctors can monitor the positions of the ultrasonic waves in real time through the nuclear magnetic resonance imager to adjust the energy level of the ultrasonic waves, so that the focused ultrasonic waves can accurately damage target tissues in the brain.
In view of the above-mentioned related art solutions, the inventors found that: because the Parkinson patients have difficulty in controlling the body, when the Parkinson patients enter the helmet, the helmet and the Parkinson patients can be separated from each other, and the treatment effect of the Parkinson patients is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the possibility of separation between the head of a patient and a helmet, the present application provides an ultrasound device and method for treating parkinson.
The ultrasonic equipment for treating Parkinson adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides an ultrasonic equipment of treatment Parkinson, includes the helmet and connects the ultrasonic emission head on ultrasonic equipment, and the ultrasonic emission head sets up inside the helmet, is provided with two headgear covers inside the helmet, and two headgear covers make up into the hemisphere that the size is less than the helmet, are provided with on the helmet and can drive the fixing device that can keep away from each other or be close to between two headgear covers.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the headgear cover can be close to each other or keep away from in helmet inside for the headgear cover can adjust according to the patient's of difference head, and headgear cover laminates with patient's head mutually, fixes patient's head, increases and uses the ultrasonic wave when treating the patient, and ultrasonic targeted precision makes placing inside the helmet that patient's head can be stable simultaneously, reduces the possibility that patient's head and helmet break away from mutually.
Preferably, the fixing means comprises a plurality of sliders provided on the head-protecting cover and slidably coupled with the helmet in a direction toward or away from the top of the helmet.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, slider and helmet sliding connection because the helmet is inside to be spherical, when the slider was inside to keeping away from or be close to the helmet top on the direction go up when moving in the helmet, can drive the headgear to moving on the direction that is close to or keeps away from each other, and it can be fixed to different patients' head to advance to make the headgear.
Preferably, a fixing band is arranged on the helmet, and two ends of the fixing band are respectively positioned at two sides of the head protection sleeve.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, place after helmet inside when patient's head to adjust the headgear to suitable position, then place the fixed band in patient's neck position, and then fix patient's head between fixed band and helmet, reduce the possibility of alternate segregation between patient and the helmet.
Preferably, a movable handle and a connecting sleeve are arranged on the helmet, two ends of the movable handle penetrate through the helmet and are connected with the head protection sleeve, the movable handle is connected with the helmet in a sliding mode, the connecting sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the movable handle, and a fixing bolt is connected to the movable sleeve in a threaded mode.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, be provided with the removal handle on the helmet, the both ends of removing the handle respectively with two headgear cover sliding connection, and sliding connection between removal handle and the helmet, consequently can drive the headgear cover and remove inside the helmet when pulling removal handle, and then can be close to each other or keep away from between the messenger's headgear cover, after the headgear cover adjusts to suitable position, can use fixing bolt will remove and fix between handle and the connecting sleeve, make the headgear cover can fix in suitable position, reduce the patient at the treatment in-process, because the tremor and make the headgear cover produce the possibility of skew.
Preferably, a damping spring is arranged between the head protection sleeve and the sliding block.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, set up damping spring between headgear and slider, damping spring can absorb the vibrations between headgear and the slider, reduces the vibrations that the patient received at headgear inside to the patient can carry out rocking of small range in helmet inside, makes the patient head can more comfortable placing in helmet inside, reduces the pain of hindering that the patient received when the treatment.
Preferably, including the magnetic resonance imaging appearance, be provided with the staple bolt that can fix the helmet on the magnetic resonance imaging appearance.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, fix the helmet through using the staple bolt for can dismantle between helmet and the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, consequently can wear the helmet earlier after patient's head, on installing the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, make things convenient for the patient to enter into the inside ultrasonic therapy that carries out of nuclear magnetic resonance imager.
Preferably, be provided with the waistband on the magnetic resonance imager, the waistband is provided with two, and the one end that two waistbands kept away from each other all is with magnetic resonance imager fixed connection, is provided with the magic subsides in the one end that the waistband is close to each other.
By adopting the technical scheme, after a patient lies on the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, the waist of the patient can be fixed by using the waistband, so that the separation between the patient and the nuclear magnetic resonance imager due to uncontrollable tremor in the treatment process is reduced; and use the magic subsides to connect between two beam waist areas, therefore the patient can lie earlier on the nuclear magnetic resonance imager after, use two beam waist areas to fix the patient, make things convenient for the patient to lie on the nuclear magnetic resonance imager.
Preferably, be provided with the regulating block on the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, regulating block and nuclear magnetic resonance imager sliding connection, one side that the nuclear magnetic resonance imager was kept away from to the regulating block is articulated mutually with the staple bolt.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, be provided with the regulating block on nuclear magnetic resonance imager, the regulating block can drive staple bolt and helmet and remove on nuclear magnetic resonance imager, consequently after the patient lies on nuclear magnetic resonance imager, can then adjust the position of helmet through removing the regulating block, makes the patient can treat on comfortable position.
Preferably, the adjusting block is provided with a puller bolt capable of fixing the adjusting block.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the patient is gone up the treatment on the nuclear magnetic resonance imager, because involuntary tremor and then make patient's head be in the state of rocking, can use the puller bolt to fix between helmet and the nuclear magnetic resonance imager this moment, and then reduce the range of rocking of patient's head, make the doctor can be more accurate with ultrasonic wave target object position.
The application method of the ultrasonic equipment for treating Parkinson adopts the following technical scheme:
a method of using an ultrasound device for treating parkinson's disease, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing a helmet at the top of the head of a patient, adjusting a size of a head protection sleeve matched with the top of the head of the patient by using a movable handle, and fixing the movable handle by using a fixing bolt;
