Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air-blowing type feed hopper for a concrete mixing truck, which solves the problem that sticky concrete is not easy to clean up when the existing feed hopper is cleaned.

an air-blowing type feed hopper for a concrete mixing truck comprises a hopper body, a water distribution pipe and a water supply pipe, wherein the hopper body is arranged on the concrete mixing truck and used for conveying concrete into the concrete mixing truck;
an air inlet pipe communicated with an air source is arranged below the water distribution pipe and along the inner wall of the bucket body, and an air outlet used for blowing in flushing water to the inner wall of the bucket body and cleaning residual sludge gas on the inner wall of the bucket body together with the flushing water when the flushing water is sprayed into the water distribution holes is arranged on the air inlet pipe.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the water distribution pipe and the air inlet pipe are arranged along the periphery of the inner wall of the bucket body.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the exhaust ports are uniformly distributed on the air inlet pipe, and the water distribution holes are uniformly distributed on the water distribution pipe.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the hopper body is communicated with the air inlet pipe and is provided with an air receiving assembly which is conveniently connected with an air source to control the on-off of an air path.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the air receiving assembly comprises an air receiving pipe connected with an air inlet pipe, one end of the air receiving pipe, which is used for being connected with an air source, is provided with a first air pipe plug, and the air receiving pipe is provided with a ball valve.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the air source is a chassis air pump of the concrete mixing and transporting truck, and the air inlet pipe is connected with the chassis air pump through a pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the entire bucket body is shaped like a cone.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, an opening direction of the exhaust port is adapted to a slope of the tapered surface of the bucket body.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the slope of the tapered surface of the bucket body is 60 °.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the feed hopper for the concrete mixing truck, the air inlet pipe is arranged on the hopper body, the high-pressure air is introduced into the inner wall of the hopper body, and when the sticky concrete on the inner wall of the hopper body is washed, the sticky concrete is cleaned by the air flow and the water flow together, so that the cleaning of the sticky concrete is facilitated, the reduction of the volume of the hopper body caused by excessive sticking of the concrete is avoided, and the overflow of the concrete from the feed hopper during feeding is avoided.
2. The feed hopper for the concrete mixing truck is connected with the chassis air pump of the concrete mixing truck through the air receiving assembly, so that high-pressure air is conveniently obtained, meanwhile, the on-off of an air passage is conveniently controlled, and the cleaning of the adhered concrete on the inner wall of the hopper body is facilitated.

As mentioned above, because the bottom of the concrete mixing truck is provided with the chassis air pump, when the chassis air pump is used as an air source and the air source for air supply is not required to be independently arranged, the whole air supply path and control structure is simple, the cost is low, and the concrete mixing truck has good practical popularization and application significance.
