Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-channel temperature monitoring unit device and system for a circuit, so as to reduce the test space required for multi-channel temperature monitoring of the circuit.
The invention provides a multi-path temperature monitoring unit of a circuit, which comprises a temperature sensor circuit and a flexible flat cable, wherein one end of the temperature sensor circuit is connected to one end of the flexible flat cable, and the other end of the temperature sensor circuit is connected to a circuit to be measured.
The invention also provides a multi-path temperature monitoring device of the circuit, which comprises a switching port and a plurality of multi-path temperature monitoring units of the circuit, wherein the other end of the flexible flat cable of each multi-path temperature monitoring unit is respectively connected with one end of the switching port, and the switching port is an I2C-USB switching port.
The invention also provides a multi-path temperature monitoring system of the circuit, which comprises a data processing module and the multi-path temperature monitoring module, wherein the multi-path temperature monitoring module is connected with the data processing module through the I2C-USB switching port, and the data processing module is used for receiving and processing the data sent by the multi-path temperature monitoring module and outputting a data processing result.
In one embodiment, the data processing module further includes a user interaction unit, and the user interaction unit is configured to visualize and send the data processing result output by the data processing module to a user.
In one embodiment, the user interaction unit comprises a touch/non-touch display screen, an input keyboard, a virtual keyboard, an indicator light, a microphone or a speaker.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a multi-path temperature monitoring unit, a device and a system of a circuit, which reduce the test and installation complexity of a temperature probe by using a light flexible flat cable material in the multi-path temperature monitoring unit of the circuit.
Furthermore, the multi-path temperature monitoring device and the multi-path temperature monitoring system of the circuit provided by the invention also improve the expandability of the multi-path temperature monitoring of the circuit through an I2C-USB adapter.
Furthermore, the multi-path temperature monitoring system of the circuit provided by the invention is also connected with the data processing module for analysis and processing, so that the intuitiveness of data processing is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
The embodiment of the invention firstly describes a multi-path temperature monitoring unit of a circuit. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of one embodiment of a multiple temperature monitoring unit of a circuit according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-channel temperature monitoring unit of a circuit, which includes atemperature sensor circuit 111 and a flexibleflat cable 112, wherein one end of the temperature sensor circuit is connected to one end of the flexible flat cable, and the other end of the temperature sensor circuit is connected to a circuit to be measured.
In the prior art, because negative temperature coefficient metal has the characteristic that the resistance value changes along with the change of temperature, it is very common to use negative temperature coefficient metal as a resistor to form a temperature measurement circuit, however, the composition of the temperature measurement circuit is complex, the occupied space is large and the temperature measurement circuit is fixed. In contrast, in the embodiment of the invention, a light flexible flat cable is adopted, the temperature sensor circuit is welded at one end of the flexible flat cable to form the multi-path temperature monitoring unit, when the temperature of the circuit needs to be measured, the other end of the temperature sensor circuit is connected to the circuit to be measured, and the flexible flat cable has the advantages of softness, thinness and light weight, so that a plurality of multi-path temperature monitoring units can be easily installed in a test scene with a small space, and the test space required by multi-path temperature monitoring of the circuit is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention describes a multi-path temperature monitoring unit of a circuit, the complexity of testing and installing a temperature probe is reduced by using a light flexible flat cable material in the multi-path temperature monitoring unit of the circuit, the flexible flat cable has the advantages of flexibility, thinness and thinness, the temperature probe can be easily installed in a testing scene needing to be installed and with a narrow space/gap, and the multi-path temperature monitoring unit reduces the testing space needed by the multi-path temperature monitoring of the circuit.

The invention also provides a multi-path temperature monitoring device of the circuit, which comprises a plurality of multi-pathtemperature monitoring units 11 of the circuit and aswitching port 12, wherein the other end of the flexible flat cable of each multi-pathtemperature monitoring unit 11 is respectively connected with one end of theswitching port 12, and theswitching port 12 is an I2C-USB switching port.
In the prior art, because a commonly used temperature measuring system is a USB interface, the channels of the temperature measuring system have upper limit, and multi-path monitoring exceeding the upper limit is difficult to realize. In contrast, in the embodiment of the invention, the I2C-USB adapter is adopted, so that the original USB interface is expanded into a plurality of I2C interfaces, and the other ends of the flexible flat cables of the multiple temperature monitoring units are respectively connected to the I2C interfaces, thereby improving the expandability of the multiple temperature monitoring of the circuit.

In addition to the above method, the embodiment of the present invention further describes a multi-path temperature monitoring system of a circuit. FIG. 3 shows a block diagram of one embodiment of a multiple temperature monitoring system of a circuit according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the multi-channel temperature monitoring system includes the aforementioned multi-channeltemperature monitoring module 1 and thedata processing module 2, where the multi-channeltemperature monitoring module 1 is connected to thedata processing module 2 through the I2C-USB interface, and thedata processing module 2 is configured to receive and process data sent by the multi-channel temperature monitoring module, and output a data processing result. In one embodiment, thedata processing module 2 is a computer.
In the prior art, although the temperature of each circuit to be measured can be measured, the temperature of a plurality of circuits to be measured cannot be monitored and compared in a comprehensive mode.
In one embodiment, the data processing module further includes a user interaction unit, and the user interaction unit is configured to visualize and send the data processing result output by the data processing module to a user. In one embodiment, the visualized data processing results include, but are not limited to, textual information, graphical information, image information, numerical information, acoustic information, optical information, and combinations of one or more of the foregoing. In one embodiment, the results are sent in a form including, but not limited to, display to the user and sent to the user's user terminal by way of wired/wireless communication.
In one embodiment, the user interaction unit comprises a touch/non-touch display screen, an input keyboard, a virtual keyboard, an indicator light, a microphone or a speaker.
