Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, the invention provides an auxiliary device for installing a pipeline sealing ring and a construction method thereof, which solve the technical problems that the sealing ring is difficult to install and is easy to misplace in the traditional construction, and the positioning ring is arranged on one pipeline in a sleeved mode, so that the clamp body controls the connecting plate to open and close to prop open the sealing ring, the sealing ring is conveniently and accurately sleeved at the joint of the two pipelines, the installation accuracy of the sealing ring is improved, and the sealing performance of the joint of the pipelines is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an auxiliary device for installing a seal ring of a pipeline, which is used for coating the seal ring at the position where a first pipeline and a second pipeline are butted, and comprises:
a positioning ring for sleeving the first pipeline;
two opposite pliers bodies rotatably connected to the positioning ring; and
connect in this pincers body and keep away from the tip of position circle and be curved connecting plate with the sealing washer phase-match, through rotating two these pincers bodies, so that two the pincers body is kept away from the tip of position circle drives two these connecting plates and keeps away from each other to prop open this sealing washer, and then remove the position circle is located the position that first pipeline and second pipeline docked until the sealing washer, fixes the sealing washer and takes out the connecting plate, so that this sealing washer cladding is in the position that this first pipeline and this second pipeline docked.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved in that a through hole is formed in the end portion, close to the positioning ring, of the clamp body, the positioning ring penetrates through the through hole, and the clamp body rotates around the positioning ring by rotating the clamp body.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved in that the clamp body is rotatably connected with the positioning ring through a ball shaft.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved in that the thickness of the part, close to the positioning ring, of the connecting plate is larger than that of the part, far away from the positioning ring, of the connecting plate, so that the connecting plate forms a slope corresponding to the side face of the sealing ring.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved in that the end part of the connecting plate is nonlinear.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved in that the clamp body comprises a first folding edge which is rotatably connected with the positioning ring and extends towards the axial direction far away from the positioning ring, and a second folding edge which is connected with the connecting plate and the end part of the first folding edge far away from the positioning ring.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved by further comprising a driving rod fixedly connected to the end part of the clamp body close to the positioning ring.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved by further comprising a control plate fixed on the side part of one driving rod far away from the other driving rod.
The auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring is further improved by further comprising anti-skid grains formed on the surface of the control plate.
A construction method of an auxiliary device for installing a pipeline sealing ring comprises the following steps:
providing the auxiliary device, penetrating the first pipeline into the positioning ring, and enabling the connecting plate to face the second pipeline to be installed;
providing a sealing ring, sleeving the sealing ring on the two connecting plates, rotating the two clamp bodies to drive the two connecting plates to be away from each other so as to open the sealing ring, and arranging the second pipeline between the two connecting plates in a penetrating manner and attaching the second pipeline to the end part of the first pipeline;
loosening the two pliers, enabling the sealing ring to contract to drive the two connecting plates to mutually approach and attach to the outer wall of the second pipeline, and moving the positioning ring until the sealing ring corresponds to the butt joint position of the first pipeline and the second pipeline;
and fixing the sealing ring and drawing out the connecting plate to ensure that the sealing ring is coated at the joint of the first pipeline and the second pipeline.
According to the auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring, the auxiliary device and the pipeline are convenient to position and install through the positioning ring, the auxiliary device is prevented from being stressed and dislocated when the sealing ring is installed, so that the installation accuracy of the sealing ring is influenced, the opening size of the connecting plate is conveniently increased through arranging the clamp body in a bent shape, the sealing ring is conveniently unfolded, the size of the sealing ring is larger than that of the pipeline, and therefore the sealing ring is conveniently sleeved on the two pipelines after the two pipelines are connected.
Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present invention, the following description is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an auxiliary device for installing a pipe sealing ring, which is used for wrapping the sealing ring at a position where a first pipe 5 and a second pipe 6 are butted, and the auxiliary device comprises:
an end positioning ring 1 sleeved on the first pipeline 5;
the two opposite pliers bodies 2 connected with the positioning ring 1 are rotated, and the two pliers bodies 2 are adjusted through rotation, so that the end parts of the two pliers bodies 2 far away from the positioning ring 1 are far away from each other; and
connect and keep away from the tip of position circle 1 in pincers bodies 2 and be curved connectingplate 3 with sealing washer 7 phase-match, through rotating two pincers bodies 2, keep away from two connectingplates 3 each other with the tip that the position circle 1 was kept away from to two pincers bodies 2, thereby strut sealing washer 7, and then second pipeline 6 stretches into between two connectingplates 3 and docks with first pipeline 5, and then remove position circle 1 until sealing washer 7 is located the position of first pipeline 5 and 6 dockings of second pipeline, fixed seal 7 takes connectingplate 3 out, so that sealing washer 7 cladding is in the position of first pipeline 5 and 6 dockings of second pipeline.
According to the auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring, the auxiliary device and the pipeline are convenient to position and install through the positioning ring 1, the phenomenon that the auxiliary device is stressed and dislocated when the sealing ring 7 is installed is avoided, so that the installation accuracy of the sealing ring 7 is influenced, the opening size of the connecting plate at one end of the clamp body 2 is adjusted, so that the sealing ring is conveniently unfolded, the size of the sealing ring 7 is larger than that of the pipeline, the sealing ring 7 is conveniently and accurately sleeved on the two pipelines after the two pipelines are connected, and the sealing performance of the joint of the two pipelines is improved.
The invention provides a better embodiment of an auxiliary device for installing a pipeline sealing ring, wherein a through hole is formed in the end part, close to a positioning ring 1, of a clamp body 2, the positioning ring 1 penetrates through the through hole, and the through hole of the clamp body 2 rotates around the positioning ring 1 by rotating the two clamp bodies 2, so that the size of the opening of the clamp body 2 can be conveniently adjusted.
Furthermore, the clamp body 2 is rotatably connected with the positioning ring 1 through a ball shaft, and the clamp body 2 rotates around the ball shaft to adjust the opening of the clamp body 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the vertical cross-sections of the first duct 5 and the second duct 6 are circular; the side surfaces of the two connectingplates 3 which are close to each other are in an arc shape matched with the outer walls of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6.
Preferably, the vertical cross-section of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6 is circular, the positioning ring 1 is circular, and the diameter of the positioning ring 1 is greater than the diameter of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6, so that the first pipeline 5 or the second pipeline 6 can be conveniently sleeved with the positioning ring 1, and the space for adjusting the clamp body 2 is reserved.
Preferably, the thickness of the part of the connectingplate 3 close to the retainer ring 1 is greater than the thickness of the part far from the retainer ring 1, so that the side surface of the connectingplate 3 corresponding to the sealing ring 7 forms a slope surface, thereby facilitating the separation of the sealing ring 7 from the connecting surface along the slope surface.
Preferably, the slope surface of the connectingplate 3 can be provided with a groove, so that the sealing ring 7 can be clamped in the groove, the slipping of the sealing ring 7 during opening is avoided, and the connection stability of the sealing ring 7 is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the end of the connectingplate 3 is nonlinear, and the end of the connectingplate 3 may be V-shaped, C-shaped, arc-shaped, etc., so that after the two connectingplates 3 are attached to the first pipeline 5, the positions where the two connectingplates 3 are close to form an opening, which facilitates construction to press the sealing ring, thereby avoiding the sealing ring from deviating when being detached from the connecting plates, and improving the installation effect of the sealing ring.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the forceps body 2 is V-shaped, and includes afirst folding edge 22 rotatably connected to the positioning ring 1 and extending in an axial direction away from the positioning ring 1, and asecond folding edge 23 connected to the connectingplate 3 and an end of thefirst folding edge 22 away from the positioning ring 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the clamp further comprises adriving rod 21 fixedly connected to the end of the clamp body 2 close to the retainer ring 1.
Preferably, this pincers body 2 also can be the arc, and this pincers body 2 sets to the V type or the arc for the linear type, can enlarge the open-ended control range of the tip of two pincers bodies 2 to can strut sealing washer 7 by furthest, made things convenient for the installation of sealing washer 7, also made things convenient for when this auxiliary device struts sealing washer 7, first pipeline 5 can be smooth wear to locate between twoconnecting plates 3.
Further, the second foldededge 23 extends away from the end of the first foldededge 22 in a direction approaching the first pipe 5 to form a support edge, and the connectingplate 3 is connected to the support edge.
Preferably, the supporting edge and the connectingplate 3 are mounted by welding, clamping connection, or connecting holes formed in the side of the connectingplate 3, and the supporting edge is sleeved with the connecting holes of the connectingplate 3, so that the supporting edge and the connectingplate 3 can be detachably connected.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, acontrol plate 4 is further included, which is fixed to a side of thedrive lever 21 remote from theother drive lever 21.

sleeving the sealing rings on the two connectingplates 3, rotating the twodriving rods 21 to drive the twodriving rods 21 to approach each other and drive the two connectingplates 3 to move away from each other, so that the sealing rings are spread, and when the size of each sealing ring is larger than that of the first pipeline 5, penetrating one end of the second pipeline 6 between the two connectingplates 3 and butting the end of the first pipeline 5;
loosen twodriving rods 21, sealing washer 7 contracts and is close to each other and laminate the outer wall of second pipeline 6 with the medial surface that drives twodriving rods 21 and keep away from each other and two connectingplates 3, and then to the direction pullingdriving rod 21 of keeping away from second pipeline 6, drive sealing washer 7 and correspond to the junction of first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6, and then constructor is fixed in first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6 with sealing washer 7 and takes connectingplate 3 out, make sealing washer 7 cover locate the junction of first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6.
A construction method of an auxiliary device for installing a pipeline sealing ring comprises the following steps:
providing an auxiliary device, wherein the first pipeline 5 is arranged in the positioning ring 1 in a penetrating manner, and the connectingplate 3 faces to the second pipeline 6 to be installed;
providing a sealing ring 7, sleeving the sealing ring 7 on the two connectingplates 3, rotating the two clamp bodies 2 to drive the two connectingplates 3 to be away from each other, so that the sealing ring 7 is spread, and the second pipeline 6 is arranged between the two connectingplates 3 in a penetrating manner and is attached to the end part of the first pipeline 5;
loosening the two pliers bodies 2, contracting the sealing ring 7 to drive the two connectingplates 3 to mutually approach and attach to the outer wall of the second pipeline 6, and moving the positioning ring 1 until the sealing ring 7 corresponds to the butt joint position of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6;
the sealing ring 7 is fixed and the connectingplate 3 is drawn out, so that the sealing ring 7 is coated at the joint of the first pipeline 5 and the second pipeline 6.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the specific embodiment of the auxiliary device for installing the pipeline sealing ring of the present invention is that a constructor holds thecontrol panel 4 of the auxiliary device by hand to rotate the twodriving rods 21, so that the twodriving rods 21 are away from each other, the first pipeline 5 is inserted into the positioning ring 1 from the middle position of the twodriving rods 21, the end of the first pipeline 5 corresponds to the side of the connectingplate 3 close to thedriving rods 21, and the connectingplate 3 faces the second pipeline 6 to be installed;
sleeving the sealing rings on the two connectingplates 3, rotating the twodriving rods 21 to drive the twodriving rods 21 to approach each other and drive the two connectingplates 3 to move away from each other, so that the sealing rings are spread, and when the size of each sealing ring is larger than that of the first pipeline 5, penetrating one end of the second pipeline 6 between the two connectingplates 3 and butting the end of the first pipeline 5;
loosen twodriving rods 21, sealing washer 7 contracts and is close to each other and laminate the outer wall of second pipeline 6 with the medial surface that drives twodriving rods 21 and keep away from each other and two connectingplates 3, and then to the direction pullingdriving rod 21 of keeping away from second pipeline 6, drive sealing washer 7 and correspond to the junction of first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6, and then constructor is fixed in first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6 with sealing washer 7 and takes connectingplate 3 out, make sealing washer 7 cover locate the junction of first pipeline 5 and second pipeline 6.
