The invention relates to the technical field of breast pads, in particular to a breast pad with an open pore in the core.
Background
The water absorption layer adopted by the existing disposable breast pad is mostly provided with V-shaped notches symmetrically at two sides of the water absorption layer so as to form a conical breast pad when the breast pad is unfolded for use.
The breast pad in the prior art has the following defects: the toper breast pad is laminated on the breast completely during the use for the user's nipple contacts with the top inner wall of toper breast pad all the time (especially when using night, and the user is basically motionless), makes absorbing water being in on layer the part at top is oversaturated easily, and then influences the effect that absorbs water, and the travelling comfort is relatively poor when gas permeability and use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a breast pad with a simple structure and a larger space of the core body opening adjacent to the nipple of a user in use.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a breast pad with an open pore in the core, which comprises a water absorption layer, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the water absorption layer are respectively provided with a water guide layer and a waterproof layer; the water conducting layer and the waterproof layer on the outer edge of the water absorbing layer are connected through heat seal bonding molding or ultrasonic welding to form a connecting part; a pair of through holes which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the water absorption layer and on the edge adjacent to the water absorption layer, and the water absorption layer is folded in half towards one side of the water guide layer along the connecting line of the central points of the through holes; at this time, the two water guide layers in the pair of through holes are connected by thermal bonding or ultrasonic welding, or are bonded together by using an adhesive tape to form a bonding part; when in use, the breast pad is unfolded to obtain the breast pad in the shape of a cover. The breast pad is not conical when being unfolded for use, but is pocket-shaped or shell-shaped, so that the nipple can be prevented from being attached to one end of the breast pad all the time, and the problem of supersaturation of water absorption of a local core body is avoided.
Preferably, the through hole is a circular through hole or a waist-shaped through hole; polygonal shapes (e.g., quadrilateral, hexagonal, etc.) may also be used, as may elliptical, S-shaped, etc.
Preferably, a line connecting center points of the pair of waist-shaped through holes is perpendicular to the length direction of the waist-shaped through holes.
Further preferably, the waist-shaped through hole is provided with a short arc edge and a long arc edge in the length direction, and the long arc edge is positioned on the inner side, so that a better pocket-type shape is realized when the product is unfolded for use.
Preferably, each water-guiding layer and each water-proof layer in the through holes are bonded together by thermal bonding or ultrasonic welding to form a joint.
The invention has the technical effects that: (1) the breast pad is pocket-shaped or shell-shaped instead of conical when in use, so that the nipples can be prevented from being attached to the top end of the conical breast pad all the time, the problem of oversaturation of water absorption of a local core body is avoided, and meanwhile, the internal air permeability and the use comfort of the product are improved; (2) when the nursing pad is used, the pair of folding edges are arranged on the nursing pad along the closed line (namely the folding line and the folding edges), two inner angles which are opposite up and down are generated after the nursing pad is unfolded, air circulation is facilitated during use, rapid drying inside is realized, and internal air permeability and product use comfort are improved.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-2, the absorbent pad with an open pore core of the present embodiment includes a water-absorbinglayer 2, and a water-guiding layer and a water-proof layer are respectively disposed on the inner and outer sides of the water-absorbinglayer 2; the water conducting layer and the waterproof layer on the outer edge of the water absorbing layer are connected through heat seal bonding molding or ultrasonic welding to form a connectingpart 1; a pair of throughholes 21 which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on thewater absorption layer 2 and close to the edge of thewater absorption layer 2, and thewater absorption layer 2 is folded in half towards one side of the water guide layer along the connecting line of the central points of the pair of throughholes 21; at this time, the two water-conducting layers in the pair of throughholes 21 are connected by thermal bonding or ultrasonic welding, or bonded to each other with an adhesive tape to form ajoint 11; when in use, the breast pad is unfolded to obtain the breast pad in the shape of a cover.
The breast pad is not conical when being unfolded for use, but is pocket-shaped or shell-shaped, so that the nipple can be prevented from being attached to one end of the breast pad all the time, and the problem of supersaturation of water absorption of a local core body is avoided.
In specific implementation, thethrough hole 21 is a circular through hole, and may also be a polygon (e.g., a quadrangle, a hexagon, etc.), or an ellipse or an S-shape, etc.
Preferably, the water-conducting layers and the water-proof layers in the through holes (21) are bonded together by thermal bonding or ultrasonic welding to form the joint (11).
Example 2
On the basis ofembodiment 1, the present embodiment has the following modifications:
as shown in fig. 3-4, thethrough hole 21 is a waist-shaped through hole;
and the connecting line of the central points of the pair of waist-shaped through holes is vertical to the length direction of the waist-shaped through holes.
Waist type through-hole has short arc limit and long arc limit at length direction, and the long arc limit is in the inboard to when the product expandes the use, have better pocket type molding.
