Background
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection of people, the water-based substitution is basically realized in the field of engineering machinery when relevant national environmental protection standards are released; in the field of rail transit, transition between oil and water is realized in city railways, and water-based paint is adopted for both automobile factories and repair; water-based coating is also tried in the aspects of motor cars and high-speed rails, and the invention is applied to the field of rail transit and replaces the traditional solvent-based products.
The epoxy resin coating has wide application in industrial anticorrosion due to excellent anticorrosion performance and mechanical performance. The water-based epoxy coating has the advantages of solvent-based epoxy coatings: the paint has excellent adhesive force on metal base materials, wide chemical medium resistance, low curing shrinkage of paint films, high hardness and good wear resistance. Meanwhile, the water-based paint takes water as a dispersion medium, has high flash point and few volatile solvents, is green and environment-friendly, and is safer to use.
The existing water-based epoxy coating is mostly used as a primer, and has the advantages of low drying rate and poor corrosion resistance, the water-based epoxy coating can be applied to occasions without weather-proof requirements, can provide decorative effect and corrosion protection, and has the advantages of high drying speed, excellent toughness and excellent performance.
