The invention relates to a cooking box, in particular to a cooking box with steam generation and automatic cleaning and descaling functions.
Background
DE102007005503a1, which is a typical representative of the existing cooking boxes, discloses a cooking box with a steam generating box cleaning and descaling function, having achamber 3, aboiler 5, awater tank 11, a washing/descaling liquid is introduced into thewater tank 11, and then the washing/descaling liquid is injected into thechamber 3 and theboiler 5 by apump 39 to clean them. When the washing is performed, theelectromagnetic valve 71 is closed, thepump 39 is opened, and when the washing is not performed, theelectromagnetic valve 71 is opened, and the water in thetank 11 flows out through thewaste water port 73, or when the water in thetank 11 is large, the water flows out through the overflow pipe to thewaste water port 73.
The above prior art has the following problems:
(1) the water inlet pipeline is communicated to different areas through the threevalves 27, 35 and 31, the number of parts is large, the occupied space is large, and the cable arrangement and installation and maintenance are difficult;
(2) the descaling time is judged by experience, and whether the boiler needs descaling or not and the descaling effect cannot be accurately known, so that the boiler descaling is possibly untimely or frequently cleaned and descaled, and the waste of a descaling agent is caused;
(3) the water vapor in the boiler is directly introduced into theinner chamber 3 through the pipeline 9, a large amount of water drops in the boiler can be brought into the oven, and the food humidity is too high;
(4) when the descaling is not needed, because thewater tank 11 is directly communicated with thepump 39, the accumulated oil dirt in the water tank can pollute thepump 39, and if the water tank is not cleaned for a long time, the oil dirt can block thepump 39, so that the whole cooking box has a cleaning fault;
(5) greasy dirt in thewater tank 11 can only be washed by cleaning water, and the grease or other dirt attached to the inner wall of the water tank for a long time is difficult to clean, so that the water tank smells, and the taste of food in theinner chamber 3 is further influenced;
in addition, the existing cooking box has the following problems: (1) a water level detection device is not arranged in the boiler, so that the risk of dry burning is brought to a heating pipe in the boiler; or only one water level can be detected, and when the water in the boiler boils, the water level has certain fluctuation, which may cause the failure of water level judgment. (2) There is no special descaling box, or the solid descaling agent is put into the descaling box and diluted by water, the water level in the descaling box cannot be controlled, so that the descaling liquid in the descaling box overflows.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides cooking equipment which comprises an inner chamber, a steam boiler, a descaling box, a water tank, a four-way electromagnetic valve, a three-way valve, a descaling liquid pipe, a cleaning return pipe, a first overflow pipe, a second overflow pipe and a waste water pipe; the four-way electromagnetic valve comprises a water inlet and four water outlets, the water inlet is connected with a water source, and the four water outlets are respectively communicated with the inner chamber, the steam boiler, the descaling box and the water tank through an inner chamber water supply pipeline, a boiler water supply pipeline, a descaling box water supply pipeline and a water tank water supply pipeline; the steam boiler is provided with a steam outlet which is connected to the inner chamber through a steam output pipe; the bottom of the inner chamber is provided with a water outlet and is communicated with the water tank through a water outlet pipe; the upper end of the first overflow pipe extends into the water tank, the lower end of the first overflow pipe penetrates through the water tank to be communicated with the middle of the waste water pipe, the upper end of the second overflow pipe extends into the descaling box, and the lower end of the second overflow pipe penetrates through the descaling box to be communicated with the middle of the waste water pipe; one end of the descaling liquid pipe is connected to the steam boiler, and the other end of the descaling liquid pipe is communicated with the descaling box; the first port of the three-way valve is connected with the water tank through a sewage discharge pipe, the second port of the three-way valve is connected with one end of a waste water pipe, and the third port of the three-way valve is connected with the inner bore through a cleaning return pipe.
Preferably, the highest point of the descaler tube is higher than the highest point of the steam boiler.
Preferably, the cooking equipment further comprises a smoke exhaust pipe, wherein the smoke exhaust pipe is communicated with the water tank and is used for exhausting smoke in the water tank and the inner cavity; the steam boiler is also provided with a boiler water discharging pipeline, and the highest point of the boiler water discharging pipeline is higher than the preset high water level height of the steam boiler when the steam boiler is used and is lower than the height of the steam output pipe.
Preferably, a steam baffle is arranged in the steam boiler.
Preferably, the steam baffle is provided with a slit.
Preferably, a water level sensor is provided in the steam boiler, and the water level sensor can detect at least two different water levels.
Preferably, a scale sensor is arranged in the steam boiler.
Preferably, the water tank is further provided with a manual slag discharge door.
Preferably, the water tank water supply pipeline penetrates through the manual slag discharge door to be communicated with the water tank.
Preferably, the tank feed line is in communication with a tank drain.
The cooking equipment disclosed by the invention has the following technical effects when being cleaned and descaled: (1) the four-way electromagnetic valve is adopted, so that the number of system parts is reduced, the cable arrangement is optimized, and the installation and maintenance are convenient; (2) a descaling sensor is arranged in the boiler to accurately judge the descaling time, so that the waste of a descaling agent is reduced; (3) a steam baffle is arranged in the boiler, so that water mist is reduced from entering the inner chamber; (4) a multi-water-level sensor is arranged in the boiler to accurately judge the water level; (5) the three-way valve is adopted, so that the situation that the pump and a water return pipeline are blocked by oil which is not cleaned for a long time is avoided; (6) the overflow pipe is arranged in the descaling box, so that the water level in the descaling box can be controlled, and the descaling liquid in the descaling box is prevented from being excessive; (7) the design of the manual slag removal door is adopted, and foreign matters which are difficult to discharge in the water tank can be cleaned.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the cooking apparatus of the present invention comprises an inner chamber 1, asteam boiler 2, adescaling box 3, a water tank 4, a four-way solenoid valve 5, a three-way valve 6, a descalingliquid pipe 31, acleaning return pipe 8, afirst overflow pipe 42, asecond overflow pipe 32, and awaste water pipe 7, and is characterized in that the four-way solenoid valve 5 comprises a water inlet and four water outlets, the water inlet is connected to a water source, and the four water outlets are respectively communicated with the inner chamber 1, thesteam boiler 2, thedescaling box 3, and the water tank 4 through an inner chamberwater supply pipe 51, a boilerwater supply pipe 52, a descaling boxwater supply pipe 53, and a water tankwater supply pipe 54; the steam boiler has a steam outlet connected to the inner chamber 1 through asteam outlet pipe 21; the bottom of the inner chamber 1 is provided with a water outlet and is communicated with the water tank 4 through awater outlet pipe 11;
the upper end of thefirst overflow pipe 42 extends into the water tank 4, the lower end of the first overflow pipe penetrates through the water tank 4 and is communicated with the middle part of thewaste water pipe 7, the upper end of thesecond overflow pipe 32 extends into thedescaling box 3, and the lower end of the second overflow pipe penetrates through thedescaling box 3 and is communicated with the middle part of thewaste water pipe 7;
one end of the descalingliquid pipe 31 is connected to thesteam boiler 2, and the other end is communicated with thedescaling box 3; the first port of the three-way valve is connected with the water tank 4 through asewage discharge pipe 41, the second port is connected with one end of awaste water pipe 7, and the third port is connected to the inner chamber 1 through acleaning return pipe 8.
The descalingliquid pipe 31 is also provided with a pump P2 for pumping the cleaning liquid in the descaling box into thesteam boiler 2. The highest point of the descalingliquid pipe 31 is higher than that of thesteam boiler 2, so that high-temperature water in a boiling state can be prevented from flowing back into the descaling box when the steam boiler is excessively filled with water, and various accidents are avoided.
The cooking equipment further comprises asmoke exhaust pipe 44, wherein thesmoke exhaust pipe 44 is communicated with the water tank 4 and is used for exhausting smoke in the water tank 4 and the inner cavity 1; the lower part of thesteam boiler 2 is communicated with thesmoke exhaust pipe 44 through a boilerwater exhaust pipeline 25, and thewater exhaust pipeline 25 is also provided with a pump P3. The highest point of the boilerwater discharge pipeline 25 is higher than the preset high water level height of thesteam boiler 2 and lower than the height of thesteam output pipe 21 when thesteam boiler 2 is used, when the water inlet electromagnetic valve is out of control, excessive water flows into the smoke discharge pipe through the boilerwater discharge pipeline 25, and the water is prevented from flowing into the inner chamber 1.
Thesteam boiler 2 is internally provided with asteam baffle 22, and thesteam baffle 22 is provided with a gap. Can prevent a large amount of small water drops from dispersing or splashing into the air when the water is boiled, prevent most of water drops from entering the oven, and avoid causing food to be over-wet.
Awater level sensor 23 is arranged in thesteam boiler 2, which water level sensor can detect at least two different water levels. Therefore, when the water in the boiler boils near the high water level, the water level in the boiler can still be judged according to the measurement result of the low water level, and the dry burning is prevented. When the water level in the boiler has become lower than the high water level, the amount of water in the boiler can be maintained by injecting water.
Thesteam boiler 2 is also internally provided with ascale sensor 24 which can feed back the scale accumulation degree, avoid the waste of scale removing agents, judge when the scale is required to be removed, timely clean the boiler according to the scale amount and avoid the waste of electric power caused by heating with scale.
The invention adopts the three-way valve 6, which can control the flow direction of water in the water tank, and the three-way valve 6 has two working modes: a blowdown mode and a purge mode. In blowdown mode when in communication with thewaste pipe 7 and in purge mode when in communication with thepurge return pipe 8. When in the blowdown mode, the grease can not flow into and wash the water route to avoid using the hidden danger of blockking up the washing pipeline that two-way valve brought from the source.
In addition, the water tank 4 is also provided with amanual deslagging door 43, and themanual deslagging door 43 is used for manually cleaning once the water tank is blocked or foreign matters which are difficult to discharge enter. The water tankwater supply pipeline 54 penetrates through the manual slag discharge door to be communicated with the water tank 4
The four-way electromagnetic valve is adopted, and the four water outlets are arranged in parallel, so that the quantity of parts is reduced, the installation and maintenance are simplified, and the occupied space is reduced.
The inner chamber 1 is also internally provided with afan 12, thecleaning return pipe 8 is also provided with a pump P1, and water in the water tank is pumped into the inner chamber 1 through the pump P1. Downstream of the pump P1, thepurge return line 8 is also provided with abranch line 81 communicating with thedischarge pipe 44 of the water tank 4 for purging thedischarge pipe 44 of the water tank 4.
Referring to fig. 2, thetank feed line 54 communicates with thetank drain 11, unlike fig. 1. Like this, can add water to water tank 4 by watertank feed pipe 54 when using under roast mode at ordinary times to take away the grease that produces and get into water tank 4 under roast mode, avoid the grease to gather, thereby further avoid the emergence of jam.
