Background
For various reasons, the more patients currently in need of artificial fistulization are, and most of the patients currently in need of artificial fistulization are directly provided with openings at the abdominal positions, and the patients need to stick and hang the fistulization bag on the abdomen for 24 hours so as to conveniently receive excrement at any time.
The drainage time of the patient with the existing scheme is not controlled, the patient needs to carry the ostomy bag with him for 24 hours, which brings inconvenience to the life of the patient and also brings pressure to the mind of the patient.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a portable artificial fistula making device with a switch control function. Its advantage is high quality of life.

a portable artificial fistulization device with switch control comprises an outer box, wherein the outer box is of a hollow structure, the corners of the outer walls on two sides of the outer box are respectively provided with a bandage fixing lug, the inner wall of the outer box is connected with an inner core in a sliding manner, the outer wall of the inner core is provided with an inner core hole, the inner walls at the top and the bottom of the outer box are respectively provided with a sliding groove, two ends of the inner wall of each sliding groove are respectively provided with a limiting groove, the top and the bottom of each inner core are respectively provided with a mounting groove, the inner wall of each mounting groove is provided with a reset spring, one end of each reset spring, far away from the mounting groove, is provided with a limiting bulge, the limiting bulge is matched with the limiting grooves, the front side of the outer box is provided with a first fixing port, the inner wall of the first fixing port is provided with a material receiving pipe, the back side of the outer box is provided with a second fixing port, and the edge of the second fixing port is provided with a fistulization bag fixing ring, the first fixing port, the second fixing port and the inner core hole are matched in size.
Through the technical scheme: when the device is used, the device and the binding band are fixed together through the binding band fixing lugs at four corners of the device, the pipe orifice of the material receiving pipe of the device is opposite to the position of the fistulization opening, the fistulization opening is completely surrounded in the pipe orifice of the material receiving pipe, the binding band is tightly bound on the waist of a patient, the tightness of the binding band is adjusted, the material receiving pipe of the device can be tightly attached to the position of the fistulization opening, the device does not shift when the patient moves, and therefore, the object which the patient needs to carry with him at ordinary times is installed; when the patient need excrete, hang the entry of fistulization bag on the solid fixed ring of fistulization bag, pull the inner core, with the solid fixed ring coincidence of inner core hole and fistulization bag, spacing protruding card is gone into to accomplish fixedly to left spacing inslot, excrete the completion back, push the inner core outer box, make the inner core plug up the material receiving pipe mouth of pipe, the device can be in the closure state, spacing protruding card is gone into to accomplish fixedly to the spacing inslot on right side, take off the fistulization bag that the fistulization bag is renewed.
The invention is further provided that the outer wall of one side of the inner core is provided with a pull ring, and the inner wall of the pull ring is provided with a rubber pad.
Through the technical scheme: the setting of pull ring can make things convenient for the patient to stimulate the inner core, has improved the convenience of pulling the inner core, and the rubber pad has improved the travelling comfort when patient stimulates the inner core.
The invention is further arranged in such a way that the top and the bottom of the outer box are both provided with grooves, the inner walls of the grooves are provided with connecting springs, one ends of the connecting springs, far away from the grooves, are provided with buttons, the outer walls of the buttons are provided with push rods, and the grooves are communicated with the limiting grooves.

Through the technical scheme: the closure plate can block the inner core, and the situation that the inner core slides off from the inside of the outer box is avoided.
The invention is further set up in such a way that the top and the bottom of the blocking plate are both provided with fixing grooves, the inner wall of each fixing groove is provided with a compression spring, one end of each compression spring is provided with a clamping block, the inner wall of the top and the inner wall of the bottom of the outer box are both provided with clamping grooves, the clamping blocks are matched with the clamping grooves, the outer wall of the blocking plate is provided with a sliding hole, the inner wall of the sliding hole is connected with a push plate in a sliding way, and one end of the push plate is connected with the clamping blocks.

Through the technical scheme: the anti-skidding convex particles made of the silica gel material can increase the friction force between the fingers and the push plate, and the condition that hands slide when the push plate is pressed is avoided.

2.
