As a further technical scheme of the invention, the anti-leakage groove is a groove body formed by hot-pressing the surface layer close to the outer wall of the thin breathable pipeline into a compact state, and a gap which is not connected is reserved between the anti-leakage groove and the anti-leakage top layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the premise of ensuring that the paper diaper is not leaked, the ventilation performance of the paper diaper is also remarkably improved, air flow generated by thestructure 2 is enabled to pass through the bottom layer which is not ventilated along the air hole and pass through the diaper body until the surface layer when a user moves, and finally the air is sent out from two sides of the anti-seepage top layer, so that the inner side of the user wearing the paper diaper feels cool and breathable.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a leak-proof paper diaper with good ventilation effect comprises a diaper body, the diaper body is formed by stacking anairtight bottom layer 1, acore layer 2, aflow guide layer 3 and asurface layer 4 from outside to inside in sequence, thecore layer 2 is wrapped in thesurface layer 4, theflow guide layer 3 and theairtight bottom layer 1 after being pressed together, theairtight bottom layer 1 is provided with integrally-through and surface-permeablethin ventilation pipelines 5 in regions close to two sides of the center of the diaper body, the thin ventilation pipelines pass through the whole diaper body from outside to inside along a U-shaped path, the positions where thethin ventilation pipelines 5 pass and the adjacent regions are subjected to hot pressing treatment, the portions of thethin ventilation pipelines 5 exposed out of the inner side of the diaper body are covered with impermeabletop layers 6, and the positions of the impermeabletop layers 6 close to two ends of thethin ventilation pipelines 5 are tightly adhered to the surface of thesurface layer 4 and pressed together, andanti-leakage grooves 7 extending to the joint between the anti-leakagetop layer 6 and thesurface layer 4 are arranged between thesurface layer 4 and the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 and on two sides of the thin air-permeable pipeline 5, two side parts in the length direction of theanti-leakage top layer 6 are tightly connected with thesurface layer 4, and theanti-leakage top layer 6 is not arranged in the region except the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 penetrating out of thesurface layer 4.
The structural characteristics and the implementation principle of the invention are as follows: firstly, the side of the trouser body far away from the skin of a user is defined as the outer side, the side close to the skin of the user is defined as the inner side, as shown in the directions of ". cndot" and ". X" in figures 1 and 2, the ". cndot" indicates the direction out of the paper surface, and the ". cndot" indicates the direction in the paper surface, the air-impermeable bottom layer 1, thecore layer 2, theflow guide layer 3 and thesurface layer 4 are sequentially stacked to form the main body part of the trouser body, the air-impermeable leakproof film material is selected from the air-impermeable bottom layer 1 to ensure that no liquid can seep out of the trouser body, and the waterproof performance can be best under the condition of controllable cost because the air permeability does not need to be considered.
With reference to fig. 3, for the ventilation problem, a mode of introducing and finally penetrating thesurface layer 4 from the outside of the pants body, namely the outside of theairtight bottom layer 1, into the inner side of the side close to the skin of the user and then penetrating out of the pants body is set, so that the gas directly enters the pants body from the outside, and along with the movement of the user, the pants body is intermittently extruded by the limbs of the user, and the ventilation efficiency of thefine ventilation pipeline 5 is accelerated; in order to solve the problem of the holes of the air-impermeable bottom layer 1 and other film structures generated by the fine air-permeable pipes 5, the areas where the fine air-permeable pipes and the air-impermeable bottom layer 1, thecore layer 2, theflow guide layer 3 and thesurface layer 4 meet are subjected to hot pressing treatment, as shown in the indication range of the hot pressing area shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the joint is ensured not to generate gaps to allow liquid to flow out, the situation that the liquid flows or seeps out at an accelerated speed due to the material properties of the film layers and the fine air-permeable pipes 5 is avoided, and gas exchange can be generated only between the subsection of the fine air-permeable pipes 5 which penetrate through the trousers body and are retained on the inner side of the trousers body and the trousers body.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to avoid the water seepage problem of the section of the thin air-permeable pipe 5 which is reserved at the inner side of the trousers body, so that the air permeability of the section does not affect the leakage-proof capability, firstly, an impermeabletop layer 6 is covered above the section to ensure that the direct leakage from the inner side of the trousers body to the outer side does not directly contact with the thin air-permeable pipe 5, secondly, in order to avoid the liquid from permeating from the two side wings of the thin air-permeable pipeline 5, ananti-seepage groove 7 is formed in the interface area of the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 and thesurface layer 4, namely the joint by hot pressing and the like, so as to form the effect similar to a sewer, so that the liquid can permeate from thesurface layer 4 to theflow guide layer 3 and thecore layer 2 along theanti-seepage groove 7, and finally, the other positions of thesurface layer 4 can still be directly contacted with the skin of a user, so that the permeation and the water absorption performance of the trousers body can not be influenced; on the basis of ensuring that the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 cannot cause the problem of water seepage, the thin air-permeable pipeline is made of a material with good air permeability, so that air entering the pipe body from the outside of the trousers body can permeate the pipe wall of the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 in the trousers body, the air can enter the trousers body, and the problem of air permeability is ensured; in addition, the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 is made of high air-permeable materials and even made in a hole-opening mode, so that the overall structural strength can be reduced, and the hot-pressing area can play a role in strengthening the structural stability of the thin air-permeable pipeline 5 and improving the structural strength of the paper diaper body to a certain extent, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
In summary of the above principles and structural descriptions, the main implementation of the present invention is to realize physical separation and organic integration of ventilation and absorption from the physical structure, so that the cost for selecting the film material can be reduced on the basis of minimum mutual interference, and the low-cost film material with better single performance can exert its own performance advantages as much as possible to avoid its performance disadvantages. Therefore, the diaper can have good air permeability, absorption performance and leakage-proof performance on the premise of good overall cost controllability, limited research and development and production cost can be better returned, customers can obtain good wearing experience, more representative products can be conveniently input and developed by manufacturers, and the output of products with good practicability can be maintained.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the pants body are provided with sideleakage prevention skirts 8 which are tightly pressed with the air-impermeable bottom layer 1 and extend from the middle to the two sides, a thin air-permeable pipe 5 passing around the area of one side of theface layer 4 close to the user is arranged between the sideleakage prevention skirts 8 and the air-impermeable bottom layer 1, the intersection area of the thin air-permeable pipes 5 is also subjected to heat pressing, and the encircled part is also provided with an impermeabletop layer 6.
Based on the implementation principle of the invention, the embodiment further refines the side leakage prevention structure of the paper diaper and the specific arrangement mode of the thin air-permeable pipes 5, and aims to avoid the problem that the side leakage prevention structure cannot be combined with the air-permeable structure in related functions, and the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8 can be reinforced in the supporting structure after being hot-pressed by the thin air-permeable pipes 5, so that the root of the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8 is fluffy and loosened by the thin air-permeable pipes 5, the pressure of the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8 on the groin of a user can be reduced, and the air can be better extruded by the thighs of the user and then actively blown to the inner side of the pants body through the thin air-permeable pipes 5.
Referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, ahydrogel layer 9 is disposed on the inner surface of theimpermeable top layer 6 adjacent to the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8, ahydrogel ball 10 for soaking in a drug solution is further disposed on the region of thehydrogel layer 9 between theimpermeable top layer 6, and a skin-friendly yarn layer 11 is disposed on the surfaces of thehydrogel layer 9 and thehydrogel ball 10 for soaking in a drug solution.
In the embodiment, as the groin of the user is in a reduced pressure state, friction is still difficult to avoid when the diaper is worn for a long time, or the skin of the user is sensitive, so that the impermeabletop layer 6 in the area of the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8 is wrapped by the skin-friendly yarn layer 11 through thehydrogel layer 9 and the drug-impregnatedhydrogel balls 10, so that the wearing of the area is as comfortable as possible, and particularly the skin-friendly yarn layer 11 plays a role in maintaining the appearance of the impermeabletop layer 6 and ensuring that thehydrogel layer 9 and the drug-impregnatedhydrogel balls 10 are not scattered; the liquid medicine used by the liquid medicine soakinghydrogel ball 10 can be selected according to the difference of people using the hydrogel ball, and skin care liquid medicine taking lithospermum extract, lavender extract and/or chamomile extract as raw materials is preferably selected, the skin-friendly property of the hydrogel material is better, and the softness meets the use requirement; thehydrogel layer 9 is reused with hydrogel balls, and the purpose is that thehydrogel layer 9 itself is used as a main body of theanti-seepage top layer 6 in the area for maintaining the decompression shape, so a large amount of hydrogel balls are needed, but only thehydrogel layer 9 itself is not suitable for soaking liquid medicine again, and the hydrogel balls do not have a structure for enabling the liquid medicine to play a role more flexibly, so the hydrogel balls are additionally used for soaking the liquid medicine and embedded in thehydrogel layer 9, the use amount of the liquid medicine is reduced, and the utilization rate of the liquid medicine is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thin air-permeable tube 5 is an elastic thin tube and has one or a combination of two structures, including anair hole 12 formed on the surface of the thin air-permeable tube 5 and facing toward the inner side of the pants body, and an air-permeable material formed on the wall of the thin air-permeable tube 5.
In this embodiment, the fine air-permeable pipe 5 is ensured to have the source of the required air permeability, and the diameter of the fine air-permeable pipe 5 is preferably not less than 3mm and not more than 5mm, wherein, when the width of the fine air-permeable pipe 5 is larger, the hot-pressing treatment is easier to be performed to form a sufficiently large and effective anti-leakage and top-fixing hot-pressing area, and the air permeability mode can be made of air-permeable material, or pore-forming agent outlet, or a mixture of the two modes can achieve the required effect, specifically, the fine air-permeable pipe of thepore 12 formed by the pore-forming agent, the pipe diameter of which is preferably 5mm, is suitable for being placed in the vicinity of the sideleakage prevention enclosure 8 to support enough anti-leakagetop layer 6 for pressure reduction, while the fine air-permeable pipe arranged in the central area of the pants body can be made of air-permeable material, the pipe diameter is preferably 3mm, not easily compressed to change shape.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the U-shaped path through which the fine air-permeable duct 5 passes is formed by passing through the air-impermeable bottom sheet 1 from the outside, passing through thecore layer 2, passing out toward the outside of the air-impermeable bottom sheet 1, passing over the top surface of the inside of the air-impermeable bottom sheet 1, and returning to the outside of the air-impermeable bottom sheet 1.
This embodiment specifically defines the bypass path of the thin air-permeable duct 5, and the film structure area of the path can significantly avoid liquid seepage after the autoclave treatment and ensure that the air-permeable position of the thin air-permeable duct 5 can face the inside, the passage of gas is smoother and more easily forms convection in two directions, i.e. two outside openings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the impermeabletop layer 6 is in a centipede foot shape, extends to two side wings of the thin air-permeable pipe 5, and is tightly pressed and connected with thesurface layer 4, so as to ensure that the thin air-permeable pipe 5 exposed at the inner side of the pants body does not have the problem of water seepage, and the exposed part of the thin air-permeable pipe 5 can be limited by theimpermeable top layer 6 to be prevented from displacement, thereby facilitating the subsequent impermeable structure to exert the due impermeable effect.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, theanti-leakage groove 7 is a groove body formed by hot-pressing thesurface layer 4 close to the outer wall of the thin air-permeable pipe 5 to be dense, anun-bonded gap 13 is left between theanti-leakage groove 7 and theanti-leakage top layer 6, the hot-pressing process ensures that thesurface layer 4 close to the thin air-permeable pipe 5 is changed to be dense so that it is very difficult to cause water leakage, the groove body helps the liquid flowing to the thin air-permeable pipe to flow into thecore layer 2 along the hot-pressed region after being blocked by the anti-leakage groove, and the existence of thegap 13 can allow the thin air-permeable pipe 5 to exchange gas with the inner side of the trousers body, thereby ensuring the existence of air permeability.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the premise of ensuring that the paper diaper is not leakage, the ventilation performance of the paper diaper is also obviously improved, and the large legs of a person wearing the paper diaper can extrude the diaper body due to the difference of body types, so that the air inlet holes and the air outlet holes are arranged in the non-edge-leaning areas on the two sides, the air flow generated by thestructure 2 is utilized when the person moves, the air bypasses the air-tight bottom layer along the air holes to pass through the diaper body until reaching the surface layer, and finally the air is sent out from the two sides of theanti-seepage top layer 6, so that the inner side of the user wearing the paper diaper can feel cool and breathable, and the structure is ingenious, very practical and worthy of popularization and application.
