Tenosynovitis exercise therapeutic device for infantsTechnical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical rehabilitation equipment, in particular to a sport therapeutic device for tenosynovitis of the thumb of an infant.
Background
The tendon sheath is a double-layer sleeve-like airtight synovial tube sleeved outside the tendon, and is a synovial sheath for protecting the tendon. It is divided into two layers and surrounds tendon, a cavity between the two layers is a synovial cavity, and tendon sheath synovial fluid is arranged in the cavity. The inner layer is closely adhered to the tendon, the outer layer is lined in the tendon fiber sheath and is combined with the bone surface together, so that the tendon is fixed, protected and lubricated, and the tendon is prevented from being rubbed or pressed. The tendon is excessively rubbed for a long period of time, and thus, injury inflammation of the tendon and tendon sheath may occur, causing swelling, which is called tenosynovitis. If not treated, it may develop into permanent mobility inconvenience.
The existing tenosynovitis treatment glove for the thumb is characterized in that the thumb of the infant is fixed, so that the thumb is always kept in a straight state, after a period of time, the tendon sheaths are adhered, and the thumb of the infant is not willing to bend or cannot bend under the control of consciousness of the infant under the condition of not carrying the treatment glove.
