3. The information recommendation method of claim 2, wherein the user characteristics comprise user behavior tags, and the determining recommended resources in the digital resource library according to the user characteristics comprises:

determining a digital resource matched with the user behavior tag in the digital resource library;

and determining the recommended resource as the digital resource matched with the user behavior label.

The information recommendation method of claim 3, the user behavior tag comprising at least one of: playing behavior tags, purchasing behavior tags and rights and interests using behavior tags, wherein the step of determining digital resources matched with the user behavior tags in the digital resource library comprises the following steps:

determining a digital resource matched with the playing behavior tag in the digital resource library;

and/or, in the digital resource library, determining a digital resource matched with the purchasing behavior label;

and/or, in the digital resource library, determining the digital resource matched with the rights and interests use behavior label.

The information recommendation method of claim 2, the digital resource pool further comprising a content tag of the recommended resource, the member interest pool further comprising interest tags of the plurality of member interests, and the determining the target member interest in the member interest pool according to the recommended resource comprises:

in the member rights base, performing similarity matching on the content label of the recommended resource and the rights labels of the plurality of member rights;

and determining the target member rights and interests as member rights and interests of which the similarity between the rights and interests label and the content label of the recommended resource is greater than a similarity threshold value.

6. An information recommendation method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:

receiving recommendation information from a server, wherein the recommendation information comprises target member rights and interests, and the target member rights and interests are related to user characteristics;

and responding to the recommendation information, and displaying the target member rights and interests.

7. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement the information recommendation method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

an acquisition unit configured to acquire a user characteristic;
