The present application is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.
Therefore, the purpose of the application is to provide a control method and a control device, which can automatically adjust the moving speed of an object, improve the production efficiency and reduce production accidents.
To achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present application provides a control method, including:
acquiring a target speed of a motor-driven target object to move;
acquiring target tension of the motor on the target object in the process of driving the target object to move by the motor;
and when the target tension is larger than the upper limit value of a first preset range, or the target tension is smaller than the lower limit value of the first preset range, adjusting the target speed until the target tension is within the first preset range.
Optionally or preferably, the method further comprises:
and when the target speed is greater than the upper limit value of the second preset range or the target speed is less than the lower limit value of the second preset range, if the target tension is still not in the first preset range, outputting alarm information.
Optionally or preferably, the alert information comprises: one or more items of sound information, light information and image and text information.
Optionally or preferably, the method further comprises:
and when the target tension is within the first preset range, controlling to keep the target speed unchanged.
Optionally or preferably, the target object is connected to the motor through a tension detection device, and the tension detection device is used for detecting the target tension.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a control apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the target speed of the motor driving the target object to move;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring a target tension of the motor on the target object in the process that the motor drives the target object to move;
and the control module is used for adjusting the target speed when the target tension is larger than the upper limit value of a first preset range or the target tension is smaller than the lower limit value of the first preset range until the target tension is in the first preset range.
Optionally or preferably, the control module is further configured to:
and when the target speed is greater than the upper limit value of the second preset range or the target speed is less than the lower limit value of the second preset range, if the target tension is still not in the first preset range, outputting alarm information.

According to the control method, in the process that the motor drives the target object to move, the moving speed of the motor driven target object can be automatically adjusted according to the pulling force of the motor on the target object, and therefore the moving speed of the target object can be in a proper range.
Detailed Description
In order to better understand the scheme of the application, the following detailed description is provided for the application with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
It should be understood that the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like, are used for limiting the components, are used for distinguishing the components, and have no special meaning if not stated otherwise, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application. In the description of the present application, "plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
For example, fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a control method. In the method, the target object is connected with the motor through the tension detection device, namely the motor drives the tension detection device to drive the target object to move. The tension detection device is used for detecting target tension. Illustratively, the tension detecting device may be a tension meter. In one example, the motor may be connected to a controller, which may control the motor.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring a target speed of the motor driving the target object to move.
Specifically, in the process of driving the target object to move by the motor, the rotating speed of the motor shaft of the motor may be equivalent to the moving speed of the target object, so that the target speed of the target object can be obtained by knowing the rotating speed of the motor shaft of the motor.
S102, in the process that the motor drives the target object to move, the target tension of the motor on the target object is obtained.
Specifically, in the process of driving the target object to move by the motor, the tension force applied to the target object can be detected by the tension force detection device, and then the target tension force applied to the target object by the motor is obtained.
S103, when the target tension is larger than the upper limit value of the first preset range, or the target tension is smaller than the lower limit value of the first preset range, the target speed is adjusted until the target tension is within the first preset range.
Specifically, when the target tension is greater than the upper limit value of the first preset range, or the target tension is smaller than the lower limit value of the first preset range, the target speed is adjusted until the target tension is within the first preset range. Therefore, the moving speed of the target object driven by the motor is automatically adjusted, and the moving speed of the target object can be in an appropriate range.
In one example, when the target speed is greater than the upper limit value of the second preset range, or the target speed is less than the lower limit value of the second preset range, if the target tension is still not within the first preset range, the alarm information is output. Because target speed has been the biggest or minimum, but the target pulling force still does not reach standard this moment, consequently can output alarm information this moment to remind the staff to overhaul, avoid the occurence of failure. Illustratively, the alert information includes: one or more items of sound information, light information and image and text information.
In one example, control maintains the target speed constant when the target tension is within a first preset range. Thereby allowing the target to move at a stable speed.
In summary, the control method provided by the application can automatically adjust the moving speed of the motor-driven object according to the pulling force of the motor applied to the object in the moving process of the motor-driven object, so that the moving speed of the object can be in a proper range, the production efficiency is improved, and the production accidents are reduced.
Based on the method in the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a control device. As shown in fig. 2, the control device 200 may include:
the acquiring module 201 is configured to acquire a target speed at which the motor drives the target object to move, and acquire a target tension of the motor on the target object in a process that the motor drives the target object to move;
the control module 202 is configured to adjust the target speed until the target tension is within the first preset range when the target tension is greater than an upper limit value of the first preset range or the target tension is smaller than a lower limit value of the first preset range.
In one possible implementation, the control module 202 is further configured to:
and when the target speed is greater than the upper limit value of the second preset range or the target speed is less than the lower limit value of the second preset range, if the target tension is still not in the first preset range, outputting alarm information.
