Background
In the process of moving the object, the production efficiency is often affected or production accidents occur because the object moves too fast or too slow. Therefore, how to control the movement of the object to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production accidents is a technical problem that needs to be solved.

and when the target tension is larger than the upper limit value of a first preset range, or the target tension is smaller than the lower limit value of the first preset range, adjusting the target speed until the target tension is within the first preset range.
