The invention relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to a catheter with a protective saccule at the tail end of the head.
Background
Urinary catheters are medical devices used in medicine to drain urine. The most commonly used catheters today are balloon catheters. The balloon of the current ureter is used for fixing, particularly, the head of the ureter is provided with an expandable elastic balloon, the balloon is contracted in a natural state, and expands like a balloon after water is injected into the balloon from a water injection port at the tail of the ureter, and the expanded balloon is clamped in a bladder to fix the ureter and prevent the ureter from falling off. The existing balloon catheter has a section of pointed protrusion at the tail end before the balloon, and the pointed protrusion always protrudes out of the balloon no matter the fixed balloon is expanded or emptied, so that the structure becomes a natural mode. In clinical application, the tip can press the inner wall of the bladder, can cause injury such as mucosa edema, congestion and the like of the bladder wall, often causes symptoms such as hematuria, bladder pain and even urinary incontinence and the like, and increases the pain of a patient in inserting the urinary catheter. In addition, the protruding and slender tip is easily wrapped by the collapsed bladder wall, causing blockage of the drainage hole near the head. The defects exist for a long time and do not draw enough attention, the protruding spire structure of the existing ureter is habitually taken as an inherent mode, and the existing ureter has no structural design for wrapping the spire.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the defects of the background technology are overcome, an elastic protection balloon is arranged outside the pointed top part protruding from the tail end of the urinary catheter and is wrapped on the outer layer of the pointed top part, the protection balloon is expanded after water injection or inflation, and the pointed top part of the urinary catheter is completely wrapped inside the protection balloon, so that the purpose of eliminating the pointed top is achieved, and the stimulation and the damage of the pointed top part of the urinary catheter to the bladder wall are avoided. Because the contact area of the protective saccule and the bladder is large and the pressure intensity is small, and the protective saccule is soft and elastic, the damage of the tip of the tail end of the ureter to the bladder wall can be avoided, and the protective effect is achieved. The urinary catheter with the protective saccule is different from the current urinary catheter only with a fixed saccule in design and function, and is a new medical device invention capable of improving the life quality of patients.
The invention relates to a catheter with a protective saccule at the tail end of the head, which comprises a head part, a body part and a tail part, wherein the head part is provided with a drainage hole and a fixed saccule, the fixed saccule is opened at a fixed saccule water injection valve at the tail part through a fixed saccule water injection cavity of the body part, and the drainage hole is opened at a urine bag interface at the tail part through a drainage cavity of the body part, and the catheter is characterized in that: the tip of the head end of the catheter is wrapped inside the protective balloon by the expanded protective balloon, namely the tip of the head end of the catheter does not protrude out of the expanded protective balloon. The position of the tip inside the protective balloon includes, but is not limited to, protecting the center inside the balloon and protecting one side inside the balloon. The fixed saccule and the protective saccule can be respectively provided with a water injection valve and a water injection cavity, and can also share the same water injection valve and the same water injection cavity. The drainage apertures may be one or more. The drainage hole can be opened on the side wall of the catheter head and also can be opened on the protective saccule. The catheter can contain an irrigation channel which comprises an irrigation hole of the head part, an irrigation cavity of the body part and an irrigation interface of the tail part which are communicated.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention changes the inherent mode structure that the tail end of the ureter is a protruding spire, the protective saccule is arranged outside the tail end spire to wrap and hide the spire, so that the tail end is spherical, the damage and stimulation to the bladder caused by the spire at the tail end of the existing ureter are avoided, the mucous membrane edema and hyperemia of the bladder wall are prevented, the complication and discomfort caused by the ureter are reduced, the life quality of a patient is improved, and no other ureter has the same design of wrapping the spire by the protective saccule as the ureter, so that the invention is an innovation with practical application significance.
