It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an implantation device-based remote diagnosis and treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is an implantation device-based remote diagnosis andtreatment system 100 that can be applied to any implantation device-based remote diagnosis and treatment scenario and includes a data read/writedevice 130, aremote communication device 120, and a diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110; wherein theremote communication device 120 interacts with theclinical management platform 110; the data read/writedevice 130 interacts with theremote communication device 120.
As shown in fig. 1, the implant-basedtelemedicine system 100 includes:
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is configured to obtain a working parameter adjustment instruction, and send the working parameter adjustment instruction to theremote communication device 120;
theremote communication device 120 is configured to receive the working parameter adjustment instruction, analyze the working parameter adjustment instruction, and generate working parameter adjustment information; and sends the working parameter adjustment information to the data reading andwriting device 130;
the data reading andwriting device 130 is configured to receive the working parameter adjustment information, and update the working parameters of the implant device according to the working parameter adjustment information; wherein the operating parameters include stimulation point locations for controlling the location at which stimulation occurs.
In this embodiment, the remote diagnosis and treatment system may include a data reading andwriting device 130, aremote communication device 120, and a diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110. The diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 may serve as a core of a remote diagnosis and treatment system, communicate information between medical staff and patients, and respond to requests of the medical staff and the patients. Themedical management platform 110 may be managed by a medical instrument manufacturing unit of the implant device, or managed by a medical unit using the implant device. It should be noted that the data related to the implanted device can be obtained through the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110, and the medical device production unit can perform device improvement according to the data related to the implanted device, which is beneficial to updating the implanted device and providing a more advanced treatment means for the patient. The medical unit can utilize the relevant data of the implanted device to research the treatment effect of the implanted device and customize a scientific treatment scheme for the patient.
Theremote communication device 120 can be used as a communication medium between the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 and the data reading andwriting device 130. Theremote communication device 120 may be on the patient side to provide real-time health monitoring for the patient. The data read/writedevice 130 can read and write information recorded by and to the implant device. Theremote communication device 120 and the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 may be connected through an ethernet for information interaction. Theremote communication device 120 and the data read-write device 130 may be connected through wireless communication methods such as infrared, bluetooth, and ZigBee, so as to implement short-distance information transmission. The data reading andwriting device 130 and the implanted device can wirelessly communicate in a radio frequency mode, so that the electric quantity of the implanted device is saved to the greatest extent.
Specifically, themedical management platform 110 may obtain an operating parameter adjustment instruction and send the operating parameter adjustment instruction to theremote communication device 120. The working parameter adjustment instruction may be an instruction generated when a medical worker logs in the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 to perform a working parameter editing operation. The working parameter adjustment instruction may also be an instruction generated by the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 according to a preset control program.
Theremote communication device 120 may receive the operating parameter adjustment command and parse the operating parameter adjustment command to generate operating parameter adjustment information. The analyzing of the working parameter adjustment instruction may be to derive all relevant working parameter adjustment information according to part of the working parameter adjustment information. For example, the operating parameter a is associated with the operating parameter B and the operating parameter C, and after the operating parameter a is adjusted, theremote communication device 120 may adjust the operating parameter B and the operating parameter C according to the operating parameter adjustment instruction. The working parameter adjustment information may be adjusted working parameter information, for example, the working parameter before updating is 1, and the adjusted working parameter is 3. The working parameter adjustment information may also be a data amount of the current working parameter to be adjusted, assuming that the working parameter before updating is 1, the working parameter after adjustment is 3, and the data amount to be adjusted is + 2.
Theremote communication device 120 can send the working parameter adjustment information to the data reading/writing device 130, so that the data reading/writing device 130 can update the working parameters of the implanted device according to the working parameter adjustment information. The working parameters may include stimulation points, which may be positions for controlling the stimulation, and the stimulation may be one or more stimulation points, which may be electrical pulse stimulation. Optionally, the operating parameters may also include the amplitude, pulse width, and frequency of the electrical pulse stimulation. Where there are multiple stimulation sites, the stimulation may be the same or different for each site. The arrangement of the stimulation point positions can accurately realize the neural target therapy, and is favorable for pertinently relieving or curing the diseases of patients. Besides, the operating parameters may also include operating mode, stimulation of the brain side, stimulation amount, and the like.
According to the technical scheme, the working parameter adjusting instruction is obtained through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and the working parameter adjusting instruction is sent to the remote communication equipment. And the remote communication equipment receives the working parameter adjusting instruction, analyzes the working parameter adjusting instruction, generates working parameter adjusting information and sends the working parameter adjusting information to the data reading and writing equipment. And the data reading and writing equipment receives the working parameter adjusting information and updates the working parameters of the implanted equipment according to the working parameter adjusting information. This scheme can be through the long-range system of diagnosing, and the working parameter of the internal implantation equipment of timely adjustment patient is favorable to implanting equipment and provides the best treatment for the patient, and good treatment experience is brought for the patient.
Example two
The present embodiment is a preferred embodiment provided on the basis of the above-described embodiments. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote diagnosis and treatment system based on an implantation device according to a second embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the remote diagnosis andtreatment system 100 further includes apatient terminal 140 and amedical care terminal 150; wherein thepatient terminal 140 interacts with theclinical management platform 110; themedical care terminal 150 interacts with the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110;
thepatient terminal 140 is configured to send diagnosis and treatment appointment information to the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110;
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is configured to receive the diagnosis and treatment appointment information, and determine themedical care terminal 150 according to the diagnosis and treatment appointment information;
themedical management platform 110 is further configured to, if a communication request initiated by thehealthcare terminal 150 is detected, forward the communication request to theremote communication device 120 associated with thepatient terminal 140 according to the communication request;
theremote communication device 120 is further configured to perform video and/or audio communication with thehealthcare terminal 150 according to the communication request.
The scheme adds apatient terminal 140 and amedical care terminal 150. Thepatient terminal 140 may be a mobile phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, or other electronic device used by the patient. Thepatient terminal 140 may access themedical management platform 110 by logging in a patient-side application, an applet, a website, and the like, and may transmit medical appointment information to themedical management platform 110, for example. The diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 may receive the diagnosis and treatment appointment information, and determine the correspondingmedical care terminal 150 according to the content in the diagnosis and treatment appointment information, so that medical care personnel who service the patient can know the state and the demand of the patient in time.
Similarly, thehealthcare terminal 150 may be an electronic device used by a healthcare worker, such as a mobile phone, a personal computer, and a tablet computer. The healthcare terminal may also access themedical management platform 110 by logging in a patient-side application, applet, website, etc., for example, to initiate a communication request. Themedical management platform 110, if detecting a communication request initiated by thehealthcare terminal 150, may forward the communication request to theremote communication device 120 associated with thecorresponding patient terminal 140 according to the content of the communication request, so as to enable communication between the healthcare worker and the patient. Meanwhile, when the medical staff communicates with the patient through theremote communication device 120, the medical staff can acquire the relevant information of the implanted device to assist diagnosis and treatment.
Theremote communication device 120 may receive the communication request and perform video and/or audio communication with thehealthcare terminal 150 in accordance with the communication request. Medical personnel can describe, observe the patient state and obtain the working parameter who implants equipment through the patient, carry out comprehensive judgement to the patient condition to give scientific treatment scheme.
This scheme can make the patient in time gain the contact with medical personnel to for medical personnel provide good environment of diagnosing, medical personnel can acquire abundant information, and then formulate scientific treatment scheme for the patient.
In a possible scheme, optionally, themedical care terminal 150 is further configured to set working parameter range information of an implanted device, and send the working parameter range information to the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110;
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is further configured to receive the working parameter range information, and send the working parameter range information to thepatient terminal 140;
thepatient terminal 140 is further configured to receive the working parameter range information, and set a working parameter of the implantation device according to the working parameter range information.
Medical personnel can set up the working parameter range information of implanting equipment for the patient through medical care terminal after the diagnosis is finished to supply the patient in time reasonable regulation according to particular case to implant equipment parameter. Themedical care terminal 150 may transmit the operation parameter range information to themedical management platform 110. Themedical management platform 110 may receive the operating parameter range information and send the operating parameter range information to thepatient terminal 140. Thepatient terminal 140 may receive the operating parameter range information and set the operating parameters of the implanted device based on the operating parameter range information. When the patient manually adjusts the operating parameters of the implanted device, if the adjusted operating parameters do not conform to the operating parameter range information, thepatient terminal 140 may send a prompt message and prohibit unsafe operation of the patient, thereby maximally ensuring the safety of the patient.
This scheme can provide the working parameter range information of implanting equipment for the patient, and the patient terminal can be through the working parameter who implants equipment of regulation and control in reasonable scope, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing that the patient is healthy, provides comfortable treatment for the patient and experiences.
In another possible solution, optionally, themedical care terminal 150 is further configured to set a working parameter timing program of an implanted device, and send the working parameter timing program to the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110;
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is further configured to receive the working parameter timing program, and determine a working parameter adjustment time of the implanted device according to the working parameter timing program;
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is further configured to generate a working parameter adjustment instruction according to the working parameter adjustment time, and send the working parameter adjustment instruction to theremote communication device 120.
It will be appreciated that to ensure good therapeutic results, the operating parameters of the implanted device may need to be changed frequently over time, depending on the patient's work and rest activities. Themedical care terminal 150 may set a working parameter timing program of an implant device, and send the working parameter timing program to the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110. The operating parameter timing routine may be a period of variation of an operating parameter of the patient implant device, such as a daily operating parameter variation routine of the implant device. Themedical management platform 110 may receive the working parameter timing program and determine a working parameter adjustment time of the implanted device according to the working parameter timing program. For example, the working parameter change program is a working parameter change program of the implantation device within one day, and the diagnosis and treatment management platform can determine that the implantation device needs to adjust the working parameters at 7:00, 9:00, 12:00, 14:00, 19:00 and 22: 00.
Themedical management platform 110 may generate an operating parameter adjustment command at the operating parameter adjustment time, and send the operating parameter adjustment command to theremote communication device 120. Theremote communication device 120 can send the working parameter adjustment information to the data reading/writing device 130, so that the data reading/writing device 130 can update the working parameters of the implanted device according to the working parameter adjustment information.
Above-mentioned scheme can provide automatic implantation equipment working parameter for the patient and adjust the service to adapt to patient's each item work and rest activity, when having brought comfortable treatment for the patient and experiencing, alleviateing medical personnel's operating pressure.
In this embodiment, optionally, the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is further configured to receive the working parameter timing program, and send the working parameter timing program to thepatient terminal 140;
thepatient terminal 140 is further configured to receive the working parameter timing program, and determine a working parameter adjustment time of the implant device according to the working parameter timing program.
Thepatient terminal 140 is further configured to send a working parameter adjustment request to the diagnosis and treatment management platform according to the working parameter adjustment time;
the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 is further configured to generate a working parameter adjustment instruction according to the working parameter adjustment request and the working parameter timing program, and send the working parameter adjustment instruction to theremote communication device 120.
It is easily understood that there may be variations in the work and rest activities of the patient, and in this scenario, themedical care terminal 150 may provide the working parameter adjustment period for the working parameter timing program customized for the patient, so that the patient can select an appropriate time to adjust the working parameters of the implanted device according to his or her own condition. Themedical management platform 110 may receive the working parameter timing program, and send the working parameter timing program to thepatient terminal 140, so that thepatient terminal 140 prompts the patient to adjust the working parameters of the implanted device. Thepatient terminal 140 may receive the operating parameter timing program and determine an operating parameter adjustment time for the implanted device based on the operating parameter timing program. Thepatient terminal 140 may further send a work parameter adjustment request to the diagnosis and treatment management platform according to the work parameter adjustment time. After receiving the working parameter adjustment request, the diagnosis andtreatment management platform 110 generates a working parameter adjustment instruction according to the working parameter adjustment request and the working parameter timing program, and sends the working parameter adjustment instruction to theremote communication device 120.
The scheme has good adaptability to the life change of the patient, is favorable for implanting equipment to provide the best treatment effect for the patient, and brings good treatment experience for the patient.
According to the technical scheme, the medical care terminal is used for setting the working parameter range information and the working parameter timing program, more use authorities can be given to a patient, and the patient can adjust the implanted equipment to comfortable working parameters within a reasonable range through the patient terminal. In addition, working parameter range information and a working parameter timing program are set through the medical care terminal, working pressure of medical care personnel can be relieved, and timely and accurate adjustment of working parameters of the implantation equipment is guaranteed. The scheme is favorable for the implanted equipment to provide the best treatment effect for the patient and bring good treatment experience for the patient.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a remote diagnosis and treatment method based on an implanted device according to a third embodiment of the present application, where the present application is applicable to any remote diagnosis and treatment scenario based on an implanted device, and the method may be executed by the remote diagnosis and treatment system based on an implanted device according to the third embodiment of the present application, where the remote diagnosis and treatment system includes a data read-write device, a remote communication device, and a diagnosis and treatment management platform; the remote communication equipment interacts with the diagnosis and treatment management platform; the data read-write device interacts with the remote communication device.
As shown in fig. 3, the remote diagnosis and treatment method based on the implant device includes:
s310, acquiring a working parameter adjusting instruction through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and sending the working parameter adjusting instruction to the remote communication equipment.
S320, receiving the working parameter adjusting instruction through the remote communication equipment, analyzing the working parameter adjusting instruction, and generating working parameter adjusting information; and sending the working parameter adjusting information to the data reading and writing equipment.
S330, receiving the working parameter adjusting information through the data reading and writing equipment, and updating the working parameters of the implanted equipment according to the working parameter adjusting information; wherein the operating parameters include stimulation point locations for controlling the location at which stimulation occurs.
The operating parameters also include amplitude, pulse width, and frequency.
In a possible solution, optionally, the telemedicine system further includes a patient terminal and a medical care terminal; the patient terminal interacts with the diagnosis and treatment management platform; the medical care terminal is interacted with the diagnosis and treatment management platform;
before the working parameter adjusting instruction is acquired through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, the method further comprises the following steps:
sending diagnosis and treatment appointment information to the diagnosis and treatment management platform through the patient terminal;
receiving the diagnosis and treatment appointment information through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and determining the medical care terminal according to the diagnosis and treatment appointment information;
through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, if a communication request initiated by the medical care terminal is detected, forwarding the communication request to the remote communication equipment associated with the patient terminal according to the communication request;
and carrying out video and/or audio communication with the medical care terminal through the remote communication equipment according to the communication request.
In a preferred embodiment, optionally, after performing video and/or audio communication with the healthcare terminal according to the communication request, the method further includes:
setting working parameter range information of implanted equipment through the medical care terminal, and sending the working parameter range information to the diagnosis and treatment management platform;
receiving the working parameter range information through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and sending the working parameter range information to the patient terminal;
and receiving the working parameter range information through the patient terminal, and setting the working parameters of the implanted equipment according to the working parameter range information.
In another preferred embodiment, optionally, before receiving the operating parameter adjustment instruction through the remote communication device, the method further includes:
setting a working parameter timing program of the implantation equipment through the medical care terminal, and sending the working parameter timing program to the diagnosis and treatment management platform;
receiving the working parameter timing program through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and determining the working parameter adjusting time of the implanted equipment according to the working parameter timing program;
and generating a working parameter adjusting instruction according to the working parameter adjusting time through the diagnosis and treatment management platform, and sending the working parameter adjusting instruction to the remote communication equipment.

As shown in fig. 4, the method of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
