In an embodiment of the invention, the determination threshold is a voltage threshold, and the electrical parameter of theinductive coupling element 303 read by the control module is a voltage.
For the sake of convenience in the following description, the hall effect of the hall device is described in detail herein, and the hall device is a magnetic field sensor fabricated according to the hall effect. The operating principle is that a Hall semiconductor chip is arranged in a magnetic field, a constant current I passes through the Hall semiconductor chip from one end to the other end, and under the action of Lorentz force, the current I is deviated to one side when passing through the Hall semiconductor chip, so that the chip generates a potential difference in the direction opposite to the current, namely the Hall voltage. The Hall voltage changes along with the change of the magnetic field intensity, the stronger the magnetic field, the higher the voltage, the weaker the magnetic field, and the lower the voltage. The hall voltage is small, typically a few millivolts, but is amplified by an amplifier in the integrated circuit to a voltage sufficient to output a strong signal.
Specifically, when theinductive coupling element 303 is a hall device, thefirst coupling element 301 is a first magnet, and thesecond coupling element 302 is a second magnet, the magnetic properties of the first magnets of different types of laser therapy apparatus tips are different, on one hand, thetip assembly 100 is fixed on thehandle assembly 200 by magnetic attraction between the first magnet and the second magnet, on the other hand, when thetip assembly 100 and thehandle assembly 200 are connected together, the second optical fiber 203 is coupled with the firstoptical fiber 102, and the control module reads the voltage of the hall device, because the different types oftip assemblies 100 are provided with the first magnets having different magnetic properties, the voltage values of the hall devices corresponding to the different types oftip assemblies 100 are different, and which type oftip assembly 100 can be determined by the voltage values of the hall devices.
More specifically, the magnetism of the first magnet matched with thetip component 100 for physiotherapy is higher than that of the first magnet matched with thetip component 100 for surgery, that is, thetip component 100 for physiotherapy adopts the first magnet with high magnetism, and the voltage value output by the hall device is larger; thework tip assembly 100 for operation adopts a first magnet with low magnetism, and the voltage value output by the Hall device is small; at this time, if the determination threshold is 500 mv, when the voltage value of the hall device is less than 500 mv, the control module determines that thetip component 100 is thetip component 100 for surgery, and when the voltage value of the hall device is greater than 500 mv, the control module determines that thetip component 100 is thetip component 100 for physiotherapy.
Or the magnetism of the first magnet matched with thework tip component 100 for physical therapy is lower than that of the first magnet matched with thework tip component 100 for operation, namely thework tip component 100 for physical therapy adopts the first magnet with low magnetism, and the voltage value output by the Hall device is smaller; thework tip assembly 100 for operation adopts a first magnet with high magnetism, and the voltage value output by the Hall device is large; at this time, if the determination threshold is 500 mv, when the voltage value of the hall device is less than 500 mv, the control module determines that thetip component 100 is thetip component 100 for physical therapy, and when the voltage value of the hall device is greater than 500 mv, the control module determines that thetip component 100 is thetip component 100 for surgery.
As shown in fig. 1, a shaft shoulder capable of positioning the first magnet is arranged on thefirst support seat 101, the second magnet is a magnetic ring, a mounting hole for mounting the magnetic ring is arranged on thesecond support seat 201, the inner wall of the magnetic ring is matched with the outer circumferential wall of thefirst support seat 101 so as to facilitate the mounting of the magnetic ring in the mounting hole, theoperating tip assembly 100 is positioned on thehandle assembly 200 through the matching of the inner wall of the magnetic ring and the outer circumferential wall of thefirst support seat 101, and meanwhile, the workpiece assembly is automatically adsorbed on thehandle assembly 200 through the magnetic adsorption between the first magnet and the magnetic ring, so that the fixing of theoperating tip assembly 100 on thehandle assembly 200 is realized; the magnetic force between the first magnet and the magnetic ring can provide a certain damping force for the rotation of the working tip, so that the workingtip assembly 100 cannot rotate when medical staff use the working tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus, and thefirst support seat 101 is not limited in the circumferential direction, so that the medical staff can apply an external force to the working tip to enable the working tip assembly 100360 to rotate, and the medical staff can conveniently rotate theworking tip assembly 100 to adjust when using the laser therapeutic apparatus; moreover, based on the matching between the inner wall of the magnetic ring and the outer circumferential wall of the first supportingseat 101, the radial relative positions of the first supportingseat 101 and the second supportingseat 201 are relatively fixed, so that when the medical staff rotates thetip assembly 100, the coupling end face of the firstoptical fiber 102 and the coupling end face of the second optical fiber 203 cannot deviate radially, the energy loss of laser transmission is reduced, and the laser transmission efficiency is improved.
Therefore, the fixation of thework tip assembly 100 is realized through the adsorption between the first magnet and the second magnet, the traditional complex operation that thework tip assembly 100 needs to be twisted or pressed when being installed on the handle is eliminated, the adsorption accuracy between the first magnet and the second magnet is high, the assembly precision of the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus is remarkably improved, and the laser transmission efficiency of the laser therapeutic apparatus is higher and more stable.
It should be understood that thetip assembly 100 provided by the present invention can be, but not limited to, positioned by matching the inner wall of the magnetic ring with the outer circumferential wall of the first supportingseat 101, and can also be positioned by additionally providing a positioning sleeve or a limiting ring, and the like, and similarly, thetip assembly 100 and thehandle assembly 200 can be fixed by magnetic attraction, but not limited to, and can also be fixed by aclamp spring 104 or an expansion sleeve, and other types of parts, and both the positioning mode and the fixing mode that can meet the use requirements are within the scope of the present invention.
The control module provided by the invention can also receive and store a laser power threshold in advance, for thework tip component 100 for physical therapy, the laser power threshold is the maximum laser power threshold, when the laser power modification value received by the control module is higher than the maximum laser power threshold, the control module sends out a laser power over-range prompt to prevent the thermal effect of laser from burning human tissues and causing irreparable damage to the human tissues when the laser with the power over-range is adopted for physical therapy, so that the occurrence of medical accidents is reduced, and the safety of laser therapy is improved; for thetip component 100 used for surgery, the laser power threshold is the minimum laser power threshold, and when the laser power modification value received by the control module is lower than the minimum laser power threshold, the control module sends out a prompt of too low laser power, so as to prevent that when the laser surgery is performed, the input laser power is too low, which results in delayed treatment or reduction of treatment effect and treatment efficiency.
Further, thetip assembly 100 further includes an opticalfiber protection tube 103 for protecting the firstoptical fiber 102, the opticalfiber protection tube 103 is disposed through the first supportingseat 101, and the firstoptical fiber 102 is disposed through the opticalfiber protection tube 103, so that the firstoptical fiber 102 is supported and protected by the opticalfiber protection tube 103, and the service life of the firstoptical fiber 102 is prolonged.
In another embodiment of the present invention, theinductive coupling element 303 is a resistor, the resistors of the different types of laser therapy apparatus tips have different resistances, thefirst coupling element 301 includes a firstconductive ring 3011 disposed at a first end of the resistor and a secondconductive ring 3012 disposed at a second end of the resistor, and the resistor and the firstconductive ring 3011 and the resistor and the secondconductive ring 3012 are electrically connected by awire 3013; thesecond coupling member 302 includes afirst contact pin 3021 for coupling with the firstconductive ring 3011 and asecond contact pin 3022 for coupling with the secondconductive ring 3012, such that when thetip assembly 100 is mounted to thehandle assembly 200, thefirst contact pin 3021 is coupled with the firstconductive ring 3011 and thesecond contact pin 3022 is coupled with the secondconductive ring 3012, such that the control circuit of the control module forms a closed loop with thefirst contact pin 3021, the firstconductive ring 3011, the resistor bar, the secondconductive ring 3012 and thesecond contact pin 3022, i.e., the control circuit is turned on, such that the control module can read electrical parameters of the resistor bar, thereby identifying different types oftip assemblies 100 and reducing the occurrence of mis-loading of thetip assembly 100.
It should be understood that the electrical parameters of the resistive bar read by the control module may be electrical parameters such as the resistance of the resistive bar, the current flowing through the resistive bar, or the voltage across the resistive bar, as long as the electrical parameters can distinguish different types of thetip assemblies 100; optionally, the electrical parameter of the resistance rod read by the control module provided in the embodiment of the present invention is a resistance, and accordingly, the threshold is determined as a resistance threshold.
Specifically, the resistance of the resistance rod matched with thework tip component 100 for physical therapy is higher than the resistance of the resistance rod matched with thework tip component 100 for operation, namely, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the physical therapy type adopts the high-resistance rod, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the operation type adopts the low-resistance rod, when the control module identifies that the resistance of the resistance rod is higher than a resistance threshold value, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus is judged to be the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the physical therapy type, and when the control module identifies that the resistance of the resistance rod is lower than the resistance threshold value, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus is judged to be the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the operation type.
Or the resistance of the resistance rod matched with thework tip component 100 for physical therapy is lower than the resistance of the resistance rod matched with thework tip component 100 for operation, namely the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the physical therapy type adopts the low-resistance rod, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the operation type adopts the high-resistance rod, when the control module identifies that the resistance of the resistance rod is higher than the resistance threshold value, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus is judged to be the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the operation type, and when the control module identifies that the resistance of the resistance rod is lower than the resistance threshold value, the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus is judged to be the work tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus of the physical therapy type.
Thework tip assembly 100 further comprises aclamp spring 104 arranged on the outer circumference of the first supportingseat 101, and a clamping groove capable of being matched with theclamp spring 104 is formed in thehandle shell 202, so that when thework tip assembly 100 is connected into thehandle assembly 200, thework tip assembly 100 is not easy to move axially, meanwhile, thework tip assembly 100 can be guaranteed to rotate relative to thehandle assembly 200, and medical staff can adjust thework tip assembly 100 conveniently.
In addition, the invention also discloses a laser therapeutic apparatus, which comprises a treatment program automatic switching system and the working tip of any one laser therapeutic apparatus, wherein the working tip of the laser therapeutic apparatus can judge the type of the working tip and transmit the judgment result to the treatment program automatic switching system, the treatment program automatic switching system receives the judgment result of the type of the working tip and then automatically switches to the corresponding treatment program, and treatment parameters are automatically set, so that the time for the medical staff to adjust the parameters is saved, the risk of parameter setting errors of the medical staff is reduced, the occurrence of medical accidents is further reduced, and the safety of the laser therapeutic apparatus is improved.
