Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to develop a device for automatically moving an electric nursing bed controller to facilitate the operation of a patient, wherein the controller is operated by the patient in a recumbent position or a sitting position, and after the patient is changed into the sitting position or the recumbent position, the controller automatically moves to a position which facilitates the operation of the patient, and the device is beneficial to improving the self-care ability of the patient due to the convenience of the self-operation of the patient.
The invention solves the problem that the electric nursing bed is inconvenient to operate and control by the patient, and fills the blank of the device which is convenient for the patient to operate by the automatic movement of the electric nursing bed controller in the field of medical appliances.
Detailed Description
The automatic patient operation convenient device for the electric nursing bed controller comprises a controller key box and a sliding device, and is characterized in that the controller key box (1) is formed by connecting a controller key plate/a liquid crystal touch screen (2) to an inverted U-shaped part (3) of the controller key box (1), the controller key box sliding device is formed by arranging an electroplated metal sliding rod (5) with the diameter of 100mm and the length of 700mm on a guardrail (4) of an electric nursing bed, penetrating into sliding tubes (7) with two ends embedded with linear bearings (6) slightly longer than the controller key box, arranging small holes (8) with the diameter of 2-3mm at two ends of the sliding tubes, arranging V-shaped groove fixed pulleys (9) at two ends of the metal sliding rod (5), penetrating ropes (10) in two pulley grooves into the small holes (8) at the head and tail ends of the sliding tubes (7) respectively, winding ropes (10) with the diameters of 2-3mm for one circle after the ropes are fixed, winding the ropes (9) with the diameters of 2-3mm below the guardrail (4) on the V-shaped groove fixed pulleys, winding the rope fixed pulleys (9) below the guardrail (4) on the side of the guardrail, and extending the tail ends of the ropes (10) at the tail ends of the rope fixed pulleys (1) of the controller key box (1) are connected with the back of the bed plate (13), the device is connected with a tension spring/rubber strip (14) with the tensile length of 400mm and the tensile force of 0.5Kg, the tail end of the device is vertically fixed on a nursing bed bottom frame (15) below a guardrail (4), and a controller key box (1) is hung on a sliding tube (7) of a controller sliding device through an inverted U-shaped part (3). The other embodiment of the invention is that a miniature speed reducing motor powered by a Direct Current (DC) power supply of an electric nursing bed is fixed at the position of the middle part of the upper edge of the guardrail (4) which is shifted to the bedside by 200mm, the motor is connected with a metal long screw rod (16) with the diameter of 10mm, the screw rod is connected with a nut tube (18) with the same length as a key box (1) of a controller in a matching way, nuts (17) are arranged at the two ends of the screw rod, the tail end of the metal long screw rod (16) is connected with a rolling bearing (19) and is fixed at the tail end of the guardrail (4) through a bearing jacket (20), the power supply of the miniature speed reducing motor is connected with the DC power supply of the electric push rod for controlling a lifting back bed board (12) in parallel, and the key box of the controller automatically moves to facilitate the operation of a patient and can be arranged at one side of flexible movement of limbs and fingers of the patient according to the needs of the patient.
The invention has the advantages that the controller is operated when the patient is in the recumbent position or sitting position, and after the patient is converted into the sitting position or the recumbent position, the controller key box automatically moves to the position convenient for the patient to operate, thereby realizing the automatic movement of the controller key box, and being beneficial to improving the self-care ability of the patient due to the convenience of the patient to operate the nursing bed.

Detailed Description
The controller key box 1 is manufactured by injection molding through a plastic mold, the sliding tube 7 is manufactured by a metal tube or a plastic tube matched with the linear bearings 6-1 and 6-2, the metal sliding rod 5 is manufactured by electroplating a metal rod matched with the sliding rod, and the inverted U-shaped part is manufactured by bending a metal sheet shear plate to manufacture other parts which are commercially available. The prepared parts can be used after being assembled according to the specification and attached drawings. Before use, the patient is in a recumbent state, and the controller key box 1 is positioned at a position from the middle part of the guardrail 4 to the side of the head of the guardrail 4, namely, a position near the forearm of the patient in the recumbent state. When a patient wants to sit up, a back lifting key is pressed down, a back bed plate 12 of the electric nursing bed is lifted, as the tail end of the sliding tube 7 is provided with a small hole 8-1 with the diameter of 2-3mm, a rope 10 in a rope fixed pulley groove is wound with a rope 10 in two pulley grooves of a V-shaped groove fixed pulley 9 at the tail end of a metal sliding rod 5, the tail end of an extension arm 13 of the back bed plate 12 of the nursing bed is pulled, when the back bed plate 12 is lifted up, the back bed plate 12 rotates forwards to lift up, the bed plate is driven to generate a reaction force on the extension arm 13 by taking a rotating shaft as a center, namely a backward acting force, and the traction force of the tail end pulling rope 10 drives the sliding tube 7 to drive a controller key box 1 fixed by adhesive to move forwards and in the bed tail direction. Meanwhile, since the end of the rope 10 at the head side of the controller key case 1 is connected with a tension spring/rubber strip 14 having a tensile length of 500mm and a tensile force of 0.5Kg and the end thereof is fixed to the nursing bed bottom frame 15 under the head side of the guard rail 4, the tension spring/rubber strip 14 is elongated and generates elastic potential energy during the horizontal movement of the controller key case 1 along the metal sliding rod 5 toward the tail direction. When the back bed board 12 rises to the limit position of about 75 degrees, the back lifting electric push rod is contacted with the inner limit switch, and the automatic power-off operation is stopped. At this point the controller key box 1 has stopped near the patient's forearm on the bed tail side of the guardrail 4. When a patient wants to lie down, the back descending key of the controller key box 1 is pressed, the gear motor of the electric push rod runs reversely, and the back bed board 12 descends, so that in the process that the controller key box 1 horizontally moves along the metal sliding rod 5 towards the tail direction, the elastic potential energy generated by the stretching of the tension spring/rubber strip 14 is released and converted into kinetic energy to pull the rope 10 with the small hole 8 at the head side end of the sliding tube 7 so that the sliding tube 7 drives the controller key box 1 to move along the metal sliding rod 5 towards the head side direction, and when the back bed board 12 returns to the horizontal position, the controller key box 1 also returns to the initial position, namely, the position where the key is convenient to operate by the patient by hands. In another embodiment of the invention, when a patient wants to sit up, a 'back lifting' key of the controller key box 1 arranged on the middle sheet head side of the guardrail 4 and positioned on the initial position nut pipe 18 is pressed, the power supply of the miniature speed reduction motor M connected in parallel with the back lifting electric push rod is automatically connected, the metal long screw 16 hinged with the speed reduction motor M runs forward while the back bed plate 12 is lifted, the nut pipe 18 and the controller key box 1 connected through the inverted U-shaped part 3 are driven to move towards the direction of the bed tail, as the power supply of the electric push rod is connected in parallel with the power supply of the miniature speed reduction motor M, when the patient sits down from the flat position to the 75 DEG angle limit position of the back bed plate 12, the limit switch arranged in the electric push rod is touched, the electric push rod motor and the miniature speed reduction motor M are automatically powered off simultaneously, and the controller key box 1 is automatically moved to the position close to the position of the guardrail 4 by the patient's self operation by the self through the inverted U-shaped part 3, and the controller key box 1 is automatically moved to the position close to the position of the bed tail of the guardrail 4 when the patient wants to operate by self, and the back lifting electric push rod is conveniently moved to the position close to the position of the patient's position of the miniature speed reduction motor M when the patient sits down from the flat position to the position of the patient. When a nursing staff operates, the inverted U-shaped part connected with the controller key box 1 can be taken down, the controller key box 1 is hung on the sliding tube 7 or the nut tube 18 in an outward manner, and when the illness state of a patient is improved and the patient operates by himself, the controller key box 1 is hung inwards. The invention adopts the lifting of the back bed board 12 as power, namely a sliding tube-fixed pulley mode or a miniature gear motor M as power to drive a long screw rod-nut tube/gear engaged rack-sliding tube mode, and the controller key box 1 can automatically move along with the change of the patient body position when the patient sits up, lies down or semi-lying down, and the controller key box 1 always tracks the position nearby the hand operation position of the patient, so that the function of self-operating nursing bed of the patient is convenient, and the self-care capability of the patient is improved.
