Then monitoring whether the air conditioner room leaks water or not according to water quantity data collected by the water immersion monitoring equipment through a pre-programmed program, and when the water leakage of the air conditioner room is detected, obtaining an identifier 3 representing the water leakage of the air conditioner room; when detecting that the air conditioner room has no water leakage, acquiring an identifier 0 representing that the air conditioner room has no water leakage; therefore, theplatform layer 103 obtains the water volume data and the second data representing the identifier of whether the air conditioner room leaks water, and sends the second data to theapplication layer 104, theapplication layer 104 detects the second data, when theapplication layer 104 detects that the second data contains the identifier 3 representing the water leakage of the air conditioner room, an alarm rule corresponding to the preset identifier 3 representing the water leakage of the air conditioner room is searched, then notification information of the fault of the water logging monitoring equipment is sent according to the alarm rule, and the running state of the water logging monitoring equipment in the air conditioner room is displayed in a graphical mode based on the second data.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when water leakage of the air conditioner room is detected, the real-time reminding is carried out, so that the faults of other equipment in the air conditioner room caused by water leakage can be avoided.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the data collected by the environment monitoring device includes sensing data collected by a vital signs sensing device;
theplatform layer 103 is further configured to detect whether a living body is present in the air conditioner room according to the sensing data, and obtain second data including the sensing data and an identifier indicating whether a living body is present.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the vital sign sensing device may be any electronic device for detecting a vital sign, and may support switching between a disarming state and a arming state, where a warning is given when a person or an animal abnormally enters the air conditioner room in the arming state, and no warning is given when the person or the animal enters the air conditioner room in the disarming state, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, after theplatform layer 103 receives the first data, the first data in 16-system is parsed into data in JSON field format by a pre-programmed program, and the sensing data collected by the vital sign sensing device is identified. Then monitoring whether a life body exists in the air conditioner room or not according to sensing data acquired by the vital sign sensing equipment through a pre-programmed program, wherein the life body can be a human or other animals with vital signs, and when the life body exists in the air conditioner room, obtaining an identifier 4 for representing the life body in the air conditioner room; when the fact that no life body exists in the air conditioner room is monitored, an identifier 0 representing the fact that no life body exists in the air conditioner room is obtained; therefore, theplatform layer 103 obtains the sensing data and the second data representing whether the identification of the living body exists in the air conditioner room, the second data is sent to theapplication layer 104, theapplication layer 104 detects the second data, when theapplication layer 104 detects that the second data contains the identification 4 representing the living body in the air conditioner room, the alarm rule corresponding to the preset identification 4 representing the living body in the air conditioner room is searched, then the notification information of the living body in the air conditioner room is sent according to the alarm rule, and the running state of the water immersion monitoring device in the air conditioner room is displayed in a charification mode based on the second data.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the vital sign sensing equipment is used for detecting whether a person or other animals enter the machine room or not, and the access condition is recorded, so that the loss caused by misoperation of equipment of the air conditioner machine room by non-workers or other animals can be effectively prevented.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the data collected by the air conditioning equipment includes operation data of an air conditioning host;
thesensing layer 101 is further configured to send the operation data and a first identifier representing an operation fault to thenetwork layer 102 when the air conditioner host detects a fault according to the operation data; when the air conditioner host does not detect the fault, the operation data is sent to thenetwork layer 102 according to a preset time length;
theplatform layer 103 is further configured to obtain, according to the operation data of the air conditioner host, or the operation data of the air conditioner host and the first identifier indicating the operation failure, the second data including the operation data of the air conditioner host and the identifier indicating whether the operation failure occurs.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the data collected by the air conditioning equipment may include operation data of the air conditioning host, operation data of the air conditioning controller, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the operation data of the air conditioner host may include information such as an operation state of the air conditioner host and fault information of the air conditioner host. When the air conditioner host detects that the operating data has a fault, adding a first identifier 5 into the operating data, and then sending the operating fault data and the first identifier 5 representing the operating fault to thenetwork layer 102 in real time; when the air conditioner host does not detect that there is a fault in the operation data, the operation fault data is sent to thenetwork layer 102 according to a preset time length. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset time period may be set according to a user requirement, and is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the time interval of the collection of the operation data by the air conditioner host is 1 minute, the time interval of the report of the operation data by the air conditioner host is 10 minutes, the operation data is analyzed after the collection of the operation data, when fault information in the operation data is found after the analysis, a first identifier is added into the operation data, and then the operation data and the first identifier are reported; and reporting the operation data according to a preset interval of 10 minutes when no fault information is found after analysis.
Thenetwork layer 102 forwards the received operation data of the air conditioner host, or the operation data of the air conditioner host and the first identifier 5 representing the operation failure to theplatform layer 103. Theplatform layer 103 obtains the second data including the operation data of the air conditioner host and the identifier representing the operation fault according to the received operation data of the air conditioner host and the first identifier 5 representing the operation fault through a pre-programmed program; and obtaining second data only comprising the operation data of the air conditioner host according to the received operation data of the air conditioner host. And sending the second data to theapplication layer 104, detecting the second data by theapplication layer 104, when detecting that the second data contains an identifier 5 representing the operation fault of the air-conditioning equipment, searching an alarm rule corresponding to a preset identifier representing the operation fault of the air-conditioning equipment, then sending notification information of the operation fault of the air-conditioning equipment according to the alarm rule, and displaying the operation state of the air-conditioning equipment in the air-conditioning room in a chartification mode based on the second data.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioning equipment timely alarms when detecting the operation fault according to the operation data, so that the operation and maintenance efficiency of the air conditioner room is improved, and the operation and maintenance safety of the air conditioner room is ensured; and when no operation fault exists, data are reported according to preset time, so that the continuous updating and displaying of the operation state of the air conditioning equipment in the air conditioner room by theapplication layer 104 can be ensured, and the transmission resource of the operation and maintenance system of the air conditioner room can not be wasted.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the data collected by the air conditioning equipment further includes operation data of each air conditioning controller distributed in different spaces;
thesensing layer 101 is further configured to send operation data of each air conditioner controller to thenetwork layer 102;
theplatform layer 103 is further configured to determine an adjustment parameter for the operation data of the air conditioner host according to the operation data of each air conditioner controller and the operation data of the air conditioner host, and send the adjustment parameter to thenetwork layer 102;
thenetwork layer 102 is further configured to send the adjustment parameter to thesensing layer 101;
and the air conditioner host in thesensing layer 101 is further configured to operate according to the adjustment parameter.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner controller may be an air conditioner control panel or an air conditioner remote controller, and is not limited herein. The operation data of the air conditioner controller may include the number of turn-on of the air conditioner controller, an operation mode, an operation wind speed, a currently set temperature, and the like. The method comprises the following steps that asensing layer 101 sends operation data of air conditioner controllers distributed in different spaces to aplatform layer 103 through anetwork layer 102, and theplatform layer 103 determines adjusting parameters of the operation data of an air conditioner host through a pre-programmed program according to the opening number, the operation mode, the operation wind speed and the current set temperature of the air conditioner controllers, the temperature and the humidity of the current operation environment and the actual operation wind speed and temperature of the air conditioner host; theplatform layer 103 sends the adjusting parameters to thenetwork layer 102 through the public network, thenetwork layer 102 sends the adjusting parameters to thesensing layer 101 through the LoRaWAN gateway, and the air conditioner host runs according to the adjusting parameters.
Illustratively, according to the opening number, the operation mode, the operation wind speed and the set temperature of the air conditioner controllers, and by combining outdoor temperature and humidity, the cold and heat quantity demand quantity of each air conditioner controller distributed in different spaces is analyzed, and then according to the cold and heat quantity generated by the actual operation of the current air conditioner host, the balance is performed to obtain the loss quantity of intermediate energy, so that the adjustment parameter of the operation data of the air conditioner host is determined.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the adjusting parameters of the operating data of the air conditioner host are determined according to the operating data of each air conditioner controller and the operating data of the air conditioner host, so that the energy consumption waste can be effectively reduced, and the energy conservation of the air conditioner room is realized.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the air-conditioning host machine can also analyze and obtain the cold and heat demand quantities of each air-conditioning controller distributed in different spaces according to the collected opening quantity, operation mode, operation wind speed and set temperature of the air-conditioning controller and by combining outdoor temperature and humidity, and then settle according to the cold and heat quantities generated in actual operation to obtain the loss quantity of intermediate energy, thereby adjusting the operation data of the air-conditioning host machine.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the data collected by the air conditioning equipment comprises water circuit data collected by a water circuit monitoring equipment;
thesensing layer 101 is further configured to send the water loop data and a second identifier, which determines whether the water loop monitoring device has an operation fault according to the water loop data, to thenetwork layer 102;
theplatform layer 103 is further configured to obtain, according to the water circuit data and the second identifier indicating the operation fault, the second data including the water circuit data and the identifier indicating whether the operation fault exists.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the water circuit monitoring device may include any electronic device for monitoring the state of the water circuit, such as a water temperature meter, a water pressure meter, etc., which is not limited herein, and as an example, the water circuit monitoring device may include a water pressure meter as shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the water loop data collected by the water loop monitoring device may include water pressure, water temperature, water consumption, heat, and the like. The method comprises the steps that asensing layer 101 sends the water pressure of return water detected by a water pressure meter in water loop monitoring equipment, the temperature of the return water detected by a water temperature meter, the temperature of outlet return water and the water consumption of the whole air conditioning system collected by a water meter to aplatform layer 103 through anetwork layer 102, after theplatform layer 103 receives water loop data, the 16-system water loop data are analyzed through a pre-programmed program to be data in a JSON field format, whether the water loop monitoring equipment is in fault or not is detected through the pre-programmed program according to the water pressure of the return water detected by the water pressure meter, the temperature of the return water detected by the water temperature meter, the temperature of the outlet return water and the water consumption of the whole air conditioning system collected by the water meter, and when the water loop monitoring equipment is detected to be in fault, theplatform layer 103 obtains a mark 6 for representing the fault of the water loop monitoring equipment;
for example, a water pressure meter detects the water pressure of return water, a water pressure low-pressure alarm threshold value and a water pressure high-pressure alarm threshold value are set, and when the water pressure value is out of the threshold values, a fault is indicated; detecting the temperature of the return water by using a water temperature meter, and performing correlation analysis on the temperature of the outlet return water and the temperature set by the host, wherein for example, the outlet water temperature set by the host is 5 ℃ during refrigeration, but the outlet water temperature of the host is actually 7 ℃, which indicates that the refrigeration of the host is faulty; the water consumption of the whole air conditioner can be collected through the water meter, and a fault is indicated when the water consumption is abnormal; the heat meter is used for collecting the cold and heat consumed by the air conditioning system, and a fault is indicated when the cold and heat consumption is abnormal.
When detecting that the water loop monitoring equipment has no fault, theplatform layer 103 obtains an identifier 0 representing that the water loop monitoring equipment has no fault; theplatform layer 103 obtains the second data including the water loop data and the identifier representing whether the water loop monitoring device is in operation fault, and sends the second data to theapplication layer 104, theapplication layer 104 detects the second data, when theapplication layer 104 detects that the second data includes the identifier 6 representing the fault of the water loop monitoring device, an alarm rule corresponding to the predetermined identifier 6 representing the fault is searched, then notification information of the fault of the water loop monitoring device is sent according to the alarm rule, and the operation state of the water loop monitoring device in the air conditioner room is displayed in a graphical mode based on the second data.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the water loop abnormal data of the air conditioning equipment can be obtained in time according to the water loop data acquired by the water loop monitoring equipment.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, if the data collected by the air conditioning equipment includes operation data of the air conditioning host and water loop data collected by the water loop monitoring equipment;
theplatform layer 103 is further configured to comprehensively determine whether the air conditioner is in a fault operation state according to the operation data of the air conditioner host and the water loop data, and obtain the second data including the operation data, the water loop data and the identifier indicating whether the air conditioner is in the fault operation state.
In this embodiment, theplatform layer 103 collects the operation data of the air conditioner host according to the air conditioning equipment through a pre-programmed program, and performs comprehensive analysis on the water loop data collected by the water loop monitoring equipment, for example, a comprehensive analysis is performed on the valve switch, the compressor start/stop condition and the outlet/return water temperature, so as to determine whether the whole air conditioning system has a potential fault, and when detecting whether the air conditioning system has a potential fault, theplatform layer 103 obtains an identifier 7 representing that the potential fault exists; theplatform layer 103 obtains the second data including the operation data, the water loop data and the identifier representing whether the operation is faulty or not, sends the second data to theapplication layer 104, searches the alarm rule corresponding to the predetermined identifier 7 representing that the air-conditioning system has the potential fault when theapplication layer 104 detects that the second data includes the identifier 7 representing that the air-conditioning system has the potential fault, then sends out notification information that the air-conditioning system has the potential fault according to the alarm rule, and shows the operation state of the air-conditioning system in the air-conditioning room in a charted manner based on the second data.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the platform is used for carrying out objective comprehensive analysis on various data, so that the artificial analysis of an operation and maintenance engineer can be replaced, and the operation and maintenance cost of the air conditioner room is reduced.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, theplatform layer 103 is further configured to train a fault detection model according to historical data acquired by the environment monitoring device, a historical detection result of whether an operating environment of the air conditioner room exceeds a standard, and a historical operating data of the air conditioner device, a historical detection result of whether the air conditioner device is faulty, or not; the fault detection model is used for determining whether the operating environment exceeds the standard or not and whether the air conditioning equipment is in fault or not according to the currently detected first data.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the operation and maintenance contents and data of all the operation and maintenance systems of the air conditioner room are similar, the operation and maintenance systems of the air conditioner room can be continuously updated iteratively by copying the project. Theplatform layer 103 trains a fault detection model according to historical data acquired by the environment monitoring equipment, historical detection results of whether the operating environment of the air conditioner room exceeds the standard, historical operating data of the air conditioner equipment and historical detection results of whether the air conditioner equipment fails by a pre-programmed program, and can perform correlation analysis on the historical data acquired by the monitoring equipment, the historical operating data of the air conditioner equipment and the historical detection results by combining a hardware scheme. Through continuous training of data of the operation and maintenance system, the fault detection model can be continuously optimized, whether the operation environment exceeds the standard or not and whether the air conditioning equipment fails or not can be determined according to the currently detected first data, and therefore early warning accuracy is improved.
The operation and maintenance system of the air conditioner room according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to specific examples. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a second configuration of an operation and maintenance system of an air conditioner room according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes:
asensing layer 101, anetwork layer 102, aplatform layer 103, and anapplication layer 104; thenetwork layer 102 is wirelessly connected with thesensing layer 103;
and thesensing layer 101 sends data acquired by the environment monitoring equipment in the air conditioner room and data acquired by the air conditioning equipment to thenetwork layer 102. When the air conditioner host detects a fault according to the operation data, the operation data and an identifier representing the operation fault are sent to thenetwork layer 102; and when the air conditioner host does not detect the fault, sending the operation data to thenetwork layer 102 according to preset time length.
The data collected by the environment monitoring equipment in the air conditioner room comprises electric power data collected by electric power monitoring equipment, temperature and humidity data collected by temperature and humidity monitoring equipment, water quantity data collected by water immersion monitoring equipment, sensing data collected by vital sign sensing equipment and the like; the data collected by the air conditioning equipment in the air conditioning room comprises the operation data of each air conditioning controller distributed in different spaces, the water loop data collected by the water loop monitoring equipment and the operation data of the air conditioning host.
In this embodiment, power monitoring equipment can be the multifunctional electric meter in fig. 2, and humiture monitoring equipment can be the trinity environment monitoring ware in fig. 2, and water logging monitoring equipment can be the water logging monitor in fig. 2. The vital signs sensing device may be an infrared detector.
And thenetwork layer 102 is used for sending data acquired by the environment monitoring equipment in the air conditioner room and data acquired by the air conditioning equipment to theplatform layer 103.
And theplatform layer 103 is used for processing data acquired by the environment monitoring equipment in the air conditioner room and data acquired by the air conditioning equipment in the air conditioner room.
Specifically, theplatform layer 103 may detect whether the power of the air conditioner room is abnormal according to the power data collected by the power monitoring device; detecting whether the temperature and the humidity of the air conditioner room reach the standard or not according to temperature and humidity data collected by temperature and humidity monitoring equipment; detecting whether water leaks from the air conditioner room or not according to water quantity data collected by the water immersion monitoring equipment; detecting whether a life body exists in the air conditioner room or not according to sensing data acquired by the vital sign sensing equipment; and obtaining second data including electric power data, temperature and humidity data, water quantity data and sensing data, and an identifier representing whether electric power is abnormal, an identifier representing whether temperature and humidity reach the standard, an identifier representing whether the air conditioner room leaks water and an identifier representing whether a living body exists.
Determining an adjusting parameter of the operating data of the air conditioner host according to the operating data of each air conditioner controller and the operating data of the air conditioner host, and sending the adjusting parameter to thenetwork layer 102, wherein thenetwork layer 102 sends the adjusting parameter to thesensing layer 101; and the air conditioner host in thesensing layer 101 operates according to the adjusting parameters.
And obtaining second data including the operation data of the air conditioner host and the identifier representing whether the operation fault exists according to the operation data of the air conditioner host or the operation data of the air conditioner host and the first identifier representing the operation fault. And obtaining second data comprising the water circuit data and the identifier for representing whether the operation fault exists according to the water circuit data and the second identifier for representing the operation fault.

And comprehensively determining whether the air conditioner is in fault operation or not according to the operation data and the water loop data of the air conditioner host, and obtaining second data comprising the operation data, the water loop data and an identifier representing whether the air conditioner is in fault operation or not.
After obtaining the second data, theplatform layer 103 may send the second data to theapplication layer 104.
And theapplication layer 104 is used for outputting the running states of the environment monitoring equipment and the air conditioning equipment in the air conditioner room based on the second data, detecting whether a preset identifier for representing the fault exists in the second data according to the second data, and outputting notification information corresponding to the alarm rule according to a preset alarm rule corresponding to the preset identifier when the preset identifier for representing the fault is detected. And then, sending the notification information to a user terminal associated with the operation and maintenance system of the air conditioner room.
Here, the components of the operation and maintenance system of the air conditioner room may refer to the detailed description in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, theplatform layer 103 and thesensing layer 101 adopt wireless communication, so that the construction wiring is greatly reduced, the networking is flexible, theapplication layer 104 outputs the running state of the equipment in the air-conditioning room, the real-time checking of the equipment data can be supported, the monitoring management of the air-conditioning room can be quickly realized, and the operation and maintenance system of the air-conditioning room is more convenient to implement. Theapplication layer 104 sends notification information according to the predetermined identifier representing the fault and the corresponding alarm rule, and notifies corresponding operation and maintenance personnel to process, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can expand the inspection interval time and reduce the inspection times; and the operation and maintenance personnel can timely process the fault of the operation and maintenance system of the air conditioner room according to the received notification information (or alarm information), so that the labor cost is reduced, and the operation and maintenance efficiency of the air conditioner room is greatly improved.
The method involved in the system disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a processor or realized by the processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. The processor may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention.
