Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure provides an account management method, apparatus, device and storage medium, which can reasonably allocate management resources to an account to be managed.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure is as follows:
according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an account management method is provided, which may be applied to an electronic device. The account management method may include:
acquiring a plurality of account information of an account to be managed; the account information is used for representing an account category of the account to be managed;
and determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information.
Optionally, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information includes:
reading the corresponding relation between the preset category and the management resources, determining a first management resource corresponding to the first category and a second management resource corresponding to the second category, and determining the first management resource and the second management resource as a plurality of management resources.
Optionally, the plurality of account information further includes: paying attention to at least two items of the number of the accounts to be managed, the number of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed, the number of the interactive operations executed on the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed, the issuing time of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed and the issuing positions of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed.
Optionally, obtaining a plurality of account information of the account to be managed includes:
acquiring an account identifier of an account to be managed;
and acquiring a plurality of account information from a database corresponding to the account to be managed according to the account identification.
Optionally, before obtaining the information of the plurality of accounts to be managed, the method further includes:
receiving an account management request sent by an account to be managed;
or, periodically generating a management instruction for managing the account to be managed.
Optionally, the account management further includes:
acquiring current management resources of an account to be managed;
when the current management resource is different from each management resource in the plurality of management resources, determining whether the current management resource is the management resource established by the account to be managed;
and when the current management resource is not the management resource created by the account to be managed, removing the management relation between the current management resource and the account to be managed.
Optionally, the account management further includes:
and sending a prompting message for prompting the management of the account to be managed to a plurality of management accounts in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of management resources.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an account management apparatus, which may be applied to an electronic device, including: an acquisition unit and a processing unit;
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a management unit and a management unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of account information of an account to be managed; the account information is used for representing an account category of the account to be managed;
and the processing unit is used for determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information.
Optionally, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, the processing unit is specifically configured to:
reading the corresponding relation between the preset category and the management resources, determining a first management resource corresponding to the first category and a second management resource corresponding to the second category, and determining the first management resource and the second management resource as a plurality of management resources.
Optionally, the plurality of account information further includes: paying attention to at least two items of the number of the accounts to be managed, the number of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed, the number of the interactive operations executed on the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed, the issuing time of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed and the issuing positions of the multimedia resources issued by the accounts to be managed.

According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic device, which may include: a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement any one of the above-described optional account management methods of the first aspect.
According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions, which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform any one of the above-mentioned optional account management methods of the first aspect.
According to a fifth aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer program product, which includes computer instructions that, when run on an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the account management method according to any one of the optional implementations of the first aspect.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The data to which the present disclosure relates may be data that is authorized by a user or sufficiently authorized by parties.
As described in the background, the management resources allocated to the publishing accounts are usually one-to-one allocation rules, that is, one publishing account can be managed only by one domain management account. With the increase of the field related to the issuing account, the existing account management method cannot reasonably distribute and manage resources for the issuing account.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an account management method, where after acquiring a plurality of pieces of account information of an account to be managed, an electronic device may determine a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of pieces of account information. In this way, since one account information is used for representing one account category of the account to be managed, the electronic device can obtain multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed from multiple category dimensions, so that multiple management resources are reasonably allocated to the account to be managed, and the technical problem that one issuing account can only be managed by one field of management accounts is solved.
The electronic device may be a server, a terminal, or other electronic devices for managing an account, which is not limited in this disclosure.
When the electronic device is a server, the server may be a single server, or may be a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers. In some embodiments, the server cluster may also be a distributed cluster. The present disclosure is also not limited to a specific implementation of the server.
In still other embodiments, the server may further include or be coupled to a database in which the page data for the web pages may be stored.
When the electronic device is a terminal, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a handheld computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, a cellular phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an Augmented Reality (AR) \ Virtual Reality (VR) device, and other devices that can install and use a content community application (such as a fast hand), and the disclosure does not particularly limit the specific form of the terminal. The system can be used for man-machine interaction with a user through one or more modes of a keyboard, a touch pad, a touch screen, a remote controller, voice interaction or handwriting equipment and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, when the account management method is applied to an electronic device, the account management method may include:
s101, the electronic equipment acquires a plurality of account information of the account to be managed.
Specifically, when determining a plurality of management resources for managing an account to be managed, the electronic device may first obtain a plurality of account information of the account to be managed.
The account information is used for representing an account category of the account to be managed.
Optionally, the plurality of account information may include a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed. In this way, the electronic device can determine a plurality of management resources corresponding to a plurality of categories one to one according to the plurality of categories of the multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed.
Optionally, the plurality of account information may further include at least two of the number of accounts paying attention to the account to be managed, the number of the multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, the issuance time of the multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the issuance location of the multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed. Therefore, the electronic device can obtain the plurality of account information of the account to be managed from the plurality of category dimensions according to at least two items of the plurality of account information, so that a plurality of management resources are reasonably allocated to the account to be managed, and the technical problem that one release account can only be managed by one field of management accounts is solved.
S102, the electronic equipment determines a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information.
Specifically, after obtaining the plurality of account information of the account to be managed, the electronic device may determine, according to the plurality of account information, a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed.
The management resource may be a management account corresponding to one or more management teams for managing the account to be managed, a management account corresponding to one or more management staff in the management team for managing the account to be managed, or an operation resource for managing the account to be managed, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Optionally, when the electronic device determines, according to the information of the plurality of accounts, a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed, the electronic device may determine the plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed in the following two ways.
The first mode is as follows:
management resources corresponding to each account information are stored in the electronic equipment in advance. After obtaining the multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed, the electronic device may read a pre-established correspondence between the account information and the management resources, thereby determining the multiple management resources for managing the account to be managed.
The second mode is as follows:
the electronic device includes a policy engine for determining a plurality of management resources for an account to be managed. After obtaining the multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed, a policy engine in the electronic device may call a pre-established policy rule (for example, perform weighted summation on the account information, or determine the weight of the account information through a preset algorithm, etc.), determine a weight value of each piece of account information, and further determine a management resource corresponding to each weight value.
Illustratively, the electronic device obtains two pieces of account information of the account to be managed: the category of the multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed is a game category, and the number of the accounts paying attention to the account to be managed is ten million. The preset electronic equipment stores a first management resource corresponding to a game class and a second management resource corresponding to an account with the number of concerned accounts larger than five million.
In this case, the electronic device may determine, according to the two pieces of account information, two management resources for managing the account to be managed as the first management resource and the second management resource.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as known from S101 to S102, after acquiring the plurality of account information of the account to be managed, the electronic device may determine a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information. In this way, since one account information is used for representing one account category of the account to be managed, the electronic device can obtain multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed from multiple category dimensions, so that multiple management resources are reasonably allocated to the account to be managed, and the technical problem that one issuing account can only be managed by one field of management accounts is solved.
In an implementation manner, with reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, in S102, the method for the electronic device to determine, according to the plurality of account information, a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed specifically includes:
s201, the electronic device reads a preset corresponding relation between the categories and the management resources, determines first management resources corresponding to the first categories and second management resources corresponding to the second categories, and determines the first management resources and the second management resources as a plurality of management resources.
Specifically, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, the electronic device may read a preset correspondence between the categories and the management resources, and determine a first management resource corresponding to the first category and a second management resource corresponding to the second category.
Illustratively, the electronic device obtains two pieces of account information of the account to be managed: the category of five hundred multimedia resources in one thousand multimedia resources released by the account to be managed is a game category, and the category of the other five hundred multimedia resources is a movie category. The preset electronic equipment stores a first management resource corresponding to a game class and a second management resource corresponding to a movie class.
In this case, the electronic device may determine, according to the two pieces of account information, two management resources for managing the account to be managed as the first management resource and the second management resource.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S201, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, the electronic device may read a preset correspondence between the categories and the management resources, and determine a first management resource corresponding to the first category and a second management resource corresponding to the second category. Therefore, the electronic equipment can reasonably allocate a plurality of management resources to the account to be managed from a plurality of category dimensions, and the technical problem that one issuing account can only be managed by one field of management accounts is solved.
In an implementation manner, with reference to fig. 1 and as shown in fig. 3, in the above S101, the method for acquiring, by an electronic device, a plurality of account information of an account to be managed specifically includes:
s301, the electronic equipment acquires an account identifier of the account to be managed.
Specifically, a plurality of account information of the account to be managed is stored in a database or a terminal for logging in the account to be managed. When the electronic device acquires the information of the plurality of accounts, the account identifier of the account to be managed can be acquired first.
Optionally, the account identifier may be an account name, an account login name, or the like of the account to be managed.
Alternatively, for one author, the same resource may be published on different content community platforms. In order to ensure the uniform management of the creator, the electronic device may obtain account identifiers of the creator on different content community platforms, and then uniformly convert the different account identifiers into a unique identifier of the creator.
S302, the electronic equipment acquires a plurality of account information from a database corresponding to the account to be managed according to the account identification.
Specifically, after the account identifier of the account to be managed is obtained, the electronic device may obtain, according to the account identifier, a plurality of account information from a database corresponding to the account to be managed.
Alternatively, the database may be a database supporting multiple formats such as HIve, Excel, DB, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: from S301 to S302, when the electronic device acquires the multiple pieces of account information, the electronic device may acquire the account identifier of the account to be managed, and acquire the multiple pieces of account information from the database corresponding to the account to be managed according to the account identifier, which provides a specific implementation manner for acquiring the multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed, and ensures that the electronic device can quickly and accurately acquire the multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed.
In an implementation manner, with reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 4, before the electronic device acquires the plurality of account information of the account to be managed, the method further includes:
s401, the electronic device receives an account management request sent by an account to be managed.
Specifically, the account to be managed may actively initiate an account management request to the electronic device. In this case, after receiving the account management request sent by the account to be managed, the electronic device may respond to the account management request sent by the account to be managed, further obtain a plurality of account information of the account to be managed, and determine a plurality of management resources of the account to be managed.
Optionally, when the account to be managed initiates an account management request to the electronic device, the account identifier of the account to be managed may be added to the account management request message, or the multiple pieces of account information of the account to be managed may be directly added to the account management request message, so that the electronic device may quickly determine multiple management resources of the account to be managed.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as known from S401, the account to be managed may actively initiate an account management request to the electronic device. In this case, after receiving the account management request sent by the account to be managed, the electronic device may respond to the account management request sent by the account to be managed, further obtain a plurality of account information of the account to be managed, and determine a plurality of management resources of the account to be managed.
In an implementation manner, with reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 5, before the electronic device acquires the plurality of account information of the account to be managed, the method further includes:
s501, the electronic device periodically generates a management instruction for managing the account to be managed.
Specifically, the electronic device may also actively manage the account to be managed. In this case, after the electronic device periodically generates the management instruction for managing the account to be managed, the electronic device may further obtain a plurality of account information of the account to be managed in response to the management instruction, and determine a plurality of management resources of the account to be managed.
Alternatively, the periodicity may be once a week or once a day, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as shown in S501, the electronic device may also actively manage the account to be managed. In this case, after the electronic device periodically generates the management instruction for managing the account to be managed, the electronic device may further obtain a plurality of account information of the account to be managed in response to the management instruction, and determine a plurality of management resources of the account to be managed.
In an implementation manner, with reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 6, after the electronic device determines, according to the plurality of account information, a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed, the method further includes:
s601, the electronic equipment acquires current management resources of the account to be managed.
Specifically, after determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information, the electronic device may further determine whether the current management resources are reasonable. In this case, the electronic device acquires the current management resources of the account to be managed.
S602, when the current management resource is different from each management resource in the plurality of management resources, the electronic device determines whether the current management resource is the management resource created by the account to be managed.
Specifically, the management resource created by the account to be managed is the management resource designated by the account to be managed according to the requirement of the account to be managed. Therefore, when the current management resource is different from each of the plurality of management resources, it indicates that the current management resource cannot meet the management requirement of the account to be managed at the current time, in this case, the electronic device needs to determine whether the current management resource is the management resource created for the account to be managed.
S603, when the current management resource is not the management resource created by the account to be managed, the electronic equipment releases the management relationship between the current management resource and the account to be managed.
Specifically, when the current management resource is not the management resource created by the account to be managed, it indicates that the current management resource is not the management resource specified by the account to be managed. In this case, in order to ensure that the management resources are reasonably allocated to the account to be managed, the electronic device releases the management relationship between the current management resources and the account to be managed.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as can be seen from S601-S603, after determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed according to the plurality of account information, the electronic device may further determine whether the current management resources are reasonable. In this case, the electronic device acquires the current management resources of the account to be managed. Subsequently, when the current management resource is different from each of the plurality of management resources and is not the management resource created by the account to be managed, it indicates that the current management resource cannot meet the management requirement of the account to be managed at the current moment and the current management resource is not the management resource specified by the account to be managed. In this case, in order to ensure that the management resources are reasonably allocated to the account to be managed, the electronic device releases the management relationship between the current management resources and the account to be managed, thereby ensuring that the electronic device can reasonably and timely update the management resources for the account to be managed.
In an implementation manner, the account management method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
the electronic equipment sends prompting messages for prompting the management of the accounts to be managed to a plurality of management accounts in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of management resources.
After determining a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed, the electronic device sends a prompt message for prompting the management of the account to be managed to a plurality of management accounts corresponding to the plurality of management resources one to one so as to prompt the plurality of management accounts to manage the account to be managed timely and quickly.
It is understood that, in practical implementation, the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may include one or more hardware structures and/or software modules for implementing the corresponding account management method, and these hardware structures and/or software modules may constitute an electronic device. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the present disclosure can be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software for implementing the exemplary algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
Based on such understanding, the embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an account management apparatus, which may be applied to an electronic device. Fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of an account management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the account management apparatus may include: anacquisition unit 701 and aprocessing unit 702;
an obtainingunit 701, configured to obtain a plurality of account information of an account to be managed; the account information is used for representing an account category of the account to be managed;
theprocessing unit 702 is configured to determine, according to the plurality of account information, a plurality of management resources for managing the account to be managed.
Optionally, when the plurality of account information includes a plurality of categories of multimedia resources issued by the account to be managed, and the plurality of categories include a first category and a second category, theprocessing unit 702 is specifically configured to:
reading the corresponding relation between the preset category and the management resources, determining a first management resource corresponding to the first category and a second management resource corresponding to the second category, and determining the first management resource and the second management resource as a plurality of management resources.

As described above, the embodiment of the present disclosure may perform division of functional modules on an electronic device according to the above method example. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware form, and can also be realized in a software functional module form. In addition, it should be further noted that the division of the modules in the embodiments of the present disclosure is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, the functional blocks may be divided for the respective functions, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing block.
The specific manner in which each module performs the operation and the beneficial effects of the account management apparatus in the foregoing embodiment have been described in detail in the foregoing method embodiment, and are not described again here.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a terminal, which can be a user terminal such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like. Fig. 8 shows a schematic structural diagram of a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal, which may be an account management device, may include at least oneprocessor 61, a communication bus 62, amemory 63, and at least onecommunication interface 64.
Theprocessor 61 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a micro-processing unit, an ASIC, or one or more integrated circuits for controlling the execution of programs according to the present disclosure. As an example, in connection with fig. 7, the functions implemented by theacquisition unit 701 and theprocessing unit 702 in the electronic device are the same as the functions implemented by theprocessor 61 in fig. 8.
The communication bus 62 may include a path that carries information between the aforementioned components.
Thecommunication interface 64 may be any device, such as a transceiver, for communicating with other devices or communication networks, such as a server, an ethernet, a Radio Access Network (RAN), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), etc. As an example, in conjunction with fig. 7, the functions implemented by the receivingunit 703 and the transmittingunit 704 in the electronic device are the same as those implemented by thecommunication interface 64 in fig. 8.
Thememory 63 may be, but is not limited to, a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that may store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that may store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. The memory may be self-contained and connected to the processing unit by a bus. The memory may also be integrated with the processing unit.
Thememory 63 is used for storing application program codes for executing the disclosed solution, and is controlled by theprocessor 61. Theprocessor 61 is configured to execute application program code stored in thememory 63 to implement the functions in the disclosed method.
In particular implementations,processor 61 may include one or more CPUs such as CPU0 and CPU1 in fig. 8 as an example.
In one implementation, the account management terminal may include a plurality of processors, such asprocessor 61 andprocessor 65 in fig. 8, as an example. Each of these processors may be a single-core (single-CPU) processor or a multi-core (multi-CPU) processor. A processor herein may refer to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores for processing data (e.g., computer program instructions).
In one embodiment, the account management terminal may further include aninput device 66 and anoutput device 67. Theinput device 66 communicates with theoutput device 67 and may accept user input in a variety of ways. For example, theinput device 66 may be a mouse, a keyboard, a touch screen device or a sensing device, and the like. Theoutput device 67 is in communication with theprocessor 61 and may display information in a variety of ways. For example, theoutput device 61 may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display device, or the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 8 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a server. Fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of a server provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server may be an account management device. The server, which may vary widely in configuration or performance, may include one or more processors 71 and one or more memories 72. At least one instruction is stored in the memory 72, and the at least one instruction is loaded and executed by the processor 71 to implement the account management method provided by each method embodiment described above. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor of a computer device, enable a computer to perform the account management method provided by the illustrated embodiment. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be amemory 63 comprising instructions executable by theprocessor 61 of the terminal to perform the above described method. Also for example, the computer readable storage medium may be a memory 72 comprising instructions executable by a processor 71 of the server to perform the above-described method. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, which may be a ROM, a RAM, a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
The present disclosure also provides a computer program product comprising computer instructions which, when run on a terminal, cause the terminal to perform the account management method shown in any of the above figures 1-6.
