Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a vehicle condition verification method for vehicle renting according to an embodiment of the present application. The individual steps involved in the method will be described in detail below.
S110, first car inspection information during car renting and second car inspection information during car returning are obtained, wherein the first car inspection information comprises first performance information, first appearance information and first smell information, and the second car inspection information comprises second performance information, second appearance information and second smell information.
In this embodiment, the vehicle rented by the vehicle renting user comprises a common fuel vehicle and a new energy vehicle, wherein the new energy vehicle can provide a stable electric power base for data acquisition and transmission, and also can provide a special power supply for the fuel vehicle and also can provide a stable electric power base for data acquisition and transmission.
Specifically, the first vehicle inspection information and the second vehicle inspection information are obtained by monitoring the rented vehicle. The vehicle can acquire the performance information through an internal self-checking system, that is, the first performance information and the second performance information in the embodiment, and the performance condition monitoring of non-intuitive internal systems of the vehicle, such as a driving system and an electric power system, can be realized through the first performance information and the second performance information. Illustratively, the drive system includes a vehicle engine and the electrical system includes a light system and an air conditioning system.
Wherein the first appearance information and the second appearance information are intuitive vehicle condition information such as interior trim and appearance of the vehicle, specifically, appearance information and are acquired by a monitor installed inside the vehicle and a monitor on a body surface outside the vehicle. Illustratively, the monitor takes a vehicle interior picture and a vehicle appearance picture in real time or at intervals, and acquires first appearance information and second appearance information of the vehicle through the vehicle interior picture and the vehicle appearance picture.
Wherein the first smell information and the second smell information are smell information inside the rental vehicle, which can be acquired by a smell recognition sensor installed inside the rental vehicle. For example, the odor recognition sensor can recognize the odor type and concentration of the vehicle, and if the rented vehicle is a fuel vehicle, the odor recognition sensor can recognize the carbon monoxide concentration in the air in the vehicle and recognize whether the air in the vehicle contains alcohol or not.
S120, comparing the first performance information with the second performance information, and calculating a first comparison result.
In this embodiment, compare the first performance information when renting the car and the second performance information when returning the car, can judge accurately whether the car that rents appears the interior performance problem. Whether the rented vehicle has an appearance problem or not can be accurately judged by comparing the first appearance information during renting with the second appearance information during returning. The comprehensive judgment of the vehicle condition can be realized through the performance information and the appearance information, and the condition that the vehicle condition is missed or misjudged is reduced or even avoided.
For example, if the first performance information includes the tire pressure of the tire, the power supply information of the lamp, and the operation parameter of the transmitter, similarly, the second performance information also includes the tire pressure of the tire, the power supply information of the lamp, and the operation parameter of the engine. If the operation parameters of the engine in the first performance information are normal and the operation parameters of the engine in the second performance information are abnormal, the abnormal vehicle performance data of the renter when the renter returns the vehicle can be obtained to a great extent, or the performance problem of the vehicle in the using process can be directly identified. As for the performance problem caused by improper operation of a taxi user or the loss of the vehicle engine, detailed analysis can be carried out according to abnormal operation parameters of the motivation.
S130, comparing the first appearance information with the second appearance information, and calculating a second comparison result.
For example, if the first appearance information includes a picture of a vehicle shell and a picture of a backrest of a vehicle seat, the second appearance information also includes a picture of a vehicle shell and a picture of a backrest of a vehicle seat. If the picture of the vehicle shell in the first appearance information is displayed normally and perfectly, and the picture of the vehicle shell in the second appearance information is displayed abnormally, the abnormal appearance of the vehicle when a vehicle renter is in a meeting state for returning the vehicle can be obtained to a great extent, or the damage of the shell of the vehicle in the using process of the vehicle combination can be directly determined, and the damaged responsible main body is a vehicle renting user.
S140, comparing the first odor information with the second odor information, and calculating a third comparison result.
Illustratively, the first smell information before renting a car includes on-board incense smell, carbon monoxide content and alcohol content in the car. If the vehicle-mounted incense smell in the second smell information disappears or the concentration is very low, whether the vehicle-mounted incense is lost or not can be checked through the second appearance information, and if the carbon monoxide content concentration in the second smell information is too high, whether the rented vehicle exhausts normally or not can be checked through the second performance information.
Optionally, the first performance information and the second performance information each include at least one item of performance data, the first appearance information and the second appearance information each include at least one item of appearance data, the first odor information and the second odor information each include at least one item of odor data, and the obtaining of the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes:
counting a first performance total of all performance data of the first performance information and a second performance total of all performance data in the second performance information;
calculating the first comparison result according to the first performance total and the second performance total;
counting a first appearance total number of all appearance information of the first appearance information and a second appearance total number of all appearance information of the second appearance information;
calculating the second comparison result according to the first appearance total number and the second appearance total number;
counting a first smell total of all smell data of the first smell information and a second smell total of all smell data of the second smell information;
calculating the third comparison result according to the first total number of the smells and the second total number of the smells;
if the third comparison result meets a preset odor condition, judging the first comparison result and/or the second comparison result, wherein the preset odor condition comprises odor quantity and odor concentration;
and if the first comparison result and/or the second comparison result are different, judging that the vehicle condition is abnormal.
In the present embodiment, the first performance information and the second performance information each include at least one item of performance data, such as 3 items of data including engine operation data, tire pressure data, and illumination data of an illumination lamp, and the first appearance information and the second appearance information include at least one item of appearance data, such as 3 items of data including a shell picture, a trunk picture, and a wiper picture. The first and second scent information includes at least one scent data, such as alcohol content and carbon monoxide content. Wherein, judge according to the smell total number whether the vehicle of hiring appears abnormal conditions like fuel automobile exhaust handles and goes wrong, the carbon monoxide content of the interior space of the vehicle of hiring is high, has the safety risk.
For example, if the total number of the performance data is 3, if the total number of the performance data in the first performance information is 3, and the total number of the performance data in the second performance information is 2, the total numbers of the performance data before and after the car rental are inconsistent. In this case, there may occur a problem in the system statistical data or transmission data, such as damage to the lamp information transmission device in the vehicle, resulting in the fact that the verified performance data is authentic, and it cannot be directly determined that the rental car user assumes the responsibility for damage to the rental car.
If the total number of the performance data in the first performance information is 3 items and the total number of the performance data in the second performance information is 4 items, abnormal item data with abnormality, such as driving data of a vehicle window, is actively uploaded by the vehicle. Under the condition, the abnormal vehicle performance data after the car renting user returns the car can be directly judged, the car window can not be normally driven to ascend or descend, and the car renting user needs to take certain responsibility for the damage of the car window.
In addition, the manner of determining the vehicle condition through the first total number of appearances of all the appearance information of the first appearance information and the second total number of appearances of all the appearance information of the second appearance information is consistent with the manner of determining the vehicle condition according to the total number of performance data of the first performance information and the second performance information, and the details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating comparison results obtained by a method for verifying vehicle conditions during vehicle renting according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Optionally, the statistical manner of the first performance total, the second performance total, the first appearance total and the second appearance total includes:
s210, counting the first performance total and the second performance total according to a preset performance total table;
s220, counting the first appearance total number and the second appearance total number according to a preset appearance total number table;
s230, counting the total number of the first smells and the total number of the second smells according to a preset smell total table;
s240, if the comparison result of the performance total number, the comparison result of the odor total number and/or the comparison result of the appearance total number are different, determining performance data of different items and/or appearance data of different items according to the preset performance total number table, the preset appearance total number table and/or the preset odor total number table.
In the above embodiment, the vehicle condition can be quickly determined by comparing the total performance, the total appearance and the total odor of the rented vehicle and the returned vehicle. In this embodiment, the total performance is counted by a preset total performance table, the total appearance is counted by a preset total appearance table, and the total odor is counted by a preset total odor table. Wherein, the statistical items in the performance total table and the appearance total table are selected and sorted according to a preset sequence. In contrast, when a renter returns the vehicle, if the vehicle has abnormal performance and/or damaged appearance, and the data statistics items of the abnormal performance and/or damaged appearance are not in the performance total table and/or the appearance total table, the vehicle can automatically upload data and/or pictures corresponding to the abnormal performance and/or damaged appearance.
Through the performance total number table and the appearance total number table which are arranged in a preset mode, when the statistical performance total number and/or the appearance total number are abnormal, which data are lost or increased can be rapidly identified, comparison analysis or other detection can be rapidly carried out on the data items or the appearance items which are possibly abnormal, the vehicle condition judgment speed of the rented vehicle is increased, and the renting experience of the rented vehicle user is also improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating comparison result obtaining in a method for verifying vehicle conditions during vehicle renting according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Optionally, if the first comparison result and the second comparison result are the same, the step of obtaining the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result further includes:
s310, analyzing the first performance information to obtain all first performance data, and analyzing the second performance information to obtain all second performance data;
s320, comparing all the first performance data with all the second performance data to obtain the first comparison result;
s330, analyzing the first appearance information to obtain all first appearance data, and analyzing the second appearance information to obtain all second appearance information;
s340, comparing all the first appearance data with all the second performance data to obtain a second comparison result;
s350, analyzing the first odor information to obtain all first odor data, and analyzing the second odor information to obtain all second odor data;
and S360, comparing all the first odor data with all the second odor data to obtain the third comparison result.
In this embodiment, if the comparison results of the total performance and the total appearance are the same, the specific performance data, the specific appearance data, and the specific odor data can be further compared and analyzed. Wherein, the appearance information is a picture.
Illustratively, the first performance data and the second performance data each include 3 items of data, namely, engine operation data, tire pressure data, and lamp illumination data, i.e., the first performance total and the second performance total are the same. Under the situation, 6 data of 3 items of engine operation data, tire pressure data and lighting lamp illumination data of the rented vehicle and the returned vehicle need to be further compared, and through comparison and analysis, if the 3 items of data are consistent or in a reasonable fluctuation range, the rented vehicle can be judged to be normally used without performance and/or appearance problems. Otherwise, the rental vehicle has performance and/or appearance problems. The odor data may refer to the carbon monoxide concentration, the alcohol concentration and the concentration of the vehicle-mounted incense odor in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
If the performance data and/or the appearance information of the taxi are abnormal, an abnormal description is sent to the intelligent mobile terminal of the taxi user, the taxi user can select whether to continue to use, and if the taxi user selects to continue to use, the received fault description can be captured and fed back. If the appearance problem of the vehicle is in the abnormal explanation, the car renting user can photograph and upload the appearance of the vehicle through the intelligent mobile terminal, and the situation that the confirmation of the vehicle damage responsibility is unclear when the vehicle returns is avoided.
S150, judging the vehicle condition state according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result.
In this embodiment, the vehicle condition can be quickly determined by the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result. Optionally, the vehicle condition status includes normal and fault, and if the vehicle condition status is fault, the method further includes: and determining the fault type and the fault grade according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result and a prestored fault table.
Specifically, the first comparison result and the second comparison result respectively have a one-to-one correspondence relationship with a pre-stored fault table, and the vehicle condition can be appropriately judged by pre-storing the fault table. For example, taking the first comparison result as an example, if the first performance total in the first comparison result is 5 items and the second performance total is 6 items, it can be considered that the car returning data of the car renter is abnormal, and the car is damaged during the process of using the car by the car renter. And if the newly added data item is the car lamp data, determining the fault type of the car as the car lamp fault according to a prestored fault table, wherein the corresponding fault grade is level 1. The failure grade in the present embodiment is classified into 1 grade to 10 grade, and the larger the number of the grade is, the more serious the failure month of the vehicle is.
The third comparison result can provide an auxiliary effect for the first comparison result and the second comparison result. For example, if a rented vehicle is provided with vehicle-mounted incense at a fixed position in the vehicle before renting, if a user of the rented vehicle can still detect the smell of the vehicle-mounted incense in the vehicle through the smell recognition sensor after returning the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted incense is not lost, and if the smell recognition sensor detects that the gas concentration of the vehicle-mounted incense is lower than 20ppm or the smell emitted by the vehicle-mounted incense is not detected, the vehicle-mounted incense is lost. Further, for accurately judging whether the vehicle-mounted incense is lost or not, whether the vehicle-mounted incense is still in the vehicle or not can be visually judged through a second comparison result.
Illustratively, if the rental vehicle is a fuel-burning vehicle, the odor recognition sensor monitors that the carbon monoxide gas concentration inside the rental vehicle exceeds 60ppm, indicating that the carbon monoxide gas concentration inside the rental vehicle generated by the exhaust gas of the automobile is abnormal. In this case, it may be further inquired whether the exhaust emission performance of the rental vehicle is faulty through the first comparison result.
Optionally, after the step of calculating the vehicle condition information according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result, the method further includes:
and uploading the first comparison result, the second comparison result, the third comparison result and the vehicle condition information to a cloud server for storage, and sending the first comparison result, the second comparison result, the third comparison result and the vehicle condition information to an intelligent mobile terminal used by a vehicle renter through a prestored mobile phone number.
In this embodiment, the comparison result and the determined vehicle condition information are uploaded to the cloud server for storage, and can also be sent to the intelligent mobile terminal of the vehicle renting user, so that the situation that responsibility determination is not clear when the rented vehicle has performance faults or appearance damage is avoided. Optionally, the acquired original information of the vehicle, such as performance data and appearance picture information, can also be synchronously uploaded to the cloud server, and when a problem occurs in the rented vehicle, the identification of the damage responsibility of the vehicle can be improved by looking up and analyzing the original data.
In order to further improve the accuracy of vehicle condition verification, optionally, the first vehicle inspection information further includes first weight information, the second vehicle inspection information further includes second weight information, and after the step of obtaining the first vehicle inspection information during renting and the second vehicle inspection information during returning, the method further includes:
comparing the first weight information with the second weight information, and calculating a fourth comparison result;
and if the fourth comparison result meets the preset weight condition, judging that the vehicle condition is normal.
In this embodiment, the first weight information is the weight of the vehicle before the vehicle is leased, and the second weight information is the weight of the vehicle after the vehicle is returned.
For example, the first weight information and the second weight information in the present embodiment may not include the gasoline weight of the fuel-fired vehicle or the battery weight of the electric vehicle, in which case it may be possible to determine whether the vehicle condition of the rental vehicle is abnormal only by comparing the first weight information and the second weight information. If the first weight information is 1500kg and the second weight information is 1450kg, it is indicated that the rental vehicle has a problem that the parts are lost after being returned, and the rental vehicle can be further checked for the specific lost parts. The efficiency and the accuracy of vehicle condition verification of the rented vehicle are further improved.
According to the analysis, the first performance information, the first appearance information and the first smell information of the first car inspection information during car renting and the second performance information, the second appearance information and the second smell information of the second car inspection information during car returning can be obtained, the state of the car condition can be accurately obtained, and reasonable responsibility confirmation can be carried out when the rented car is damaged. And whether the vehicle has a newly increased problem can be quickly judged by analyzing the performance total number and the appearance total number of the vehicle combination in advance, so that the detection efficiency of the vehicle condition is improved.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the application also provides a vehicle condition verification device during vehicle renting.
