One chinese patent publication No. CN107719275a discloses a vehicle-mounted device control system including: a roof side control device (20) which is provided on a roof (AM 1) of a vehicle (AM) and which takes a device (Ern) provided on the roof as a control object; an in-vehicle communication device (40) is capable of transmitting and receiving information signals between a roof side control device and a lower side control device (30) provided on the lower side (AM 2) of the vehicle than the roof, the roof side control device is capable of receiving, from the roof side detection device, a roof side detection signal related to roof side detection information detected by the roof side detection device (Srn) of the roof as a roof side information signal related to the roof side information, and is capable of receiving, from the lower side control device, via the in-vehicle communication device, a lower side information signal related to the lower side detection information detected by the lower side detection device of the vehicle as lower side information, and the roof side control device performs control of a device using, from among the roof side information and the lower side information, information necessary for control of a device to be controlled.
When the automobile engine system breaks down, the running fault of the automobile can be caused, the automobile engine system must be detected by a great deal of manpower and material resources and time for entering a 4S shop or an automobile repair factory for professional maintenance, the fault point of the automobile engine system is inquired, maintenance treatment is carried out, the maintenance work efficiency is low, and the automobile engine system is not efficient and rapid.
Therefore, the invention provides a detection control system of a vehicle-mounted system.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, at least one technical problem presented in the background art is solved.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a detection control system of a vehicle-mounted system, which comprises a control module, an acceptance module, a judgment module, a central processing module, a sending module and a display module; the control module is connected with the central processing module through a signal, the receiving module is connected with the central processing module through a signal, the central processing module is connected with the judging module through a signal, the central processing module is connected with the display module through a signal, and the central processing module is connected with the transmitting module through a signal; during operation, the information of the vehicle machine system is received through the receiving module and is transmitted to the central processing module, the judging module compares the received information with the original information, judges the fault point, displays the fault point through the display module, and transmits the fault point to the mobile phone of the staff through the transmitting module, so that the staff can conveniently judge the fault point, and the working efficiency of the staff is improved.
Preferably, the receiving module receives signals of the vehicle system and transmits the signals to the central processing module, the central processing module transmits the received information to the judging module, the judging module compares the received information with the stored original information and transmits the comparison result to the central processing module, and the central processing module transmits the processed information to the display module and the transmitting module.
Preferably, the central processing module comprises a vehicle-mounted system and a detection system, and the control module is used for controlling the switching of the vehicle-mounted system and the detection system; through setting up car machine system and detecting system, the staff of being convenient for switches the system, and the staff of being convenient for overhauls the work.

As shown in fig. 8, the detection control system of the vehicle-mounted system according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a control module, an acceptance module, a judgment module, a central processing module, a sending module and a display module; the control module is connected with the central processing module through a signal, the receiving module is connected with the central processing module through a signal, the central processing module is connected with the judging module through a signal, the central processing module is connected with the display module through a signal, and the central processing module is connected with the transmitting module through a signal; during operation, the information of the vehicle machine system is received through the receiving module and is transmitted to the central processing module, the judging module compares the received information with the original information, judges the fault point, displays the fault point through the display module, and transmits the fault point to the mobile phone of the staff through the transmitting module, so that the staff can conveniently judge the fault point, and the working efficiency of the staff is improved.
The receiving module receives signals of the vehicle machine system and transmits the signals to the central processing module, the central processing module transmits the received information to the judging module, the information received by the judging module is compared with the stored original information, the comparison result is transmitted to the central processing module, and the central processing module transmits the processing information to the display module and the transmitting module.
The central processing module comprises a vehicle-mounted system and a detection system, and the control module is used for controlling the switching of the vehicle-mounted system and the detection system; through setting up car machine system and detecting system, the staff of being convenient for switches the system, and the staff of being convenient for overhauls the work.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, an elastic piece 13 is fixedly connected between the top outer wall of the sliding table 3 and the top inner wall of the sliding groove 11, a partition 14 is rotatably installed at the top of the key slot 10, the bottom of the partition 14 is in sliding fit with the bottom of the opening of the key slot 10, the partition 14 is fixedly connected with a fluff strip 15, and the bottom fluff of the fluff strip 15 is in sliding fit with the top surface of the sliding table 3; during operation, the gap between the chute 11 and the sliding table 3 is sealed through the elastic sheet 13, so that external dust is prevented from entering the interior of the chute 11; the staff pushes the partition 14 so that the partition 14 rotates into the key slot 10, so that the wool tops 15 slide across the top surface of the sliding table 3, and dust on the top surface of the sliding table 3 is cleaned, thereby improving the cleaning degree in the key slot 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the inner wall of the key slot 10 is provided with a cavity 16, one side of the partition 14 close to the key slot 10 is fixedly connected with an arc rod 17, the arc rod 17 penetrates through the outer wall of the cavity 16 in a sliding manner, the outer ring of the arc rod 17 is sleeved with a second spring 24, a sliding plate 18 is installed in the cavity 16 in a sliding manner, the sliding plate 18 is fixedly connected with the end of the arc rod 17, one side of the sliding plate 18 close to the arc rod 17 is fixedly connected with one side of a soot blowing air bag 19, the other side of the soot blowing air bag 19 is fixedly connected with one side of the cavity 16 close to the key slot 10, a bottom pipeline of the soot blowing air bag 19 is communicated with the bottom of the key slot 10, and a plurality of ash outlets 20 are formed in the bottom of the opening of the key slot 10; when the device works, the partition plate 14 rotates to enter the key slot 10, the arc-shaped rod 17 is pushed to slide into the cavity 16, the second spring 24 is compressed to drive the sliding plate 18 to slide, the soot blowing air bag 19 stretches and sucks air, after the partition plate 14 is loosened, the second spring 24 is reset to drive the sliding plate 18 to squeeze the soot blowing air bag 19, air in the soot blowing air bag 19 is blown into the bottom of the key slot 10, dust at the bottom of the key slot 10 is blown out from the dust outlet 20, and therefore the cleaning degree in the key slot 10 is further improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 7, in comparative example one, another embodiment of the present invention is: an elliptical cavity 21 is formed in the bottom of the partition plate 14, elastic ropes 22 are fixedly connected to the top and the bottom of the elliptical cavity 21, elastic balls 23 are fixedly connected to the middle parts of the elastic ropes 22 at the two ends, and the outer wall of each elastic ball 23 is in collision fit with the inner wall of the elliptical cavity 21; when the key slot 10 is in operation, after the partition plate 14 is pushed to reset by the second spring 24, the partition plate 14 impacts the opening bottom of the key slot 10, so that the partition plate 14 vibrates, the marble 23 impacts the inner wall of the elliptical cavity 21, the elastic rope 22 stretches, so that the marble 23 repeatedly impacts in the elliptical cavity 21, the vibration frequency of the partition plate 14 is improved, the fluff strips 15 shake, dust mixed with the fluff strips 15 shake off, the dust falls into the ash outlet 20, and wind blown out by the soot blowing air bags 19 brings out of the key slot 10, so that dust accumulation in the key slot 10 is reduced.
When in operation, the device comprises: the staff pushes the partition plate 14, so that the partition plate 14 rotates into the key slot 10, the arc-shaped rod 17 is pushed to slide into the cavity 16, the spring 24 is compressed, the sliding plate 18 is driven to slide, and the soot blowing air bag 19 stretches and sucks air; the key of the vehicle 1 is placed in the key slot 10, the key of the vehicle 1 is placed on the top of the sliding table 3, the chip in the key of the vehicle 1 is attached to the key sensor 12, so that the key sensor 12 transmits signals to the central processing module, meanwhile, the key weight of the vehicle 1 enables the sliding table 3 to slide downwards, the first spring 4 is compressed, the annular air bag 5 is compressed, air in the annular air bag 5 is pressed into the execution air bag 7 through a pipeline, the execution air bag 7 is expanded, the contact 9 is pushed to contact the fixed contact 8, the chip in the key of the vehicle 1 is matched, double control is performed on the switching of the vehicle system and the detection system, the central processing module in the liquid crystal display 2 is switched to the detection system from the vehicle system, maintenance work of workers is facilitated, accidental switching of the vehicle system to the detection system is avoided when the vehicle 1 is normally used, the working efficiency of the workers is improved, and meanwhile, the running safety of the vehicle 1 is improved;
after detection is completed, the key of the vehicle 1 is taken out, a chip in the key of the vehicle 1 is separated from the key sensor 12, so that the key sensor 12 transmits a signal to the central processing module, meanwhile, the gravity borne by the sliding table 3 disappears, the first spring 4 resets, the annular air bag 5 is driven to expand, the gas in the execution air bag 7 is extracted, the movable contact 9 is driven to be separated from the fixed contact 8, and the central processing module in the liquid crystal display 2 is switched from a detection system to a vehicle machine system by matching with the key sensor 12; simultaneously, the second spring 24 resets, promote baffle 14 for the fine hair strip 15 slides the top surface of sliding table 3, cleans the top surface dust of sliding table 3, and baffle 14 striking key slot 10's opening bottom makes baffle 14 take place vibrations, shakes the dust that fine hair strip 15 mingled with off, and the dust falls to ash outlet 20 department, and baffle 14 drives slide 18 extrusion soot blowing gasbag 19, blows into the bottom of key slot 10 with the gas in the soot blowing gasbag 19, blows out the dust of key slot 10 bottom from ash outlet 20 department, has improved the clean degree in the key slot 10.
