Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the related art, a sofa extension structure includes an armrest mounting plate 1, a seat frame 2, abackrest portion 3, a leg support portion 4, and a connectingassembly 5. Thebackrest part 3 is rotatably connected to the armrest mounting plate 1. The two ends of the forward connectingpiece 10 are respectively connected with the lower end of the front seat frame supporting connecting rod 8 and the lower end of the rear seat frame supporting connecting rod 9 in a rotating way. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the suspension swing assembly includes a front suspension swing rod 11, a rearsuspension swing rod 12, asuspension front support 13, a suspensionrear support 14, a firstintermediate rod 15, and a secondintermediate rod 16. The front suspension swing rod 11 and the rearsuspension swing rod 12 are respectively connected to two ends of the side surface of the inward side of the forwardmovement connecting piece 10 in a rotating way. Two ends of the firstmiddle rod 15 are respectively and rotatably connected to the middle part of the rearsuspension swing rod 12 and the middle part of the forwardmovement connecting piece 10. The middle part of therear suspension support 14 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the rearsuspension swing rod 12, and the lower end of therear suspension support 14 is rotatably connected to the handrail mounting plate 1. The two ends of the secondmiddle rod 16 are respectively and rotatably connected with the upper end of the rearsuspension supporting piece 14 and the middle part of the front suspension swing rod 11. The upper end of the frontsuspension support piece 13 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the front suspension swing rod 11, and the lower end of the frontsuspension support piece 13 is rotatably connected to the handrail mounting plate 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in order to improve the stability of the seat frame 2, a stabilizinglink 33 is disposed between the two suspended rear supports 14, and both ends of the stabilizinglink 33 are respectively fixedly connected to the suspended rear supports 14. In the process that the sofa changes from the sitting posture to the lying posture, the stabilizing connectingrod 33 rotates along with the suspendedrear supporting piece 14, the distance between the stabilizing connecting rod and the seat surface of the seat frame 2 is increased, the torque is increased, and the stability is better. The probability that the seat frame 2 is twisted in the using process is reduced.
Specifically, the suspendedrear support 14 includes avertical rod portion 34 connected to the handrail mounting plate 1 and ahorizontal rod portion 35 fixedly connected to a lower end of thevertical rod portion 34. The two ends of the stabilizinglink 33 are fixedly connected to thecross bar 35.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the leg support part 4 includes two leg support structures at both sides of the seat frame 2 and a synchronizingbar 17 connecting the two leg support structures. The leg support structure comprises afirst bar 18, asecond bar 19, athird bar 20, afourth bar 21, a leg support 22, a foot support 23, adowel bar 24. Thefirst rod 18, thesecond rod 19, thethird rod 20, thefourth rod 21, theforce transmission rod 24 and theforce transmission rod 24 form a stretching and retracting linkage. The leg support base 22 and the foot support base 23 are unfolded and folded by the folding and unfolding linkage.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 6, one end of thefirst lever 18 is rotatably coupled to the seat frame 2. In the sitting position, the leg support 4 is folded under the seat frame 2. When the sofa is to be changed from the sitting position to the lying position, the driving member 7 drives thefirst rod 18 to rotate relative to the seat frame 2, thereby driving the whole leg supporting part 4 to be unfolded. Meanwhile, thesecond rod 19 transmits force to the front seat frame supporting connecting rod 8 through thelinkage rod 25 after rotating, so that the seat frame 2 is driven to move forwards.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to smoothly unfold the leg support 4 after the seat frame 2 is lowered, the upper end of the front seat frame support link 8 is located rearward of the lower end, i.e., the front seat frame support link 8 and the horizontal plane form an obtuse angle. Thebackrest connecting seat 26 is U-shaped and opens upward. The middle part of thebackrest connecting seat 26 is fixedly connected with the seat frame 2. One end of thebackrest rod 27 is rotatably connected to one end of thebackrest connecting seat 26. The upper end of the firstback support bar 28 is rotatably connected to the middle of theback support bar 27, and the other end is rotatably connected to the upper end of the secondback support bar 29. The upper end of the secondbackrest support bar 29 is rotatably connected to the end of thebackrest connecting seat 26 not connected with thebackrest rod 27. The lower end of the secondbackrest support bar 29 is rotatably connected to thestopper 30. The three points where the secondback support bar 29 is connected to the firstback support bar 28, theback connection seat 26 and thestopper 30 form a triangle. The middle part of the limitingrod 30 is rotatably connected with the handrail mounting plate 1. The handrail mounting plate 1 is provided with alimit nail 31. When the sofa is in the lying posture, the limitingrod 30 is abutted against the limitingnail 31, so that thebackrest rod 27 cannot shake randomly in the lying posture, and the use comfort is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, in order to facilitate the resetting, the forward moving connectingpiece 10 and the limitingrod 30 are both provided with connectingnails 32, and a reset spring is installed between the two connectingnails 32. The reset spring is used for providing a pulling force for the limitingrod 30, so that when the sofa recovers to a sitting posture, the limitingrod 30 can rotate and reset relative to the handrail mounting plate 1 smoothly.

the difference between embodiment 2 and embodiment 1 is that, referring to fig. 9 and 10, both ends of thestabilizer link 33 are fixedly connected to thefront suspension support 13, respectively. In the process of changing the sofa from the sitting posture to the lying posture, the stabilizing connectingrod 33 rotates backwards along with the swing of the frontsuspension supporting piece 13, the distance between the stabilizing connecting rod and the seat surface of the seat frame 2 is increased, the torque is increased, and the stability is better. The probability that the seat frame 2 is twisted in the using process is reduced.
Specifically, thefront suspension support 13 includes avertical rod portion 34 connected to the handrail mounting plate 1 and ahorizontal rod portion 35 fixedly connected to a lower end of thevertical rod portion 34. The two ends of the stabilizinglink 33 are fixedly connected to thecross bar 35.
