The invention aims to provide a portable heating type insulating oil breakdown voltage tester and a testing method, which can solve the problems that in the prior art, the efficiency of manually completing breakdown voltage testing by personnel is low, the size of the tester is large, and the testing precision is possibly inaccurate in the transportation process.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a portable heating type insulating oil breakdown voltage tester, which comprises a power supply module, a control circuit, a reversible circuit, a voltage regulator, a boosting test circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, a data processing module, a heating plate and a data output module, wherein the control circuit is connected with the reversible circuit; the power supply module supplies power to the control circuit, a first output end of the control circuit is connected with an input end of the reversible circuit, an output end of the reversible circuit is connected with an input end of the voltage regulator, and an output end of the voltage regulator is connected with an input end of the boosting test circuit; a first output end of the boosting test circuit outputs high voltage to an oil cup containing insulating oil to be detected, and a second output end of the boosting test circuit is connected with an input end of the overcurrent protection circuit; the output end of the over-current protection circuit is connected with the input end of the voltage sampling circuit, and the output end of the voltage sampling circuit is connected with the input end of the control circuit; the second output end of the control circuit is connected with the data processing module, and the data processed by the data processing module is output by the data output module; the heating plate is used for heating an oil cup containing insulating oil to be detected.
Further, the maximum temperature of the heating plate for heating the oil cup is 55-60 ℃.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a portable heating type insulation oil breakdown voltage testing method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, controlling the insulating oil breakdown voltage tester to output a set voltage value to perform breakdown test on the insulating oil;
step S2, judging whether the insulating oil is broken down, if yes, turning to step S4, and if not, turning to step S3;
s3, heating the insulating oil, controlling the insulating oil breakdown voltage tester to output a set voltage value to perform breakdown test on the insulating oil again, and returning to the S2;
step S4, recording the breakdown voltage when the insulating oil is broken down;
step S5, repeating the steps S1 to S4 for a plurality of times;
and step S6, calculating the average value of the breakdown voltage for a plurality of times and outputting the average value of the breakdown voltage.
Further, the set voltage value is set according to a voltage value of unused pure insulating oil when the oil is broken down.
Further, in the step S3, the maximum temperature for heating the insulating oil is 55 to 60 ℃.
The portable heating type insulating oil breakdown voltage tester and the testing method have the advantages that the weight is light, the transportation is easy, the anti-vibration device is arranged in the tester, the stability is realized in the instrument transportation process, the testing precision is not influenced by remote routes and bumping, meanwhile, the heating device is additionally arranged, the purpose of boosting can be achieved as soon as possible, the device is easy to carry to a transformer substation to carry out insulating oil breakdown voltage testing, the state of an oil sample after the hanging core of the on-load tap-changer is mastered in time, whether the specification requirement is met or not is met, the time for returning the oil sample is saved, the power failure time is shortened, and the working efficiency and the power supply reliability are improved.

The invention discloses a portable heating type insulating oil breakdown voltage tester, which comprises a power supply module, a control circuit, a reversible circuit, a voltage regulator, a boosting test circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit, a voltage sampling circuit, a data processing module, a heating plate and a data output module, wherein the control circuit, the reversible circuit, the voltage regulator, the boosting test circuit, the overcurrent protection circuit, the voltage sampling circuit, the data processing module, the heating plate and the data output module are arranged in sequence. The power module supplies power to the control circuit, the first output end of the control circuit is connected with the input end of the reversible circuit, the output end of the reversible circuit is connected with the input end of the voltage regulator, and the output end of the voltage regulator is connected with the input end of the boosting test circuit. The first output end of the boosting test circuit outputs high voltage to an oil cup containing insulating oil to be detected, and the second output end of the boosting test circuit is connected with the input end of the overcurrent protection circuit. The output end of the over-current protection circuit is connected with the input end of the voltage sampling circuit, and the output end of the voltage sampling circuit is connected with the input end of the control circuit. And a second output end of the control circuit is connected with the data processing module, and the data processed by the data processing module is output by the data output module. The heating plate is used for heating an oil cup containing insulating oil to be detected.
The function of each unit circuit is as follows:
a power supply module: providing a working voltage for the control circuit;

a data output module: outputting the test data;
reversible circuit: preventing current reversal;
a voltage regulator: adjusting the voltage;
and (3) boosting test: raise the voltage
An oil cup: placing insulating oil;
overcurrent protection: a protection circuit;
voltage sampling: the test voltage is sampled.
The working principle of the portable heating type insulating oil breakdown voltage tester is as follows:
after the staff sends the test command, the tester starts motor forward motion under the control circuit effect, steps up to the magnitude of voltage of settlement, carries out the breakdown test of discharging to the insulating oil that holds in the oil cup. The set voltage value is set according to the voltage value of the unused pure insulating oil when it is broken down. If the insulating oil of the transformer is broken down or the boosting voltage reaches the maximum value of the test voltage in the boosting process, one-time test is finished. The judging mode of whether the insulating oil is broken down is as follows: the voltage sampling circuit is used for the voltage of the boosting test module, if the voltage signal can be collected, the insulating oil is indicated to be broken down, and if the voltage signal cannot be collected, the insulating oil is indicated to not be broken down. If the insulating oil is not broken down, the voltage is not met, a heating plate is arranged at the bottom of the oil cup, the oil sample with breakdown voltage not meeting the regulation requirement can be automatically heated, the highest heating temperature is generally 55-60 ℃, the evaporation of water vapor in the oil is promoted by heating, water and impurities in the oil are removed, and the purpose of boosting the pressure is achieved. After the insulating oil is heated, the voltage breakdown test is carried out on the insulating oil again, when a breakdown signal generated when the insulating oil is broken down in the boosting process reaches an upper limit position, a signal sent by the position switch is sent to the control system to cause the control system to be interrupted, the motor stops running, the breakdown voltage value when the insulating oil is broken down is recorded, then the motor is controlled to run reversely, the test voltage is enabled to return to zero, and the next test is prepared. Several more tests were performed on the samples, and then the average of the breakdown voltages was calculated and the data was output as the average of the breakdown voltages.
The invention also provides a portable heating type insulation oil breakdown voltage testing method, as shown in figure 2, comprising the following steps:
s1, controlling the insulating oil breakdown voltage tester to output a set voltage value to perform breakdown test on the insulating oil;
the set voltage value is set according to the voltage value of the unused pure insulating oil when it is broken down.
Step S2, judging whether the insulating oil is broken down, if yes, turning to step S4, and if not, turning to step S3;
s3, heating the insulating oil, controlling the insulating oil breakdown voltage tester to output a set voltage value to perform breakdown test on the insulating oil again, and returning to the S2;
step S4, recording the breakdown voltage when the insulating oil is broken down;
step S5, repeating the steps S1 to S4 for a plurality of times;
and step S6, calculating the average value of the breakdown voltage for a plurality of times and outputting the average value of the breakdown voltage.
