The invention relates to the field of disposable sanitary products, in particular to a production process of a breathable paper diaper.
Background
When a large amount of urine enters the paper diaper in a short time, the absorption speed of the absorption core body is limited, the paper diaper is partially filled with liquid, so that the liquid on the top surface is easy to be absorbed too soon, the liquid flows around quickly, but the widths of the two sides are smaller, the liquid is easy to leak from the two sides, and the absorption effect of the absorption core body is poor; when urine and excrement enter the paper diaper, the urine and the excrement are easy to mix, peculiar smell and bacteria are easy to generate, skin itch of a human body is possibly caused, red infection symptoms are caused, and the health of the human body is influenced.
Chinese patent application No.: 201621115988.7, discloses a diaper core and a diaper thereof. A diaper core comprises a first surface layer, a middle water absorbing layer and a third bottom layer which are sequentially stacked; the middle water absorption layer comprises fluffy non-woven fabrics and high polymer water absorption resin particles attached to the fluffy non-woven fabrics. The paper diaper core body is coated on the water-permeable and air-permeable layer. Use this panty-shape diapers, when a large amount of urine short time gets into panty-shape diapers, the absorption rate of absorption core is limited, panty-shape diapers part has been covered with liquid, the liquid that leads to the top surface easily comes too late to absorb, make liquid flow all around rapidly, but the width of both sides is less, the liquid takes place the edge leakage from both sides easily, it is poor to absorb the core absorption effect, when urine and excrement and urine get into panty-shape diapers, urine and excrement and urine mix easily, produce peculiar smell and bacterium easily, probably lead to human skin itch, the red symptom of infection leads to appears, influence the health.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to solve the problems, the invention provides a production process of the breathable paper diaper. It solves the technical problems that the paper diaper has poor absorption effect and the urine and the excrement are easy to mix.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a production process of a breathable paper diaper comprises the following steps:
(1) manufacturing a liquid-permeable upper layer: conveying the first liquid-permeable surface layer and the second liquid-permeable surface layer up and down respectively, spraying glue on the top surface of the second liquid-permeable surface layer, applying two rubber rings to the top surface of the second liquid-permeable surface layer at a urination area and a defecation area of the diaper respectively through an applying device, and compounding the first liquid-permeable surface layer and the second liquid-permeable surface layer to form a liquid-permeable upper layer;
(2) manufacturing an upper layer of the absorbent core: conveying the three polymer carriers, and respectively blanking the three polymer blanking mechanisms to the polymer carriers to form a first absorption core layer, a second absorption core layer and a third absorption core layer, wherein the second absorption core layer passes through a hot-press roller mechanism to form a plurality of trapezoid structures in the second absorption core layer which are alternately arranged up and down; spraying glue on the top and the bottom of the second absorption core layer, wherein the glue spraying part is positioned on the second absorption core layer to form a top surface of a trapezoidal highest surface and a bottom surface of a trapezoidal lowest surface, a first cache space is formed between the first absorption core layer and the second absorption core layer, a second cache space is formed between the second absorption core layer and the third absorption core layer, the first absorption core layer, the second absorption core layer and the third absorption core layer are compounded through a compound roller mechanism, and the trapezoidal second absorption core layer is compacted to form a thinner upper absorption core layer;
(3) the upper layer of the absorption core is compounded with the middle liquid-permeable layer: conveying the liquid-permeable middle layer, spraying glue on the liquid-permeable middle layer, cutting the upper layer of the absorption core through a cutter roll mechanism to form an upper layer of the absorption core with a block structure, compounding the upper layer of the absorption core with the block structure on the liquid-permeable middle layer, and keeping a certain distance between the adjacent upper layers of the absorption core;
(4) making the absorbent core lower layer: conveying the macromolecule carriers, and respectively blanking the macromolecule carriers by a macromolecule blanking mechanism to form a lower layer of the absorption core;
(5) compounding a liquid-permeable upper layer, an absorption core upper layer, a liquid-permeable middle layer, an absorption core lower layer and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer: the liquid-permeable upper layer, the absorption core upper layer, the liquid-permeable middle layer, the absorption core lower layer and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer are compounded through a compound roller mechanism, and the compound roller mechanism is used for cutting the compound roller mechanism into the flaky paper diaper.
Further:
in the step (4), at least one groove body is transversely cut in the middle of the lower layer of the absorption core through a cutting roller mechanism, and the rubber strip is transversely applied into the groove body through an applying device.
The height of the top end of the rubber strip is not lower than the top surface of the lower layer of the absorption core, and the rubber strip is positioned between the upper layers of the two absorption cores.
The rubber strip has two, and two rubber strips are located between two rubber circles.
In the step (2), at least one longitudinal first diversion trench is formed on the first absorption core layer through the cutting roller mechanism, at least one first diversion trench is arranged on the upper layer of the absorption core of each block structure, two ends of each first diversion trench do not extend to the edge of the upper layer of the absorption core, and the first diversion trench is positioned in the rubber ring.
An opening is formed in the end portion of each rubber ring, the openings of the two rubber rings are oppositely arranged, and the openings face to the front end and the rear end of the paper diaper respectively.
In the step (2), the first absorption core layer and the second absorption core layer are respectively punched through the punching mechanism to respectively form a first through hole and a second through hole.
In the step (2), each top surface and each bottom surface of the second absorption core layer are glue spraying surfaces, glue spraying is carried out on each glue spraying surface to form a glue spraying part, each glue spraying part comprises a transverse strip-shaped first glue body, and the distance between every two adjacent first glue bodies on the glue spraying parts which are closer to the two sides is smaller.
The second absorbs the sandwich layer and passes through cutting roller mechanism, forms a plurality of second guiding gutters on the sandwich layer is absorbed to the second, and the second guiding gutter is located adjacent two and spouts between the gluey portion, and the second guiding gutter transversely sets up, and the second guiding gutter both ends all extend to the side edge of spouting gluey face.
The glue spraying part also comprises a plurality of punctiform second glue bodies, the density of the second glue bodies of the middle glue spraying part is the minimum, and the density of the second glue bodies of the glue spraying part close to the edge is the maximum.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the paper diaper is provided with the two rubber rings, so that urine and excrement discharged by a human body can be separated, the urine and the excrement are respectively separated by the two rubber rings, the urine and the excrement are not easy to mix, peculiar smell and bacteria cannot occur, and the generation of red buttocks of the human body is prevented; when a large amount of liquid enters the upper layer of the absorption core for absorption in a short time, the middle part of the rubber ring has a certain liquid buffering function, part of the liquid is absorbed by the first absorption core layer, and part of the liquid enters the second absorption core layer, a first buffering space is formed between the first absorption core layer and the second absorption core layer due to the action of the liquid, the first buffering space has the liquid buffering function, the restoration of the first buffering space enables the upper layer of the absorption core layer to form a plurality of longitudinal convex parts, flow guide channels are formed between the convex parts, the longitudinal flow guide of the liquid is facilitated, the absorption rate of the upper layer of the absorption core is improved, a part of the liquid is absorbed by the second absorption core layer, and a part of the liquid enters the third absorption core layer, due to the action of the liquid, a second buffering space is formed between the second absorption core layer and the third absorption core layer, the second absorption core layer restores a ladder-shaped structure, and the action of the first buffering space and the second buffering space, the buffer has buffer effect on liquid and prevents the side leakage of the liquid; in the structure, the upper layers of the two absorption cores respectively absorb urine and excrement liquid, so that the urine and the excrement are separated, and the health of a baby is facilitated; the lower layer of the absorption core has the function of preventing liquid leakage, and a certain distance exists between the lower layer of the absorption core and a human body although liquid exists in the lower layer of the absorption core, so that the lower layer of the absorption core cannot contact the human body; the second absorption core layer is of a trapezoidal structure, is relatively stable and is not easy to deform, so that the upper layer of the absorption core can fully absorb liquid, and can restore to the original shape after absorbing the liquid; furthermore, the rubber strips have certain isolation effect, so that a certain gap is kept between the lower layer of the absorption core and a human body; furthermore, even if part of liquid flows to the middle part of the paper diaper through the rubber ring, the rubber ring can well shield the liquid, so that urine and excrement separation is better realized; furthermore, the first flow guide groove is beneficial to longitudinal flow guide of urine, and the first flow guide groove is positioned in the rubber ring, so that liquid can be prevented from flowing out of the rubber ring through the first flow guide groove; furthermore, an opening is formed in the end part of the rubber ring, when the liquid amount is large, a small part of liquid can flow out through the opening, the part of liquid is prevented from flowing to the middle part of the paper diaper beyond the rubber ring, and the urine and the excrement liquid are prevented from being mixed; furthermore, the arrangement of the first through hole and the second through hole ensures that liquid can better enter the first buffer space and the second buffer space, thereby being beneficial to the second absorption core layer to recover a ladder-shaped structure and improving the efficiency of the absorption core upper layer for absorbing liquid; furthermore, the first colloid is strip-shaped, so that the fixing effect is good, when liquid enters, the second absorption core layer can restore the trapezoidal structure, and the second absorption core layer is not easy to deform; furthermore, the arrangement of the second diversion trench is beneficial to the circulation of the liquid in the first buffer space, and the diversion effect of the liquid is improved; furthermore, the arrangement of the second colloid is beneficial to the fixation of the upper layer of the absorption core after compaction, and is also beneficial to the recovery of the upper layer of the absorption core to a thinner state after the upper layer of the absorption core absorbs liquid, and when the liquid is excessive, part of the second colloid can be degummed, especially the second colloid in the middle part is beneficial to the conduction of the liquid, and the diversion effect can be changed according to the flow of the liquid; furthermore, the paper diaper is provided with a rubber ring, a rubber strip, a first cache space, a second cache space, a first through hole and a second through hole, and the air permeability is good when the paper diaper is worn.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the present embodiment provides a production process of a breathable diaper, including the following steps:
(1) production of the liquid-permeable upper layer 1: conveying the first liquid-permeable surface layer 11 and the second liquid-permeable surface layer 12 up and down respectively, spraying glue on the top surface of the second liquid-permeable surface layer 12, applying tworubber rings 13 to the top surface of the second liquid-permeable surface layer 12 through an applying device respectively, wherein the top surface of the second liquid-permeable surface layer 12 is positioned at a urination area and a defecation area of the diaper, anopening 130 is arranged at the end part of eachrubber ring 13, theopenings 130 of the tworubber rings 13 are oppositely arranged, theopenings 130 face the front end and the rear end of the diaper respectively, and compounding the first liquid-permeable surface layer 11 and the second liquid-permeable surface layer 12 to form a liquid-permeableupper layer 1;
(2) manufacturing of the absorbent core upper layer 2: conveying the three polymer carriers, respectively blanking the three polymer carriers by three polymer blanking mechanisms to form a firstabsorption core layer 21, a secondabsorption core layer 22 and a third absorption core layer 23, respectively punching the firstabsorption core layer 21 and the secondabsorption core layer 22 by punching mechanisms to respectively form a first throughhole 210 and a second throughhole 220; four longitudinalfirst guide grooves 211 are formed in the firstabsorption core layer 21 through a cutting roller mechanism, fourfirst guide grooves 211 are formed in theupper layer 2 of the absorption core of each block-shaped structure, two ends of eachfirst guide groove 211 do not extend to the edge of theupper layer 2 of the absorption core, and thefirst guide grooves 211 are located in therubber ring 13; the secondabsorption core layer 22 passes through a cutting roller mechanism, a plurality ofsecond diversion trenches 221 are formed in the secondabsorption core layer 22, and the secondabsorption core layer 22 passes through a hot-pressing roller mechanism, so that the secondabsorption core layer 22 forms a plurality of trapezoid structures which are alternately arranged up and down; glue is sprayed on the top and the bottom of the secondabsorption core layer 22, the glue spraying part is positioned on the secondabsorption core layer 22 to form a top surface of a trapezoidal highest surface and a bottom surface of a trapezoidal lowest surface, each top surface and each bottom surface of the secondabsorption core layer 22 are glue spraying surfaces, glue spraying is carried out on each glue spraying surface to form a glue spraying part, each glue spraying part comprises transverse strip-shapedfirst glue bodies 24, the distance between every two adjacentfirst glue bodies 24 on the glue spraying parts close to the two sides is smaller, the glue spraying part further comprises a plurality of punctiformsecond glue bodies 25, the density of thesecond glue bodies 25 of the middle glue spraying part is smallest, and the density of thesecond glue bodies 25 of the glue spraying parts close to the edges is largest; the secondflow guide groove 221 is located between two adjacent glue spraying portions, the secondflow guide groove 221 is transversely arranged, two ends of the secondflow guide groove 221 extend to the side edge of the glue spraying surface, afirst buffer space 26 is formed between the firstabsorption core layer 21 and the secondabsorption core layer 22, and asecond buffer space 27 is formed between the secondabsorption core layer 22 and the third absorption core layer 23; compounding the firstabsorption core layer 21, the secondabsorption core layer 22 and the third absorption core layer 23 through a compounding roller mechanism, and compacting the ladder-shaped secondabsorption core layer 22 to form a thinner absorption coreupper layer 2;
(3) the absorption coreupper layer 2 and the liquidpermeability middle layer 3 are compounded: conveying the liquid-permeable middle layer 3, spraying glue on the liquid-permeable middle layer 3, cutting the absorption coreupper layer 2 through a cutter roller mechanism to form a blocky absorption coreupper layer 2, compounding the blocky absorption coreupper layer 2 on the liquid-permeable middle layer 3, and keeping a certain distance between the adjacent absorption coreupper layers 2;
(4) manufacturing the absorbent core lower layer 4: conveying the macromolecular carriers, respectively feeding the macromolecular carriers by a macromolecular feeding mechanism to form an absorption corelower layer 4, transversely cutting twogroove bodies 40 in the middle of the absorption corelower layer 4 by a cutting roller mechanism, transversely applying rubber strips 41 into thegroove bodies 40 by an applying device, and positioning the two rubber strips 41 between tworubber rings 13;
(5) compounding a liquid-permeableupper layer 1, an absorption coreupper layer 2, a liquid-permeable middle layer 3, an absorption corelower layer 4 and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer 5: the liquid-permeableupper layer 1, the absorption coreupper layer 2, the liquid-permeable middle layer 3, the absorption corelower layer 4 and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 5 are compounded through a compound roller mechanism, and the compound roller mechanism is used for cutting the compound roller mechanism into the sheet-shaped paper diaper through a cutting mechanism.
The applying device, the hot pressing roller mechanism, the composite roller mechanism, the cutter roller mechanism and the cutting mechanism are known devices and are not described in detail herein.
The number of thefirst guide grooves 211 may be two, three or more, and is set according to the situation.
The number of the second guidinggrooves 221 may be two, three or even more, and is set according to the situation.
Thesecond colloid 25 may not be provided in the present invention, and is provided according to the situation.
The working mode of the invention is as follows:
the paper diaper is worn on a human body, when the human body urinates and defecates, the tworubber rings 13 can respectively isolate urine and excrement liquid, the urine and the excrement are not easy to mix, peculiar smell and bacteria can not occur, and the generation of red buttocks of the human body can be prevented; when a large amount of liquid enters theupper layer 2 of the absorption core for absorption in a short time, the middle part of therubber ring 13 has a certain liquid buffering function, part of the liquid is absorbed by the firstabsorption core layer 21, and part of the liquid enters the secondabsorption core layer 22 through the firstabsorption core layer 21 or the first throughholes 210, due to the action of the liquid, thefirst buffering space 26 expands to enable theupper layer 2 of the absorption core to form a plurality of longitudinal convex parts, and aflow guide channel 20 is formed between the convex parts, as shown in fig. 4, which is beneficial to the longitudinal flow guide of the liquid, part of the liquid is absorbed by the secondabsorption core layer 22, and part of the liquid enters the third absorption core layer 23, due to the action of the liquid, asecond buffering space 27 is formed between the secondabsorption core layer 22 and the third absorption core layer 23, and the secondabsorption core layer 22 recovers a ladder-shaped structure, as shown in fig. 5, the action of thefirst buffering space 26 and thesecond buffering space 27 has a buffering function of buffering liquid, prevent the edge leakage of liquid, most liquid is absorbed by absorption coreupper strata 2 back, a small amount of part flows into and absorbs corelower floor 4 and absorbs, the rubber strip 41 of absorption corelower floor 4 has certain isolation, make and keep certain clearance between absorption corelower floor 4 and the human body, even there is some liquid to crossrubber circle 13 and flow toward panty-shape diapers middle part,rubber circle 13 also can shelter from liquid well, realize urine just separation better, after the absorption finishes, absorb the thinner state of coreupper strata 2 resultants, and is simple and practical.
