The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instrument auxiliary articles, and particularly relates to a medical double-sided adhesive tape and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The adhesive tape is commonly used in the use and wearing of medical instruments, at present, adhesive tapes or daily adhesive tapes are mostly adopted, skin allergy is easy to generate, particularly, the adhesive tapes cannot meet the requirements along with the wide application of organic silicon on the medical instruments, and therefore, the development of the adhesive tape which can be adhered to an organic silicon elastic material and human skin and cannot generate anaphylactic reaction is an important subject.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a medical double-sided adhesive tape, which adopts the technical scheme that: the utility model provides a medical double-sided tape which characterized in that includes protective film layer, organic silicon gel layer, substrate layer, organic silicon pressure sensitive adhesive layer and from the top down sets gradually and leaves the type rete.
This aspect of the invention is further characterized in that:
the substrate layer is a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film.
The release film layer is a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, a polyimide film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, or other high-temperature-resistant plastic films or release papers subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment.
The protective film layer is a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film.
The thickness of the organic silicon gel layer is 80um-3000um, preferably 100um-500um, more preferably 180um-250 um; the thickness of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 5um-600um, preferably 10um-300um, and more preferably 15um-80 um.
The protective film layer can be replaced by a release film layer.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the medical double-sided adhesive tape, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) providing a substrate layer made of a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film; the release film is made of a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, a polyimide film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, and other high-temperature-resistant plastic films or release papers subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment; a protective film made of a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film surface-treated with organofluorosilicone;
2) coating organic silicon gel on one side of the base material layer to form an organic silicon gel layer and cover the protective film;
3) and coating the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive on the release film to form an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and sticking the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer.
The other aspect of the invention is further characterized in that:
the protective film layer can be replaced by a release film layer.
In the step 2), the coated organic silicon gel is addition type vulcanized organic silicon gel which is uniformly coated on the substrate film layer, the coating thickness is 80-3000 um, and the organic silicon gel layer is formed by natural curing or heating curing.
In the step 2), the silicone gel is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
In the step 3), the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on a release film, the coating thickness is 5um-600um, and the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by drying at the temperature of 60-200 ℃ for 60 seconds to 50 minutes.
In the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, a silicone resin having hydroxyl groups, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the medical double-sided adhesive tape comprises the protective film layer, the organic silicon gel layer, the base material layer, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the release film layer, is convenient to carry, can be used for bonding skin by tearing off the organic silicon gel layer of the protective film layer when in use, and can be used for bonding an organic silicon elastomer on a medical instrument after tearing off the release film layer on the other side, so that the medical instrument can be conveniently used, has no stimulation and harm to the skin, and can be well applied to an ostomy bag of an ostomy care device.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, the medical double-sided adhesive tape is characterized by comprising aprotective film layer 1, an organicsilicon gel layer 2, asubstrate layer 3, an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and a release film layer 5 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
In a specific embodiment, thesubstrate layer 3 may adopt a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film; the release film layer 5 can adopt a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, a polyimide film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, or other high-temperature-resistant plastic films or release papers subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment; theprotective film layer 1 may be a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, or a polyester film surface-treated with organofluoro-silicone.
In practical application, the thickness of thesilicone gel layer 2 is 80um to 3000um, preferably 100um to 500um, and more preferably 180um to 250 um; in a specific embodiment, the thickness of thesilicone gel layer 2 can be selected from 80um, 100um, 180um, 250um, 500um, 3000 um; in practical application, the thickness of the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is 5um to 600um, preferably 10um to 300um, and more preferably 15um to 80 um; in a specific embodiment, the thickness of the silicone sub-sensitive adhesive layer 4 can be selected from 5um, 10um, 15um, 80um, 300um, 600 um;
in practical application, theprotective film layer 1 can be replaced by a release film layer 5.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the medical double-sided adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:
1) providing a substrate layer made of a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film; a release film made of a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment; a protective film made of a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film surface-treated with organofluorosilicone;
2) coating organic silicon gel on one side of the base material layer to form an organic silicon gel layer and cover the protective film;
3) and coating the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive on the release film to form an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and sticking the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer.
In practical application, the silicone gel coated in the step 2) is an addition type vulcanized silicone gel, which is uniformly coated on the substrate film layer, and the coating thickness can be selected from 80um, 100um, 180um, 250um, 500um and 3000 um; and naturally curing or heating and curing to form the organic silicon gel layer. In the step 2), the silicone gel is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
In practical application, in the step 3), the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on the release film, and the coating thickness can be selected from 5um, 10um, 15um, 80um, 300um and 600 um; the drying temperature can be selected from 60 ℃, 100 ℃, 150 ℃ and 200 ℃, the drying time is 50 minutes, 20 minutes, 3 minutes and 60 seconds, the higher the temperature is, the shorter the drying time is, and the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by drying. In the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, a silicone resin having hydroxyl groups, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
Because the medical double-sided tape comprises theprotective film layer 1, the organicsilicon gel layer 2, thesubstrate layer 3, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and the release film layer 5, the medical double-sided tape is convenient to carry, when in use, the organicsilicon gel layer 2 is used for bonding skin by tearing off theprotective film layer 1, and after the release film layer 5 is torn off on the other side, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is used for bonding an organic silicon elastomer on a medical instrument, so that the medical instrument can be conveniently used, and the medical double-sided tape has no stimulation and harm to the skin, and can be well applied to an ostomy bag of an ostomy care device.
In practical application, the protective film layer can be replaced by a release film layer.
