Background

the outer sleeve column is fixed on the inner side of the clamping plate, the inner sleeve column is arranged below the outer sleeve column, a groove is formed in the surface of the clamping plate, an elastic rubber ring is arranged inside the groove, a limiting groove is formed in the joint of the detachable head and the clamping plate, and a silica gel ring is installed at the joint of the connecting rod and the detachable head.

The working principle is as follows: when the internal fracture fixing device with the locking and fastening structure is used, firstly, a titanium plate 1 is inserted into the positioning plate 9, the knob 10 is screwed, the knob 10 drives the transmission rod 11 to rotate, meanwhile, the driving gear 23 rotates, the driven gear 22 meshed with the driving gear 23 rotates, the driven gear 22 drives the connecting shaft 25 to rotate, so that the clamping rod 24 rotates, the clamping rod 24 is clamped into the connecting clamping groove 4, and the titanium plate 1 is fixed; secondly, cutting the skin of the fracture of the patient, opening the fracture, fitting the mounted titanium plate 1 with the bone of the patient, determining the position of the titanium plate 1 by moving the positioning plate 9, and after determining the position, penetrating the limiting needle 5 into the limiting hole 3 through the positioning plate 9 to position the titanium plate 1; secondly, drilling by using a tool, measuring the drilling depth by using a measuring tool, sequentially screwing the spiral parts 7 of the bone-in nails 6 into the bone to achieve a locking effect, so that the situation that the supporting effect of the titanium plate 1 is reduced due to the fact that the titanium plate 1 is not tightly attached to the bone is avoided, screwing the protective cover 15, closing the detachable head 13, and avoiding tissue pollution to the detachable head 13; then, after the operation of the patient is completed, the detection data of the pressure sensor 26 can be received through mobile phone software, the received data can be uploaded through 5G data, a follow-up doctor can collect the received information in a unified way, and whether the titanium plate 1 is removed or not can be judged quickly according to different data; finally, when the titanium plate 1 needs to be dismantled, the protective cover 15 is screwed, the clamping plate 14 inside the titanium plate is exposed, a tool is used for outwards propping the clamping plate 14, at the moment, the clamping plate 14 drives the outer sleeve column 16 and the inner sleeve column 19 to move in opposite directions, so that the outer sleeve column 16 and the inner sleeve column 19 are separated from each other and are separated from the through hole in the connecting rod 12, the bone entering nail 6 and the detachable head 13 are quickly dismantled, and the bone entering nail 6 can still be kept in the body of a patient and absorbed by the human body.
