Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a flat-pressing flat die cutting mechanism matched with a continuous paper feeding mode and a die cutting machine, and aims to realize matching of a die cutting process and the continuous operation paper feeding mode through the innovative design of driving and action modes of a die cutting plate table and a pressure plate table in the die cutting mechanism, so that the aims of improving the die cutting and impressing speed and the production efficiency and reducing the production cost are fulfilled.

a flat-pressing flat die cutting mechanism matched with a continuous paper feeding mode is provided with a crankshaft, a die cutting plate table, a die cutting plate and a pressure plate table; the two groups of crankshafts are arranged up and down, the upper group of crankshafts and the lower group of crankshafts synchronously and reversely rotate under the driving of a die cutting driving mechanism, two eccentric cranks are arranged on the crankshafts in the front and back directions, and the central axes of the two eccentric cranks are overlapped and parallel to the central axis of the crankshaft; the die cutting plate platform is a square platform and is arranged on the eccentric crank of the upper group of crankshafts; the pressure plate platform is matched with the die cutting platform in shape and is arranged on the eccentric cranks of the lower group of crankshafts; the die cutting plate is fixedly arranged below the die cutting plate table and drives the pressure plate table and the die cutting plate to periodically separate and press together along with synchronous reverse rotation of the upper crankshaft and the lower crankshaft.
The flat-pressing flat die cutting mechanism matched with the continuous paper feeding mode comprises at least two crankshafts in each group of crankshafts, the deviation directions of the central axes of the eccentric cranks on the two crankshafts and the central axis of the crankshaft are the same, and the two crankshafts synchronously rotate in the same direction.
According to the flat-pressing flat-die cutting mechanism matched with the continuous paper feeding mode, the die cutting plate table and the pressure plate table are respectively hinged and assembled with the eccentric crank through the shaft seats of the upper and lower split structures.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, there is shown a preferred embodiment of a platen die-cutting mechanism matching a continuous paper feeding pattern of the present invention, in which the platen die-cutting mechanism is provided with acrankshaft 3, a die-cutting platen 1, a die-cutting platen 5 and a pressure platen 2; two groups ofcrankshafts 3 are arranged up and down, wherein each group comprises two crankshafts, two eccentric cranks 3-1 are symmetrically arranged on each crankshaft from front to back, and the central axes of the two eccentric cranks 3-1 are overlapped and parallel to the central axis of thecrankshaft 3; in each group of crankshafts, the deviation directions of the central axes of the eccentric cranks on the two crankshafts and the central axis of the crankshaft are the same, and the two crankshafts synchronously rotate in the same direction under the drive of a die cutting drive mechanism (not shown in the figure); the die cutting plate table 1 is arranged on the eccentric cranks of the upper group of crankshafts, the pressure plate table 2 is arranged on the eccentric cranks of the lower group of crankshafts, and the die cutting plate table 1 and the pressure plate table 2 are respectively hinged and assembled with the corresponding eccentric cranks through shaft seats 4 of upper and lower split structures; and thedie cutting plate 5 is fixedly assembled with the die cutting plate table 1.
Referring to fig. 5, in the flat-pressing flat-die cutting mechanism matched with the continuous paper feeding mode, in the die cutting operation process, the upper and lower groups ofcrankshafts 3 synchronously and reversely rotate under the driving of the die cutting driving mechanism of the die cutting machine, so that the pressure plate table 2 and thedie cutting plate 5 are periodically separated and pressed together, and the die cutting and impressing process of a paperboard 6 workpiece is realized.
Referring to fig. 6, the flat-pressing flat-die cutting mechanism matching with the continuous paper feeding mode of the present invention has the die cutting working process that: after a working cycle begins, under the drive of a die cutting driving mechanism, an upper group ofcrankshafts 3 and a lower group ofcrankshafts 3 synchronously rotate in opposite directions, a pressure plate table 2, a die cutting plate table 1 and adie cutting plate 5 gradually approach each other, and when the central axis II of an eccentric crank of an upper group of crankshafts is positioned on the right side of the central axis I of an upper group of crankshafts and the central axis III of an eccentric crank of a lower group of crankshafts is positioned on the right side of the central axis IV of a lower group of crankshafts, a die cutting mechanism is in a working state of preparing for die cutting; along with synchronous reverse rotation of the upper group of crankshafts and the lower group ofcrankshafts 3, when the central axis II of the eccentric crank of the upper group of crankshafts is positioned below the central axis I of the upper group of crankshafts and the central axis III of the eccentric crank of the lower group of crankshafts is positioned above the central axis IV of the lower group of crankshafts, the pressure plate table 2 is contacted with thedie cutting plate 5, and the die cutting mechanism is in a die cutting working state at the moment; along with the synchronous reverse rotation of the upper and lower groups ofcrankshafts 3, the pressure plate table 2 is gradually separated from the die cutting plate table 1 and thedie cutting plate 5, and when the central axis II of the eccentric crank of the upper group of crankshafts is positioned on the left side of the central axis I of the upper group of crankshafts and the central axis III of the eccentric crank of the lower group of crankshafts is positioned on the left side of the central axis IV of the lower group of crankshafts, the die cutting mechanism is in a die cutting finishing state; along with the synchronous reverse rotation of upper and lower two sets ofbent axles 3, when the eccentric crank central axis II of a set of bent axle on the top is located the above of a set of bent axle central axis I, and the eccentric crank central axis III of a set of bent axle below is located the below of a set of bent axle central axis IV, pressure version platform 2 separates to initial condition with crosscutting version platform 1 andcross cutting version 5, accomplishes a duty cycle at this moment.
The invention also provides a flat-pressing flat-die cutting machine, wherein the paper feeding mechanism of the flat-pressing flat-die cutting machine adopts a continuous operation mode, the die cutting mechanism adopts the flat-pressing flat-die cutting mechanism matched with the continuous paper feeding mode, and thedie cutting plateform 1 and the pressure plateform 2 in the die cutting mechanism are both of movable platform structures, so that the actions of thedie cutting plateform 1 and the pressure plateform 2 can be matched with the continuous operation speed of the paper feeding mechanism by setting the rotating speed of thecrankshaft 3 and the operation speed of the paper feeding mechanism, thereby solving the problems of low production efficiency and high production cost caused by the intermittent feeding mode of the existing paper feeding mechanism.
