Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a rehabilitation device for hand burn exercise, which can improve the problems of the related art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rehabilitation device for hand burn exercise, comprising a wearing component and a pulling component.
The wearing assembly comprises a glove main body, a ring, a back cover and a fastening belt, wherein the glove main body comprises finger parts, a hand back part and a wrist part;
the tension assembly comprises an elastic band, a connecting piece, a tension sensor and a display screen, the tension sensor is arranged on the inner side of the back cover, the display screen is arranged on the outer side of the back cover, one end of the elastic band is connected with the ring, the other end of the elastic band is connected with the connecting piece, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the tension sensor.
In one embodiment of the invention, the finger ring is sewn at each finger tip of the finger part, the elastic band surrounds the finger ring and the outer side of the connecting piece, and the elastic band, the connecting piece and the tension sensor are all arranged at the inner side of the back cover
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening band includes a first magic tape and a second magic tape, and a fixing band is provided inside the fastening band.
In one embodiment of the invention, one end of the fixing band is provided with a magic tape, the magic tape is detachably connected with the first magic tape and the second magic tape, the other end of the fixing band is provided with a ring buckle, and the fixing band is connected with the tension sensor through the ring buckle.
In one embodiment of the invention, the side part of the hand back is sewed with a limiting belt, the limiting belt is arranged as an elastic belt, and the limiting belt is arranged outside the elastic belt and the back cover.
In one embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece is a U-shaped connecting piece, and two ends of the connecting piece are respectively sleeved by the elastic band and the tension sensor.
In one embodiment of the invention, a return hook is arranged at the end part of one end of the connecting piece connected with the elastic belt, a clamping groove is arranged at the end of the connecting piece connected with the tension sensor, the tension sensor is clamped and installed in the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is arranged in the middle of the end part of the connecting piece.
In one embodiment of the invention, the elastic band is provided as a strip elastic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the recovery device for the tension exercise for the hand burn, when the recovery device is used, a patient with a burned hand wears the recovery device after wearing the pressure gloves, the recovery device is arranged in a glove shape, so that the recovery device is convenient for the patient to wear, and meanwhile, the wrist part is provided with the fastening belt for fixing the recovery device on the hand of the patient, so that the recovery device is prevented from being deviated and affecting use; after the device is worn, the patient can exercise hand muscles in a fist making mode, when fingers are bent, the elastic belt is stretched and tightened, and then the tension sensor is pulled, and pulled data are displayed on the display screen through the tension sensor, so that the patient can know the rehabilitation condition;
according to the invention, 5 elastic belts are connected to the connecting piece together, and then the connecting piece is connected with the tension sensor, so that the tension sensor can measure the force application condition of a single finger or a plurality of fingers, and the function of the tension sensor is fully utilized;
through set up back hook and draw-in groove on the connecting piece for elastic webbing, connecting piece and tension sensor's dismouting is all very convenient.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the invention provides a rehabilitation device for hand burn pull exercise, which comprises a wearingcomponent 100 and apull component 200, wherein thepull component 200 is installed outside the wearingcomponent 100, the wearingcomponent 100 is used for wearing the device outside a pressure glove to ensure that the device is stably worn and tightened when applying force, and thepull component 200 is used for helping a patient to rebuild hands, not only exercising hand muscles, but also displaying the hand pull condition in real time.
The wearingassembly 100 includes aglove body 110, aring 150, aback cover 160, and afastening band 180, theglove body 110 includes afinger portion 120, aback hand portion 130, and awrist portion 140, thering 150 is disposed on thefinger portion 120, theback cover 160 is disposed on theback hand portion 130, and thefastening band 180 is disposed on thewrist portion 140.
Thetension assembly 200 comprises anelastic band 210, a connectingmember 230, atension sensor 240 and adisplay screen 250, wherein thetension sensor 240 is arranged on the inner side of theback cover 160, thedisplay screen 250 is arranged on the outer side of theback cover 160, one end of theelastic band 210 is connected with thefinger ring 150, the other end of theelastic band 210 is connected with the connectingmember 230, and the other end of the connectingmember 230 is connected with thetension sensor 240. After a patient with hand burn wears the pressure gloves, the device is worn, the device is in a glove shape and convenient to wear by the patient, meanwhile, thewrist part 140 is provided with thefastening belt 180 for fixing the device on the hand of the patient, so that the device is suitable for patients with various wrist thicknesses, and the device is prevented from being deviated and affecting use; after wearing the device, hand muscle is tempered to patient's accessible mode of making a fist, and when the finger crooked,elastic webbing 210 is elongated and is tightened, and then pullingforce sensor 240, andforce sensor 240 shows the data of pulling ondisplay screen 250 to patient knows the recovered condition
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, thefinger ring 150 is a non-elastic textile band, thefinger ring 150 is sewn on each finger tip of thefinger portion 120, theelastic band 210 surrounds thefinger ring 150 and the connectingmember 230, and 5elastic bands 210, the connectingmember 230 and thetension sensor 240 are all arranged on the inner side of theback cover 160.Elastic band 210 sets up to the bar elastic cord, andelastic band 210 and back of thehand portion 130 laminating set up to the bar can reduce the pressure with the back of the hand for pressure is equallyd divide, and then protects hand skin.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 6, the tail ends of the 5elastic bands 210 are commonly sleeved with the connectingmember 230, the connectingmember 230 is configured as a U-shaped connectingmember 230, and both ends of the connectingmember 230 are respectively sleeved with theelastic bands 210 and thetension sensor 240. The one end tip that connectingpiece 230 andelastic band 210 are connected is provided withback hook 231, 5elastic band 210 are kept off at theback hook 231 inboardly, prevent thatelastic band 210 from droing, and the dismouting is convenient simultaneously, is convenient for change whenelastic band 210 loses elasticity, and the one end that connectingpiece 230 andforce sensor 240 are connected is provided with draw-ingroove 232, andforce sensor 240 block is installed in draw-ingroove 232, and draw-ingroove 232 sets up the middle part at connectingpiece 230 tip.
Thefastening band 180 includes a firstmagic tape 181 and a secondmagic tape 182, and the fixingband 170 is provided inside thefastening band 180.
One end of the fixingband 170 is provided with amagic tape 171, themagic tape 171 is detachably connected with the firstmagic tape 181 and the secondmagic tape 182, the other end of the fixingband 170 is provided with aring buckle 172, and the fixingband 170 is connected with thetension sensor 240 through thering buckle 172. Firstmagic tape 181, secondmagic tape 182 all can be connected with fixedband 170, also can be connected with fixedband 170 respectively, the fixed of firstmagic tape 181, secondmagic tape 182 position, consequently the position of fixedband 170 is adjustable, can be according to patient's needs when using, change the position of fixedband 170 onfastening area 180, and then can the tensile size of adjusting device.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, alimit band 220 is sewn on the side of the back ofhand 130, thelimit band 220 is an elastic band, thelimit band 220 is arranged outside theelastic band 210 and theback cover 160, theback cover 160 is arranged outside theelastic band 210, thelimit band 220 is arranged outside one end of theback cover 160, and thus one end of theback cover 160 adjacent to theelastic band 210 is sealed, so that sundries are prevented from entering theback cover 160, and the connectingpiece 230 and thetension sensor 240 in theback cover 160 are protected.
Specifically, this hand burn is tempered with pulling force and is used rehabilitation device's theory of operation: when the pressure glove is used, a patient with a burned hand wears the pressure glove, the pressure glove is in a glove shape, so that the pressure glove is convenient to wear, and meanwhile, the wrist part is provided with the fastening belt for fixing the pressure glove on the hand of the patient, so that the device is prevented from shifting and affecting use; after the device is worn, the patient can exercise hand muscles in a fist making mode, when fingers are bent, theelastic band 210 is stretched and tightened, thetension sensor 240 is pulled, and the pulled data are displayed on thedisplay screen 250 through thetension sensor 240, so that the patient can know the rehabilitation condition;
according to the invention, 5 elastic belts are connected to the connectingpiece 230 together, and then the connecting piece is connected with thetension sensor 240, so that thetension sensor 240 can measure the force application condition of a single finger or a plurality of fingers, and the function of thetension sensor 240 is fully utilized;
theelastic band 210, the connectingmember 230 and thetension sensor 240 are conveniently assembled and disassembled by arranging thereturn hook 231 and the clampinggroove 232 on the connectingmember 230.
It should be noted that: the model specifications of thetension sensor 240 and thedisplay screen 250 need to be determined by model selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted.
The power supply and the principle of thetension sensor 240 and thedisplay screen 250 will be clear to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
