The invention belongs to novel tobacco product component materials, and particularly relates to a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the burning and smoking process of the traditional cigarette, the burning temperature of the cigarette reaches 600-900 ℃, so that the temperature of main stream smoke is overhigh when the cigarette enters a mouth. The tobacco shreds which are not combusted at the rear end and the filter tip have condensation and cooling effects on the mainstream smoke entering the filter tip during smoking, but the oral cavity still has hot and spicy feeling. The electronic cigarette without heating and burning utilizes a special heat source to heat the tobacco shreds, the tobacco shreds are only heated and do not burn, the temperature is still 300-. It is therefore necessary to regulate the temperature of the smoke passing through the filter end.
In recent years, many researchers have concentrated on how to lower the temperature of the flue gas. Although the regulation and control of the flue gas temperature have achieved certain achievements, the problems of high cost, complex process, poor effect and the like still exist.
The starch is a renewable resource, has the characteristics of rich source, low price and the like, has excellent biodegradability, is suitable to be used as a raw material of a biodegradable material, has expansibility during extrusion, and is an ideal raw material for manufacturing a foaming material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material, aiming at the defects in the prior art, the cooling section material is hollow in the middle, and has a porous sponge structure around, so that smoke can pass through conveniently and can be adsorbed, the raw material is a high polymer material, so that the material has high energy storage modulus, can perform phase change heat absorption at a certain temperature, and can cool the smoke when the smoke passes through, and the raw material is a renewable resource, so that a finished product has degradability and is an environment-friendly material.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the one-step formed plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material, which adopts a screw-propelled extrusion bulking machine to prepare the tobacco tow composite cooling section material by one-step extrusion molding at high temperature and high pressure, and can realize industrial continuous production.
The object of the invention is achieved by the following technical measures.
The invention provides a one-step forming plant polysaccharide and cigarette tow composite cooling section material, which is formed by heating and mixing starch, auxiliary polysaccharide, cigarette tow segments and water to form a plant polysaccharide and cigarette tow mixed material, then the plant polysaccharide and cigarette tow mixed material is sprayed out from a die hole with a specified diameter through an extrusion bulking machine under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high shearing force, under the action of strong pressure difference, water is rapidly vaporized, the material forms a loose and porous structure, and the plant polysaccharide and cigarette tow composite cooling section material is obtained by slitting, wherein the plant polysaccharide and cigarette tow mixed material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 7-13 parts of water, 80-90 parts of starch, 3-13 parts of auxiliary polysaccharide and 1-10 parts of cigarette tows.
In the technical scheme, the auxiliary polysaccharide is one or more of konjac glucomannan, carrageenan, xanthan gum, Arabic gum, sodium alginate and pectin, the starch and the auxiliary polysaccharide are mixed into a plant polysaccharide mixture, and the plant polysaccharide mixture and the tobacco tow segments are stirred at 70-90 ℃ to obtain the plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and preparing a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material according to a proportion, wherein the initial water content of the mixed material is 7-13%;
(2) under the condition of 70-90 ℃, the mixed material of the plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tows is extruded and molded by a grinding tool with the diameter of 6-8mm under the shearing action of a screw and the conditions of 110-140 ℃ and 5-15MPa through a screw pushing and extruding bulking machine;
(3) cutting into rods to obtain the loose and porous plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material.
In the technical scheme, the prepared cooling section material is hollow, and the diameter of the hollow is 1-5 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) the polysaccharide material in the cooling section material is derived from natural biomass, plant polysaccharide mixed cellulose acetate tow fragments are utilized, and swelling property of the polysaccharide is utilized to prepare the porous cooling section material, so that the whole preparation process is safe and environment-friendly, and the material has biodegradability, safety and environment friendliness.
(2) The hollow porous sponge-like structure material is prepared by one-step molding through an extrusion foaming process, and the process is controllable and can be used for continuous production.
(3) The acetate fiber tows play a certain supporting role in the whole cooling section material, when high-temperature smoke passes through, the heated phase-change heat absorption collapses, and the existence of the sparse fiber tows can delay the collapse of the structure, so that the heat absorption has continuity.

Example 1:
a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material is disclosed, wherein a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 7 parts of water, 80 parts of starch, 3 parts of konjac glucomannan and 2 parts of tobacco tows.
A preparation method of a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and preparing a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material according to a proportion, wherein the initial water content of the mixed material is 7%;
(2) the mixed material of the plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tows at 70 ℃ is extruded and molded by a grinding tool with the diameter of 6m at 110 ℃ and 10MPa under the shearing action of a screw by a screw pushing and extruding bulking machine;
(3) cutting into rods to obtain the loose and porous plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material.
The plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material obtained in the above way are hollow, and the hollow diameter is 2 mm.
The plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material prepared in the embodiment is cut into 20mm in length, the cooling section material in the heating non-combustible cigarette is replaced by the material, and a temperature tester is used for testing the smoke temperature, so that the smoke temperature is reduced by 5 ℃ compared with a comparative sample.
Example 2:
a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material is disclosed, wherein a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10 parts of water, 85 parts of starch, 5 parts of carrageenan and 3 parts of cigarette tows.
A preparation method of a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and preparing a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material according to a proportion, wherein the initial water content of the mixed material is 10%;
(2) the mixed material of the plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tows at 70 ℃ is extruded and molded by a grinding tool with the diameter of 7m at 125 ℃ and 10MPa under the shearing action of a screw by a screw pushing and extruding bulking machine;
(3) cutting into rods to obtain the loose and porous plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material.
The plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material obtained in the above way are hollow, and the hollow diameter is 3 mm.
The plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material prepared in the embodiment is cut into 16mm long, the cooling section material in the heating non-combustible cigarette is replaced by the material, and a temperature tester is used for testing the smoke temperature, so that the smoke temperature is reduced by 6 ℃ compared with a comparative sample.
Example 3:
a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material is disclosed, wherein a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 12 parts of water, 90 parts of starch, 5 parts of Arabic gum and 6 parts of cigarette tows.
A preparation method of a one-step formed plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and preparing a plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow mixed material according to a proportion, wherein the initial water content of the mixed material is 12%;
(2) the mixed material of the plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tows at the temperature of 80 ℃ is extruded and molded by a grinding tool with the diameter of 8m at the temperature of 135 ℃ and the pressure of 8MPa under the shearing action of a screw by a screw rod pushing and extruding bulking machine;
(3) cutting into rods to obtain the loose and porous plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material.
The plant polysaccharide and the tobacco tow composite cooling section material obtained in the above way are hollow, and the hollow diameter is 3.5 mm.
The plant polysaccharide and tobacco tow composite cooling section material prepared in the embodiment is cut into 18mm in length, the cooling section material in non-combustible tobacco is replaced by the material, and a temperature tester is used for testing the smoke temperature, so that the smoke temperature is reduced by 7 ℃ compared with a comparative sample.
The hollow porous material is prepared by taking natural material starch as a main raw material and adding cigarette tows as fillers and performing one-step forming by using an extrusion foaming process, and can be used for a temperature reduction section of a cigarette bomb of a heating non-combustible electronic cigarette. In addition, the starch is used as a high polymer material, has the characteristics of high energy storage density and heat absorption and heat release at an approximately constant temperature, and has the advantages that the middle part of the material is hollow, the annular part is made of a porous material, so that smoke can conveniently pass through, when high-temperature smoke passes through, the material is subjected to phase transition at a certain temperature, absorbs heat, and generates a heat collapse phenomenon, so that the smoke passing through the material is cooled, and the starch can be applied to a heating non-combustion electronic cigarette cooling section.
