determining the patrol position of a worker;
determining a target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position and prestored switch information;
according to the switch information of the target switch, determining patrol key points, prompting the patrol key points, and acquiring feedback information of workers;
and if the received feedback information indicates that the defect can be eliminated, generating a defect elimination measure according to the switch information, and guiding a worker to carry out defect elimination treatment.
Further, after obtaining feedback information of the staff, the method further comprises:
and if the received feedback information indicates that the defect cannot be eliminated, recording the defect and reporting to the server.
Further, according to the switch information of the target switch, the patrol key points are determined, and the patrol key points are prompted, including:
determining a prompting sequence of inspection key points according to the switch information of the target switch;

confirming at least one of double naming of the switch, determining whether electricity is tested, determining whether the protective pressing plate exits, determining a switch gate position, whether secondary electricity testing is normal, whether a PT cabinet voltmeter shows a preset voltage, whether a switch fixed value is accurate, whether a state indicator lamp is abnormal or not, whether a storage battery is normal or not and whether the pressing plate is installed back or not.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic operation and maintenance patrol guiding terminal and an operation and maintenance patrol guiding method. The device includes: the system comprises a positioning module, a switch information storage module, a patrol key point prompting module and a defect eliminating measure guiding module; wherein: the positioning module is connected with the switch information storage module and used for determining the patrol position of a worker and sending the patrol position to the switch information storage module; the switch information storage module is used for determining a target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position and prestored switch information; the inspection key point prompting module is connected with the switch information storage module and used for determining inspection key points according to the switch information of the target switch, prompting the inspection key points and acquiring feedback information of workers; and the defect eliminating measure guiding module is connected with the inspection main point prompting module and the switch information storage module and is used for generating defect eliminating measures according to the switch information and guiding the working personnel to eliminate defects if the feedback information is received to eliminate the defects.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the safety of the patrol switch of the operation and maintenance staff can be ensured, the workload of the operation and maintenance staff is reduced, the patrol key points are presented one by one, the use of paper materials is reduced, the operation and maintenance patrol is more standardized, and the effect and the efficiency of patrol operation and maintenance of the automatic terminal are favorably improved. And the timely defect elimination greatly improves the accuracy of timely fault isolation and line self-healing of automatic operation and maintenance inspection in the operation process, and has obvious promotion effects on improving the fault first-aid repair speed and reducing the number of power failure users.

It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an automated operation and maintenance tour guide terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the scene of the automatic operation and maintenance tour guide of the power grid. The terminal may execute the operation and maintenance patrol guidance method provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the terminal may be implemented by software and/or hardware.
As shown in fig. 1, an automated operation and maintenancetour guide terminal 100 provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: apositioning module 110, a switchinformation storage module 120, a patrol keypoint prompting module 130 and a defect eliminating measure guidingmodule 140; wherein:
thepositioning module 110 is connected to the switch information storage module, and is configured to determine a patrol position of a worker, and send the patrol position to the switch information storage module;
the switchinformation storage module 120 is configured to determine a target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position and pre-stored switch information;
the patrol keypoint prompting module 130 is connected with the switch information storage module, and is used for determining patrol key points according to the switch information of the target switch, prompting the patrol key points, and acquiring feedback information of a worker;
and the defect eliminating measure guidingmodule 140 is connected with the patrol key point prompting module and the switch information storage module, and is used for generating defect eliminating measures according to the switch information and guiding the staff to eliminate defects if the defects can be eliminated after the feedback information is received.
The automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100 may integrate an automatic operation and maintenance patrol guidance plugin on a PDA (Personal Digital assistant). The automatic operation and maintenance tour guide plug-in comprises the following four information: the system comprises a positioning plug-in, a switch information database, a patrol key point information database and a defect eliminating measure guide information database. The automatic operation and maintenance tour guide is to detect and maintain the terminal in operation on the site of the distribution automation main station or the terminal, and can be remote operation and maintenance or local operation and maintenance. For example, the automated operation and maintenance tour guide is a local operation and maintenance work performed by a worker holding the automated operation and maintenancetour guide terminal 100.
Thepositioning module 110 determines the position of the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100 and obtains specific information of the position through a positioning device carried by the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100. The location information may be information for embodying an accurate location of the automated operation and maintenancetour guide terminal 100, or information of a location. For example, the automatic operation and maintenancetour guide terminal 100 includes latitude and longitude information of a location and PT (Potential Transformer) Cabinet information corresponding to the location, where the PT Cabinet information may be number information of a Cabinet door. The staff holds the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guide terminal 100 by hand to overhaul and maintain the power grid equipment, and if the position information of the handheld automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guide terminal 100 is determined, the patrol position of the staff can be determined. Thepositioning module 110 sends the patrol location information to the switchinformation storage module 120 in a wired or wireless manner.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the safety of the worker, before the operation, maintenance and inspection of the equipment, the worker should dress according to the standard, set a safety fence and a warning board around the corresponding equipment, and withdraw the pressing plate (e.g., a remote switch-on pressing plate).
The switchinformation storage module 120 is a module that determines the target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position information and all switch information pre-stored in the switchinformation storage module 120. Wherein the pre-stored switch information is information of air switches in the PT cabinet, and the switch information is provided by an internal server.
In this scheme, optionally, the switch information includes at least one of a switch type, a switch position, a switch state, a switch setting value, and a switch manufacturer.
Wherein the switch type can be a magnetic element air switch, a thermal element air switch or a multiple trip air switch; the switch position may be an area range determined for the air switch when the air switch is installed or precise position information determined by the positioning device; the switch state is the state that the switch is opened and closed, and can be represented by 0 or 1, and also can be represented by the color of an indicator light; the switch fixed value is an action current set by the air switch circuit breaker, for example, if the rated current of the circuit breaker is 200A, and the thermal protection of the plastic shell is set to be 0.6, the set value is 120A, namely the current exceeds 120A, the circuit breaker can be switched off after a certain time, and the specific switching-off time is related to the current-time curve of the circuit breaker; the switch manufacturer information may include a production lot, a production date, or a manufacturer name. The storage mode of the switch information can be manual input, and can also be system automatic identification input when the air switch is installed.
The switch position information in the switch information may be a certain area range with the air switch as a center, and the area range at least includes one air switch; the patrol location information may be accurate location information. When the patrol position of the worker is located within the area range where the air switch is located, the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guide terminal 100 displays the air switch in the current patrol position, and the worker selects a corresponding target switch as required.
The patrol keypoint prompting module 130 is a module for prompting patrol key points for workers through the display interface of the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guiding terminal 100. The inspection key point is that after the staff confirms that safety measures are implemented, prompt information for comparing each function of the switch one by one to determine whether the functions are normally operated is started, and the functions can be switch states, switch setting values, pressing plates, communication and the like. The patrol keypoint prompting module 130 determines and prompts corresponding patrol key points according to the switch information provided by the target switchinformation storage module 120, such as switch types, switch positions, switch states, switch setting values, and switch manufacturers.
For example, the target switchinformation storage module 120 determines a corresponding target switch according to the current patrol position; displaying all names of air switches existing in the current patrol position range and cabinet door number information of a PT cabinet in which the air switches are located on a display interface of the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guiding terminal 100; the working personnel select the corresponding target switch according to the requirement; the display interface displays the inspection key point prompt information of the target switch, such as the on-off state, the switch fixed value, the pressing plate, the communication and the like; the working personnel start to compare the inspection key points one by one after confirming the implementation of the safety measures, and check whether the functions of the target switch, such as on-off state, on-off fixed value, pressing plate, communication, power supply and the like, are normally operated; if all functions are normally operated, completing operation and maintenance inspection; if one function is not operated normally, namely a defect exists, the defect is processed or reported by a worker.
The defect eliminatingmeasure guidance module 140 is a module for eliminating or guiding defects that are displayed for abnormal functions during operation and maintenance inspection. The removable defect is a defect that the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100 can perform measure guidance on the detected defect according to the defect type included in the removablemeasure guidance module 140, for example, the program version is low and needs to be upgraded, the ac voltage/current is abnormal, the communication state is abnormal, the power system is abnormal, and the switch state is abnormal.
Specifically, the defect eliminatingmeasure directing module 140 directs the staff to eliminate the fault step by step, for example, the staff checks the communication defect and the communication status of the communication device through the carried automatic operation and maintenancepatrol directing terminal 100, when the communication shows abnormal, the first step, when the communication is abnormal, prompts to check whether the communication network is normal, and the staff performs operation and maintenance according to the sequence of the communication interface, the communication device and the communication channel; secondly, when the communication network is normal, checking whether the communication protocol configuration and the information security configuration are correct; and thirdly, checking the installation of the antenna, the strength of the wireless signal, the state of the SIM card and the like during wireless communication.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an automated operation and maintenance tour guide terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, optionally, the automated operation and maintenance tour guide terminal further includes: and a defectelimination recording module 150 connected to the defect elimination measure guidance module and configured to record the defect elimination processing information capable of eliminating defects.
The defect eliminatingrecording module 150 is a module for recording the defect eliminating processing process of the worker on the fault. The defect elimination processing information may be information of a fault type and a specific name, a defect elimination processing step, and whether processing is successful or not. For example, the staff checks the communication defect and the communication status of the communication device through the carried automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100, the communication status shows abnormal, and the defectelimination recording module 150 records that the fault type is "communication abnormal"; the staff checks the communication device according to the guidance steps displayed on the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 100 by the defect eliminationmeasure guidance module 140, finds that the fault is loose of the interface of the communication device, and the defectelimination recording module 150 records the specific name of the fault as "loose of the interface"; after confirming that the safety measures are implemented, the working personnel reconnects and fastens the communication equipment interface; if the communication indicator light is on green light, indicating that the communication is normal, the defectelimination recording module 150 records that the processing result is "processed successfully", and if the communication indicator light is on red light, indicating that the communication is abnormal, the defectelimination recording module 150 records that the processing result is "further processing is needed". By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the safety of the patrol switch of the operation and maintenance staff can be ensured, the workload of the operation and maintenance staff is reduced, the patrol key points are presented one by one, the use of paper materials is reduced, the operation and maintenance patrol is more standardized, and the effect and the efficiency of patrol operation and maintenance of the automatic terminal are favorably improved. And moreover, defects are isolated and eliminated in time in the automatic operation and maintenance inspection operation process, and are recorded in time, so that the power grid fault first-aid repair speed is effectively improved, and the number of power failure users is reduced.

Thepositioning module 210 determines the location of the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 200 and obtains the specific information of the location through a positioning device carried by the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guidance terminal 200.
The switch information storage module 220 is a module that determines a target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position information and all switch information pre-stored in the switch information storage module 220.
The patrol keypoint prompting module 230 is a module for prompting patrol key points for workers through the display interface of the automatic operation and maintenancepatrol guiding terminal 200.
The defect eliminatingmeasure guidance module 240 is a module for eliminating or guiding defects that are displayed in abnormal functions during the operation and maintenance inspection process.
The defectrecord reporting module 250 is a module that reports to the server the defect that the vacancymeasure guidance module 240 cannot process and eliminate in time. The non-erasable defect is a defect that can not be erased by an erase measure. Specifically, the patrol keypoint prompting module 230 sends the acquired worker feedback information to the defectrecord reporting module 250, and the defectrecord reporting module 250 classifies and records the defects, wherein the recorded information may include: the switch information, defect type, specific name and processing procedure information of the defect are obtained, and the defect record information is reported to the server.

The clock information is the time when the defectrecording reporting module 250 records a defect, and may be specific time information, for example, a certain time and a certain minute in a certain month and a certain day of a certain year. For example, a complete automated operation and maintenance tour guide loop is used as an example for explanation. First, the double name of the switch is confirmed, wherein the double name of the switch is the name and number of the switch, for example, a 511B high side 5243 switch for a 500kV station; if the double names of the switches are wrong, the correct double codes of the switches need to be input, the switch information is searched in the switch information storage module, and whether the switch information is correct or not is verified;
further, the target switch is subjected to safe electricity testing to determine whether the target switch is electrified or not; if the electricity testing result is electrified, in order to prevent the switch from being mistakenly operated to influence safety, a worker needs to wear an insulating glove to withdraw from the protection pressing plate;
further, whether all air switches are in the switching-on position or not is detected, if the air switches are not in the switching-on position, oil stain air switches are searched for to be abnormal in the switch information storage module, if the oil stain air switches are abnormal, defective air switches are opened, the rest air switches are closed, and if the oil stain air switches are not abnormal, all the air switches are closed;
further, whether the secondary electric quantity is normal or not is detected, and the result is displayed as yes, no or prompt, wherein the yes indicates that the secondary electric quantity is normal, namely the current has a reading, and the PT cabinet can acquire incoming line voltage and bus voltage, wherein the secondary electric quantity is the electric quantity generated by the voltage and the current flowing through the air switch through the mutual inductor;
further, whether the voltmeter meters of the PT cabinet all display 10kV is detected, if the voltmeter meters display 10kV, the voltage at two ends of the voltmeter meter is measured by the universal meter, if the voltmeter meter display does not display 10kV, the defect record reporting module records 'voltage meter fault defect', if the multimeter display does not display 10kV, the defect record reporting module records 'voltage output defect', and the defect record reporting module classifies, records and reports all defects to the server;
further, the working personnel selects whether to check the switch fixed value, if so, the switch information in the switch information storage module is called, whether the switch fixed value is correct is compared, and if not, the switch fixed value is modified through the switch terminal password; if the switch constant value is not checked or the switch constant value is checked to be correct, detecting whether the time display of the switch terminal is correct or not, and if not, modifying the time through the password of the switch terminal; detecting whether the switch state indicator lamp is abnormal or not, and if the switch state indicator lamp is abnormal, recording 'abnormal switch state' by a defect record reporting module and uploading the 'abnormal switch state' to a system;
further, whether the switch terminal indicator lamp is abnormal or not is detected, if the switch terminal indicator lamp is abnormal, the defect recording reporting module records that the switch terminal is abnormal and uploads the abnormal switch terminal to the system, if the switch terminal indicator lamp is abnormal, whether the air switch is on line is detected, and the display is yes, no or prompt, wherein the prompt is that whether the data lamp of the Wedd module flickers is observed in a remote rotating and local mode, the air switch is not on line is judged, and the defect recording reporting module records that the switch is off line and uploads the data lamp to the system;
further, whether the switch storage battery is normal or not is detected, whether the switch storage battery is normal or not is displayed, whether the switch storage battery is abnormal or not is detected, the defect record reporting module records that the switch storage battery is abnormal and uploads the abnormal state to a system, and whether the prompt is divided into four conditions, namely a pole-mounted switch is used for prompting that an alternating current switch needs to be disconnected and detecting whether a switch terminal is electrified or not, a new tapping box is used for prompting that a direct current screen disconnects an alternating current incoming line power supply and detects whether the switch storage battery is normally operated or not, an old tapping box is used for prompting that an alternating current incoming line air switch in a PT cabinet is disconnected and detecting whether the switch terminal is electrified or not, and a tapping box is used for prompting that the switch storage battery does not need to be detected;
and finally, detecting whether the state of the switch pressing plate is normal or not, calling and checking the switch information in the switch information storage module if the state is abnormal, and finishing one-time automatic operation and maintenance inspection guidance by the automatic operation and maintenance inspection guidance terminal if the state is correct.
In this embodiment, an automated operation and maintenance tour guide terminal is provided, which includes: the system comprises a positioning module, a switch information storage module, a patrol key point prompting module and a defect record reporting module, wherein the positioning module is connected with the switch information storage module and used for determining the patrol position of a worker and sending the patrol position to the switch information storage module; the switch information storage module is used for determining a target switch corresponding to the current patrol position according to the patrol position and prestored switch information; the inspection key point prompting module is connected with the switch information storage module and used for determining inspection key points according to the switch information of the target switch, prompting the inspection key points and acquiring feedback information of workers; and the defect record reporting module is connected with the patrol key point prompting module and the switch information storage module, and is used for recording the defect and reporting the defect to the server if the defect which can not be eliminated is received from the feedback information. By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the irremovable defects can be reported in time, the defects can be better eliminated, the faults can be conveniently processed, and the effect and the efficiency of the inspection operation and maintenance of the automatic terminal are improved.

Fig. 4 is an operation and maintenance patrol guiding method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solution in the third embodiment of the present invention is applicable to the operation and maintenance patrol situation, and the method can be executed by the automated operation and maintenance patrol guiding terminal provided in any embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the operation and maintenance patrol guidance method provided in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:

By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the safety of the patrol switch of the operation and maintenance staff can be ensured, the workload of the operation and maintenance staff is reduced, the patrol key points are presented one by one, the use of paper materials is reduced, the operation and maintenance patrol is more standardized, and the effect and the efficiency of patrol operation and maintenance of the automatic terminal are favorably improved. And moreover, defects are isolated and eliminated in time in the automatic operation and maintenance inspection operation process, and are recorded in time, so that the power grid fault first-aid repair speed is effectively improved, and the number of power failure users is reduced.
