Referring to fig. 1-7, a charging box for a scratch-proof wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention is disclosed.

In one embodiment, in order to reduce the collision between the earphone and other objects when the earphone is stored in the charging box of the present invention, the depth of thestorage groove 11 is at least 2mm greater than the height of the earphone. The depth of the receivinggroove 11 may be 1mm higher than the height of the earphone, and the like, and is not limited herein.
In an embodiment, thebottom support 40 has a throughhole 42, and thecharging pin 61 passes through the throughhole 42 and is in interference fit with the throughhole 42, so that thecharging pin 61 and thebottom support 40 can be hermetically connected, and external water or water vapor is prevented from entering themain body 100 along a gap between thecharging pin 61 and thebottom support 40 to damage thecircuit board 60.

In one embodiment, in order to adapt the present invention to a wireless earphone with a handle, theaccommodating groove 11 includes a firstaccommodating cavity 111 for accommodating the earphone head and a secondaccommodating cavity 112 for accommodating the ear handle. The depth of thefirst cavity 111 is greater than the height of the earphone head, and thenotch 30 penetrates through thefirst cavity 111 and is communicated with thesecond cavity 112. In the above embodiment, the surface of themain body 100 is recessed inwards to form the surroundingwall 13, the surroundingwall 13 surrounds and forms two first cavities, thebase 40 is disposed at the bottom of the surroundingwall 13, thebase 40 is provided with thegroove 41 communicated with the first cavities, theaccommodating groove 11 is formed by the first cavities and thegroove 41, and thecircuit board 60 is located at the lower portion of thebase 40. That is, the first cavity is composed of thefirst cavity 111 and a part of thesecond cavity 112, and thegroove 41 is a part of thesecond cavity 112. By using thegroove 41, the space of thebottom support 40 for placing the wireless earphone can be increased, the contact surface between the wireless earphone and themain body 100 made of hard materials can be reduced, and the earphone protection performance can be improved.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the first cavity may also be directly thereceiving slot 11, and thebottom support 40 is located at the bottom of the first cavity, or thegroove 41 is thesecond cavity 112, or thebottom support 40 is directly laid on the side wall and the bottom surface of thereceiving slot 11, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In an embodiment, in order to reduce the volume of the present invention, there are two receivinggrooves 11, the second receivingcavities 112 in the two receivinggrooves 11 are connected, and alimiting protrusion 131 is disposed between the second receivingcavities 112 in the two receivinggrooves 11. The twosecond cavities 112 can be separated by thelimiting bump 131, so that the two wireless earphones can be conveniently placed, and the two wireless earphones can be prevented from colliding during placement.
In addition, it should be noted that thelimiting protrusion 131 can be disposed on the surroundingwall 13 or thebottom bracket 40, that is, thelimiting protrusion 131 is located between the two first cavities or between the twogrooves 41. In an embodiment, in order to effectively prevent the two earphones from colliding with each other when being placed, the surroundingwall 13 and thebottom support 40 are both provided with alimiting bump 131.
In an embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the first cavity is gradually reduced at the end close to thebottom support 40, and the first cavity with a large top and a small bottom can play a role in guiding, so that the earphone can be conveniently placed in theaccommodating groove 11.
In an embodiment, the wireless headset charging box further includes arechargeable battery 50 installed in themain body 100, therechargeable battery 50 is electrically connected to thecircuit board 60, and two side surfaces of therechargeable battery 50 abut against thebottom support 40 and themain body 100, respectively. Thecollet 40 made of soft rubber is matched with themain body 100 to limit therechargeable battery 50, so that therechargeable battery 50 is prevented from shaking.
In one embodiment, the top surface of theshoe 40 is recessed inwardly to form aninsertion groove 43, and the bottom of thewall 13 is disposed in theinsertion groove 43, thereby securing theshoe 40 to thewall 13. In addition, thebottom support 40 can also be directly sleeved on the surroundingwall 13, and thebottom support 40 and the surroundingwall 13 are further fixedly connected in a gluing mode, so that the stability is improved.
In one embodiment, to improve the compactness of the wireless headset charging box of the present invention, themain body 100 includes amiddle housing 10 and anouter cover 20 sleeved outside themiddle housing 10, themiddle housing 10 includes afirst housing 12 and asecond housing 14 connected to thefirst housing 12 to form a second cavity (not shown), and thefirst housing 12 and thesecond housing 14 can be connected by a snap or a screw. Thecircuit board 60 and therechargeable battery 50 are both mounted in the second cavity, and the surroundingwall 13 is located on thefirst housing 12. In one embodiment, in order to stably fix thebottom bracket 40, thefirst housing 12 is provided with an avoidinghole 121 corresponding to thebottom bracket 40 for avoiding thebottom bracket 40, one side of thebottom bracket 40 is disposed in the avoidinghole 121, and abracket 122 for supporting thebottom bracket 40 is disposed at the lower portion of the avoidinghole 121 of thefirst housing 12. The surroundingwall 13 is matched with thebracket 122, so that thebottom support 40 can be clamped in the middle, the avoidinghole 121 is used for further limiting, and the mounting stability of thebottom support 40 can be improved. And the four ends of thebottom support 40 close to one side of the second shell are provided with matchingports 44, and the matchingports 44 are matched with the four ends of the avoidinghole 121 to play a role in limiting and fixing thebottom support 40.
In the above embodiment, in order to charge therechargeable battery 50, the bottom of thecircuit board 60 is provided with the charginginterface 62, and thesecond housing 14 is provided with thedisplay hole 141 corresponding to the charginginterface 62, so that the charginginterface 62 is conveniently connected with an external power source, and therechargeable battery 50 is charged through thecircuit board 60. For improving the storage stability of the earphone, there are twomagnetic attraction pieces 70 respectively located at the bottom and the side of thefirst cavity 111. Specifically, themagnetic member 70 is a magnet, and is used in cooperation with a magnet on the earphone.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the assembly of the charging box of the present invention and improve the texture of the charging box, thecover 20 is made of a metal material. In order to facilitate the user to understand the working state of the charging box of the present invention, a third cavity (not shown) is formed between thefirst housing 12 and theouter cover 20, anindicator lamp 80 electrically connected to thecircuit board 60 is installed in the third cavity, and theindicator lamp 80 is located at the top end of the third cavity for the user to observe.
