Background

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the invention provides a front-mounted idle-preventing device for a nail head of a nailing gun, which comprises a nail head 1, a cover plate 2, a gun nozzle 3 and a nail clamp 4, wherein the nail head 1 is respectively provided with a punching hole 5 and a nail groove 6 which are communicated with each other, the nail clamp 4 is provided with a plug device 7, the plug device 7 has the same structure as the prior art, a coil spring 8 on the plug device is fixedly connected with a gun body, and thrust is kept on a row of nails 9 arranged in the nail clamp 4 through the coil spring 8 on the plug device;

Preferably, the limiting part 15 and the positioning part 16 of the limiting block 13 are in a quadrilateral shape, the shapes of the limiting hole part 27 and the positioning hole 11 are correspondingly matched with the shape design of the limiting block, and the shape design of the limiting block 13 can position the limiting block in the moving process, so that the moving offset is prevented.
Further, the two sides of the gun nozzle positioning chute 10 are provided with the limit grooves 29 corresponding to the mounting holes 12, and the limit part 15 of the limit block 13 can be partially and correspondingly positioned between the two limit grooves 29 in the idle-run preventing state, so that the limit block 13 can be positioned better in the idle-run preventing state.
Further, the upper end portion of the positioning portion 16 of the limiting block 13, which corresponds to the nail slot 6, is provided with a striker sideslip inclined surface 30, and the striker sideslip inclined surface 30 can prevent the limiting block 13 from being blocked with the striker in the process that the striker continuously and rapidly strikes the nail in the punching hole 5.
