Background
In the daily treatment of medical orthopedics, the patient needs to lie on a bed after leg injury or fracture, so that leg paralysis or thrombus is easily formed when the patient lies on an inactive leg for a long time. The leg can be moved by oneself for the patient with non-constant injury, but the leg is difficult to move by oneself for the severe patient, especially for the injured person at the lower leg part. The range of the movement of the patient during leg movement also needs to be controlled, the wound is easy to crack due to overlarge range, and the wound part can be painful due to the fact that the patient turns or excessively twists during the movement. It is therefore desirable to design a bed activity apparatus that can achieve a relatively static state of the injured part during leg activity.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a leg fracture bed movable device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a movable device on a leg fracture bed comprises a base turntable device, a brace, a first universal ball and an arc-shaped leg protector, wherein the brace is rotatably arranged on the base turntable device; the support is a cuboid, and the upper surface of the support is a downwards concave cambered surface; the arc-shaped leg protector is movably arranged on the arc surface of the brace through a plurality of first universal balls.
The innovation point of the invention is to provide a device which can freely move legs on a bed for a patient with injured legs (particularly the parts below thigh joints), the legs can freely move left and right and back and forth by using the device, and can be freely bent, thereby avoiding the generation of thrombus or edema symptoms caused by long-time leg inactivity.
Furthermore, the base turntable device comprises a bottom plate, a shell, a through hole, a second universal ball and a limiting sliding plate, wherein the shell is detachably and fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, and the through hole is formed in the center of the top surface of the shell; the top of the second universal ball is fixedly connected with the brace, and the bottom of the second universal ball is in sliding contact with the bottom plate; the limiting sliding plate is fixedly arranged on the second universal ball, and the upper surface of the limiting sliding plate is in sliding contact with the top surface inside the shell; the base turntable device has the advantages that the legs can be freely bent, any resistance cannot be applied, and the adjustment of the bending amplitude cannot be influenced.
Furthermore, the bottom plate, the shell, the through hole and the limiting sliding plate are circular, so that the whole device can rotate conveniently, and the production and processing of each part are facilitated.
Furthermore, the diameter of the through hole is 3-5 times larger than the outer diameter of the second universal ball, the preferable difference of the times is 3 times, the second universal ball can freely move in the range of the through hole, and therefore the bending amplitude of the leg when the leg is bent cannot be limited.

The seconduniversal ball 14 serves as a supporting shaft and a sliding and rotating part of thebrace 2, and ensures that thebrace 2 can slide stably when moving. Thelimit slide plate 15 has a limit in the vertical direction for the seconduniversal ball 14, which ensures that the second universal ball cannot incline under any condition and cannot influence the rotation and the movement of the whole device. The diameter of thethrough hole 13 is 3 times larger than the outer diameter (4cm) of the seconduniversal ball 14, so that the bending amplitude of the leg can be guaranteed not to be limited by the horizontal plane limit (depending on the size of the through hole 13) of the seconduniversal ball 14 when the leg is bent, and the free movement of the leg is guaranteed. The diameter of the limiting slidingplate 15 is 2 times larger than that of the throughhole 13, and the moving stability of the seconduniversal ball 14 is guaranteed.
According to the invention, through the design of the base turntable device 1 and the arc-shaped leg protector 4, a patient with an injured leg (mainly the part below a thigh joint) can freely move the leg while lying in a bed, and the patient is not influenced by the movement range in the movement process and can also ensure that the injured part is relatively static.
