The invention provides a bundled cable connecting device to solve the defects in the related art.
According to the present invention, there is provided a bundled cable connection device comprising:
the plug assembly comprises a plug shell and a plurality of plug connectors, the plug shell comprises a first shell and a second shell, the first shell and the second shell are buckled to form a cavity, and the plurality of plug connectors are arranged in the cavity;
a receptacle assembly including a receptacle housing and a receptacle connector disposed within the receptacle housing;
the plug connectors correspond to the socket connectors one to one, and the socket connectors are elastic connectors.
Preferably, the cable connecting device further comprises a PCB, and the socket connector is elastically connected to the PCB.
Preferably, the socket connector comprises a resilient pin arranged at a central position thereof, the resilient pin being of a Pogpin structure.
Preferably, a connector fixing mechanism is formed in the plug assembly, the connector fixing mechanism includes grooves formed in inner walls of the first housing and the second housing, and the plurality of plug connectors are fixed in the grooves.
Preferably, the plug connector is formed with a protrusion and a mating part facing the receptacle assembly, the protrusion is disposed in the groove, and the longitudinal dimension of the groove along the plug housing is slightly larger than the longitudinal dimension of the protrusion.
Preferably, a plurality of first arc-shaped grooves are formed in one side, facing the socket assembly, of the groove, after the first shell and the second shell are buckled, the first arc-shaped groove in the first shell and the first arc-shaped groove in the second shell form a round hole, the insertion part on the plug connector is arranged in the round hole, and the inner diameter of the round hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the insertion part.
Preferably, the socket assembly is detachably connected to the PCB board by a fastener.
Preferably, the plug connector is formed with a petal-shaped annular protrusion at an end facing the receptacle connector, and accordingly, the receptacle connector includes an outer conductor provided with an annular groove structure at an inner portion thereof.
The invention also discloses a bunched cable connecting device, which comprises:
a plug assembly including a plug housing and a plurality of plug connectors disposed within the plug housing;
the socket assembly comprises a socket shell and socket connectors arranged in the socket shell, the plug connectors correspond to the socket connectors one to one, and the socket connectors are elastic connectors; and the number of the first and second groups,
the socket connector is elastically connected with the PCB.
Preferably, the socket connector comprises a resilient pin arranged at a central position thereof, the resilient pin being of a Pogpin structure.
The bundling cable connecting device is high in integration, connectors are arranged in a high density mode, the signal transmission range is expanded, the production test efficiency is improved, the design is ingenious, the operation is easy, multi-channel connection can be established on a PCB, and high-speed signal transmission can be achieved even in a narrow space. And the PCB end connector realizes welding-free connection, has high reuse rate and reduces the cost.
Detailed Description
The terminology used in the description herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the description. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bundled cable connection device of the present invention includes aplug assembly 1 and areceptacle assembly 2, where theplug assembly 1 includes aplug housing 10 and aplug connector 11 disposed inside theplug housing 10, and thereceptacle assembly 2 includes areceptacle housing 20 and areceptacle connector 21 disposed inside thereceptacle housing 20, thereceptacle connector 21 is generally elastically connected to a PCB (not shown in the figure), and the plug assembly and the receptacle assembly form a plug-in connection. Generally, the tail of theplug connector 11 is connectable to thecable 3, and the whole is axially insertable into thesocket connector 21 for transmitting radio frequency signals up to several GHz. The invention has high integration level and optimized design, so that the product has better electrical performance and good shielding and isolation performance.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, theplug housing 11 of the present invention includes afirst housing 12 and asecond housing 13, thefirst housing 12 and thesecond housing 13 are substantially symmetrically disposed, and as an example of thefirst housing 12, a substantiallyrectangular groove 14 is formed on an inner wall surface of thefirst housing 12, a plurality of first arc-shaped grooves 15 and second arc-shaped grooves 16 are respectively formed on two sides of thegroove 14, the first arc-shaped grooves 15 are far away from theconnector cable 3 than the second arc-shaped grooves 16, the width of the first arc-shaped grooves 15 in the axial direction is smaller than the width of the second arc-shaped grooves, and the first arc-shaped grooves 15 and the second arc-shaped grooves 16 are in one-to-one correspondence.

Preferably, two sides of thefirst housing 12 are respectively provided with alocking screw 5 and afastening screw 6, thelocking screw 5 is used for locking theplug assembly 1 and thesocket assembly 2, and thefastening screw 6 is used for fastening and locking thefirst housing 12 and thesecond housing 13.
Fig. 4 shows a mounting structure of the plug connector with theplug housing 10, theplug connector 11 is disposed in the passage formed by the first arc-shaped groove 15, therectangular groove 14 and the second arc-shaped groove 16 to form a connector fixing structure, and fig. 4 shows a structure in which the plug connector is mounted in only one of the passages.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, theplug connector 11 includes a cable connection portion 111, aprojection portion 112 and amating portion 113, the cable connecting part is used for connecting acable 3, theplug part 113 faces thesocket component 2, and is formed to be inserted into the socket assembly, theprojection 112 is formed to be inserted into between the cable connection portion 111 and theinsertion portion 113, the diameter of theboss 112 is greater than the diameter of the two ends, the boss is substantially rectangular shaped, as shown in the drawings, the cable connecting portion 111 and theplugging portion 113 are respectively disposed in the second arc-shaped groove 16 and the first arc-shaped groove 15, theconvex part 112 is clamped in thegroove 14 on theplug shell 1, forming a connector fixing structure, other configurations for securing the connector are possible, such as forming a recess in the connector, forming a protrusion in the housing, and snapping into the recess in the connector.
Preferably, the longitudinal dimension H1 of thegroove 14 along theplug housing 1 is slightly larger than the longitudinal dimension H2 of theboss 112 of theplug connector 11; meanwhile, the aperture dimension D1 formed by the first arc-shaped groove 15 is slightly larger than the outer diameter dimension D2 of theplugging portion 113 of theplug connector 11, and this structural arrangement can ensure that themultiple plug connectors 11 have certain axial and radial floating functions inside theplug housing 10, and prevent theplug assembly 1 and thereceptacle assembly 2 from being damaged due to positioning errors.
As shown in fig. 7, the front end of the outer conductor of theplug connector 11 has a petal-shapedannular protrusion 114, the insulator and the center pin are concentrically fixed in the outer conductor, and the petal-shaped split groove structure can improve the elasticity of the connector, so that the product has better electrical performance.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, thereceptacle assembly 2 includes areceptacle housing 20 andreceptacle connectors 21, a plurality ofconnector mounting holes 22 are uniformly spaced in thereceptacle housing 20, a plurality of receptacle connectors are respectively disposed in theconnector mounting holes 22,boss extensions 23 are formed on two sides of thereceptacle housing 20,screw holes 24 are axially disposed in theboss extensions 23, when theplug assembly 1 and the receptacle assembly are plugged together, theboss extensions 23 extend into the cavity 4 in the plug housing, and thescrew holes 24 can form a fastening connection with thelocking screws 5 on two sides of theplug housing 12; the bottom of thesocket housing 20 has a plurality of threaded holes 25, which are detachably connected to the PCB by screws, so as to establish a multi-channel connection on the PCB.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, thereceptacle connector 21 is an elastic connector, an elastic pin structure 26 (inner conductor) is disposed at a central position of thereceptacle connector 21, theelastic pin 26 is a pogon pin or other connector with similar elasticity, or thereceptacle connector 21 itself is a Pogo structure, when contacting with a PCB, theelastic pin 26 is forced to retract, and the elastic connection provides reliable contact pressure, so that soldering-free of the receptacle assembly and the PCB is achieved, and utilization efficiency of the PCB board is improved.
Further, the outer conductor of thereceptacle connector 21 is provided with anannular groove structure 27 therein, and when theplug connector 11 and thereceptacle connector 21 are mated, the petal-shaped annular projections 114 (shown in fig. 7) of theplug connector 11 enter theannular groove structure 27 to establish an electrically and mechanically reliable connection.
Referring to fig. 1, the front and rear surfaces of theplug housing 10 are provided with a plurality of protrusions or recesses, and the left and right surfaces are provided with protrusions, so that the plug housing can be easily held by hand, and theplug assembly 1 and thesocket assembly 2 can be easily connected and separated. In the present invention, the housing may be manufactured by machining, plastic injection molding or metal die casting.
The invention has high integration level, adapts to the miniaturization development trend of connecting equipment, is easy to operate, can transversely or longitudinally arrange multi-channel socket connectors and plug connectors of 4-channel, 8-channel and 16-channel components and the like on a PCB as required, establishes multi-channel connection on the PCB, and realizes high-speed transmission of signals even in a narrow space; the design is ingenious, the connector and the PCB are free of welding, the cost is low, the reuse rate is high, the optimized design enables the product to have good electrical performance, good shielding and isolation performance, the use is convenient, the maintenance is easy, one of the channels can be replaced randomly, and the use cost is reduced.
