As shown in fig. 1-5, an embodiment of the present application provides a machine for ironing a mounting pattern bar, comprising a housing 1, a pay-off turntable 2, a base plate 3, a wire guide and a heating device 5.
The lower part of the shell 1 is horizontally provided with a bottom plate 3 made of a heat conducting material, and the bottom plate 3 is made of a copper plate, so that the heat transfer is fast, and the heat conducting effect is better.
The side surface of the bottom plate 3 is flat, the front end of the shell 1 is provided with a wire part 11 extending upwards, and the front side of the wire part 11 is connected with a turntable mounting frame 12; the rear end of the shell is provided with a holding part 13, and the upper end of the holding part 13 is connected with the upper end of the wire part 11 to form an included angle.
That is, the whole shell is in a triangle structure, the lower part of the shell is horizontally arranged as the bottom edge of the triangle structure, the lead part 11 at the front end of the shell is two side edges of the triangle structure formed between the lead part and the holding part 13 at the rear end of the shell, and the holding part 13 is used for holding the whole local strip ironing machine by a user.
The wire device is mounted on the wire portion 11, the wire device is provided with a wire clamping groove 4a, the wire clamping groove 4a is consistent with the extending direction of the wire portion 11, a wire outlet 3a is formed in the lower end of the bottom plate 3 corresponding to the wire clamping groove 4a, and a wire inlet 11a corresponding to the upper end of the wire clamping groove 4a is formed in the wire portion 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, a mounting cavity with an opening at the lower end is formed in the wire part 11; the wire device 4 comprises a telescopic member 41 and a wire clamping assembly 42, the telescopic member 41 is elastically telescopic and installed in the installation cavity, the telescopic direction of the telescopic member 41 is consistent with the extending direction of the wire part 11, the wire clamping assembly 42 is installed on one side of the telescopic member 41, and the wire clamping groove 4a is formed in the wire clamping assembly 42.
The wire clamping assembly 42 is located on one side of the telescopic member 41, in principle, on either side of the telescopic member 41 can well achieve local strip ironing, but in practical use of the present application, it is found that the wire clamping assembly 42 is disposed on one side of the telescopic member 41 close to the picture core, so that the operation and use are easier, and therefore, in this embodiment, the wire clamping assembly 42 is preferably disposed on one side of the telescopic member 41 close to the picture core.
The telescopic member 41 is elastically telescopic and installed in the installation cavity: the top of the mounting cavity is provided with a mounting sheet 111, the upper end of the telescopic piece 41 is provided with a mounting blind hole, a spring 112 is mounted between the mounting sheet 111 and the mounting blind hole, the spring drives the telescopic piece 41 to move towards the lower end, and the spring is preferably a manganese steel spring which is low in cost and simple and not easy to damage.
After passing through the wire clamping groove 4a, the office bar led out from the wire outlet 3a is pressed by the bottom plate 3, the telescopic piece 41 is driven to shrink, so that the office bar can be cut off from the wire outlet 3a, and the ending work of the office bar ironing process is facilitated.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the manipulation of the telescopic member 41, the rear side wall of the telescopic member 41 is formed with a trigger 411, the rear side wall of the wire portion 11 is formed with a chute corresponding to the trigger 411, and the trigger 411 extends out of the chute and extends to a position where the middle of the triangular structure casing 1 is free, so that when the operator holds the holding portion 13 with his or her hand, he or she just can pull the trigger 411 with his or her index finger, and the telescopic manipulation of the telescopic member 41 is achieved.
The paying-off turntable 2 is rotatably mounted on the turntable mounting frame 12, the turntable mounting frame 12 and the wire inlet 11a are located on the same side of the wire guide 11, in this embodiment, preferably, the turntable mounting frame 12 and the wire inlet 11a are located on the front side of the wire guide 11, the turntable mounting frame 12 is located at the upper end of the wire guide 11, and the wire inlet 11a is located at a position of the wire guide 11 close to the lower end.
The paying-off turntable designed at the position can enable the local strip path to be short, is convenient and easy to fix, and ensures that the local strip is smooth in wiring.
In this embodiment, the wire clamping assembly 42 includes a wire clamping base 421, a wire winding base 422, and a wire clamping arm 423.
The wire clamping base 421 is connected to one side of the expansion member 41 along the extending direction of the wire guide 11, the wire winding base 422 is connected to the expansion member 41 and located at the upper end of the wire clamping base 421, and the wire clamping arm 423 is rotatably mounted on the wire winding base 422 and is clamped between the wire clamping base 421 to form a wire clamping groove 4a; the wire inlet 11a is located above the wire winding seat 422, and a clearance gap is provided on the front side of the lower portion of the wire guide 11 for the wire clamping arm 423 to swing.
The partial strip led in from the wire inlet 11a bypasses the wire winding seat 422 and is led into the wire clamping groove 4a from the upper end of the wire clamping groove 4a, then the end part of the partial strip is led out from the lower end of the wire clamping groove 4a, and the partial strip positioned in the wire clamping groove 4a is clamped by the wire clamping base 421 and the wire clamping arm 423, so that the partial strip can be pulled along the wire clamping groove 4 a.
The wire clamping assembly 42 is arranged at a position corresponding to the clearance gap, and a wire passing channel 41a is formed between the wire winding seat 422 and the front end surface of the side wall of the clearance gap; the lower end of the clearance gap is provided with a mounting groove 41b, the bottom surface of the mounting groove 41b is opposite to the winding seat 422 and is provided with a mounting hole 41c, an elastic pin 412 is arranged in the mounting hole 41c, and the end part of the elastic pin 412 stretches out and draws back the mounting hole 41c.
Under normal use, the local strip passes through the mounting groove 41b and contacts with the end of the elastic pin 412, when the telescopic member 41 slides upwards, the winding seat 422 moves to the side close to the elastic pin 412, the elastic pin 412 is compressed, the local strip is tightly pressed on the rear wall of the winding seat 422 opposite to the elastic pin 412, in addition, the lower end of the local strip is pressed by the bottom plate 3, the telescopic member 41 stretches and contracts to cut off the local strip, and then the quick disconnection operation of the local strip is realized.
Preferably, the front end of the bottom plate 3 is provided with an arc head 31 in an upward tilting manner, and the arc head 31 can avoid scratching mounting pieces during operation.
The heating device 5 is installed inside the housing 1 and is used for heating the bottom plate 3.
In the present application, the heating device 5 includes a temperature adjusting switch 51, a heating plate 52, an indicator lamp 53 and an electric wire, wherein the indicator lamp is an LED lamp bead, the heating plate 52 is electrically connected to the electric wire and the indicator lamp 53, the temperature adjusting switch 51 is electrically connected to the heating plate 52 to adjust the heating temperature of the heating plate 52, the heating plate 52 is mounted on the upper side of the base plate 3 in close contact with the upper side, and the lead-out ports of the electric wire and the mounting positions of the indicator lamp 53 are respectively located on two sides of the housing 1.
Preferably, to ensure continuous dry combustion and long life and space constraints, a small, thin, continuous dry combustion ceramic PTC heater plate 52 is selected.
In the application, the display lamp mounting hole is opposite to the power line inlet hole, so that the electric wires connected with the power line inlet hole are always positioned at the outer side of the painting core, and for operators with different hands, different office bars are designed to be scalded and pasted, and the positions of the inlet wire and the indicator lamp 53 are exchanged.
The application provides a mounting part mounting office bar ironing machine, which adopts the straight side surface of a bottom plate 3 to be attached and guided with a ruler, introduces office bars discharged from a paying-off rotary table 2 from a wire inlet 11a at the upper end of a wire clamping groove 4a, is led out through the wire outlet 3a and is pressed under the bottom plate 3, and a heating component can effectively heat and fuse the office bars by heating the bottom plate, so that a shell is pushed along the ruler, and office bars can be ironed and pasted at the edge of a drawing core in a straight line form, thereby realizing the ironing and pasting of the office bars.
The specific operation process is as follows, firstly, a coil of office line is installed on the paying-off rotary table 2, the paying-off rotary table 2 is installed at the front end of the rotary table installation frame 12, the wire clamping arm 423 is opened, the head end of the office line is pulled out, the office line passes through the wire inlet 11a and is wound on the outer side wall of the wire winding seat 422 through the elastic pin 412, then is introduced from the upper end of the wire clamping groove 4a, the wire clamping arm 423 is pressed down, and finally the office line installation is completed through the wire outlet hole 3a at the front end of the bottom plate 3.
A power line is inserted, a temperature regulation 51 switch is opened to select a proper temperature gear, an indicator lamp 53 is determined to be normally lightened, and the circuit is proved to be on; when the temperature reaches a normal value, the long ruler is leaned against the position where the local line needs to be scalded and attached to the local line ironing machine, the long ruler is leaned against the edge of the long ruler, the local line ironing machine is lightly pushed to the dead point of the local line to be scalded and attached to the local line along the long ruler, the trigger 411 is triggered, at the moment, the side wall of the winding seat 422 tightly presses the local line on the elastic pin 412, and the local line is cut off at the wire outlet hole 3a at the front end of the bottom plate 3 under the action of tension; at this time, the machine can be lifted and the trigger 411 is released, and the front end of the local strip is sent out of the wire outlet hole at the front end of the bottom plate 3 under the action of the telescopic piece 41, so that the ironing of one strip is completed, and the ironing of the local strip can be realized by repeatedly leaning, pushing, cutting and wire feeding.
The mounting office bar ironing and pasting machine is compact in structure, simple and convenient to operate, high in ironing and pasting speed and reasonable in structural form, solves the technical problem that the straightness of manual ironing and pasting cannot be guaranteed in the prior art, improves the working efficiency by more than five times in actual use, greatly improves the office bar ironing and pasting speed, and fills the technical blank that no special equipment is used in office bar ironing and pasting in the field.
