Referring to fig. 5 and 6, two sets of fourpressing roller rods 47 at the farthest distance are all penetrated and are in threaded connection with fixingscrews 13, the length direction of each fixingscrew 13 is parallel to the width direction of thepressing frame plate 46, each fixingscrew 13 is abutted against a similarpressing roller block 48, so that after thepressing roller rods 47 are rotated, the fixing screws 13 are unscrewed to rotate the corresponding pressing roller blocks 48, twopressing rollers 49 corresponding to the pressing roller blocks 48 can tend to be horizontal, the axis connecting lines of allpressing rollers 49 are horizontal, and the bottoms of allpressing rollers 49 can be abutted against the upper surface of the lower part of therubber belt 15.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the two longitudinal vertical sides of thepressing frame plate 46 are slidably connected to the similar vertical sides of the two sets of fixingrods 45, respectively. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, theframe plate gear 37 is coaxially and fixedly connected with abrake disc 38, thepressing frame plate 46 is fixedly connected with abrake block 39, abrake block groove 64 is formed in the upper surface of thebrake block 39, thebrake block groove 64 penetrates through the lower surface of thebrake block 39 and faces the vertical side face of thebrake disc 38, the circumferential side edge part of thebrake disc 38 is located in thebrake block groove 64, thebrake block 39 is in threaded connection with abrake screw 21, the length direction of thebrake screw 21 is parallel to the axial direction of thebrake disc 38, and thebrake screw 21 can extend into thebrake block groove 64 and abut against thebrake disc 38. The side of thebrake disk 38 facing away from theframe plate gear 37 is fixedly connected with theturntable 22 coaxially. When the corrugated board is longer, thestop screw 21 is unscrewed, and then theturntable 22 is rotated, so that thepressing frame plate 46 is far away from the gluingmachine frame 1 along the length direction of the pressing frame plate, and when the rear end of the corrugated board is sent out by the two sending-outrollers 51, the front section of the corrugated board cannot enter between thepressing rubber belt 15 and the receivingrubber belt 43, and the corrugated board is not easy to pull.
The implementation principle of the paperboard composite equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the stacked corrugated boards are fed between two paper board rollers 16 and then fed between two feedingrollers 51 on the upper surface of a stackingblock 23 through a paperboard conveying belt 24, printed paper is fed through a fly and then conveyed between apressing roller 17 and a gluingroller 18 through a printedpaper conveying belt 2 for gluing, the glued printed paper is attached to the upper surface of the corrugated boards and fed between the twofeeding rollers 51 along with the corrugated boards, the attached printed paper and corrugated boards fall onto a receivingrubber belt 43 and then conveyed and driven between the receivingrubber belt 43 and apressing rubber belt 15, the printed paper and the corrugated boards are pressed, and finally the receivingrubber belt 43 drives the printed paper and the corrugated boards to fall onto corresponding plates on the ground for stacking and discharging.
