The intelligent home management system is applied to the stroke patients with limb and cognitive dysfunction, and implements whole home management and monitoring of the stroke patients.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an intelligent home management system includes: a home management module, a patient end management system, a family end intelligent terminal, a hospital end intelligent terminal and a cloud server, the patient end management system comprises a patient end intelligent terminal, the home management module comprises a control module and a subsystem in wireless communication connection with the control module, the control module is also in wireless communication connection with the patient-side intelligent terminal, the family-side intelligent terminal, the hospital-side intelligent terminal and the cloud server respectively, the control module is used for controlling the subsystem by the patient-end intelligent terminal and/or the family-end intelligent terminal, the cloud server is connected with the hospital-side intelligent terminal in a wireless communication mode and is used for storing resource files uploaded by the hospital-side intelligent terminal, and the family end intelligent terminal and the hospital end intelligent terminal download the resource file from the cloud server to the subsystem through the control module.
When a cerebral apoplexy patient is discharged from a hospital, a medical worker introduces the intelligent home management system of the invention to the cerebral apoplexy patient (and excludes the corresponding patient according to the exclusion standard) meeting the inclusion standard, and installs an intelligent management home client (APP) on a mobile phone of the patient and/or a family after knowing the condition, namely a patient-side intelligent terminal and a family-side intelligent terminal (the family must be installed, and the patient side can be installed selectively); and the modification of the home facilities and networks of the patients is carried out under the guidance of medical care personnel.

The subsystem is a 12-degree intelligent home system, which comprises an intelligent door lock system, an intelligent lighting system, an intelligent air conditioning system, an intelligent window, a curtain system, an intelligent instrument system, an intelligent multimedia entertainment system, a security monitoring system, a full-automatic medical bed system, vital signs, a sleep monitoring system, an electronic medicine box monitoring system and a remote video monitoring system, wherein the function settings of each system are set by the requirements of patients and families and information required by medical treatment, the functions of remote door opening, remote control lighting, doors and windows, household appliances, gas detection, smoke detection, anti-theft alarm, remote positioning, falling alarm and the like can be carried out, particularly, the functions of uploading limbs, cognitive function exercise, belief exercise, music and the like to a home multimedia body, television channels and music playing contents can be freely exchanged by using voice control when a patient cannot take care of bed in life, adverse events caused by cognitive disorder and the like are avoided, and implementing omnibearing, multilevel and three-dimensional data sharing.
According to the intelligent household management system, a traditional household nursing mode is changed in all directions through a 5G intelligent household system, brand-new combing and modifying are performed according to the requirements of patients and the fitting degree of family members, required relevant information is arranged in a cloud platform operation system, the intelligent household management system is designed and researched, meanwhile, a mobile phone and other intelligent terminals are introduced, and relevant information and data of the patients are extracted through the system to be gathered, so that hospitals and medical care personnel can comprehensively know the functional exercise and subsequent rehabilitation conditions of the patients, and the significance of continuous nursing is better achieved. The universal module and the custom module of the system meet the individual requirements of different patients, and a 5G intelligent home monitoring management platform is constructed in an integrated solution.
The hospital can obtain feedback of the patient and the family mobile phone client through the hospital-side intelligent terminal, evaluate related behaviors of the patient in the fields of physiology, psychology, environment, rehabilitation degree and the like through various modes such as WeChat feedback, family visit, telephone follow-up visit and the like, and analyze, summarize and continuously improve existing problems or potential problems. The related data acquisition, the summary analysis and the interaction can be stored and realized through the cloud server.
The 12 subsystems further include:
