Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of digital key detection, in particular to an offline detection system, method, equipment and medium for an automobile digital key.
Background
The automobile digital key is a technology for connecting and controlling a vehicle by using intelligent terminal equipment such as a mobile phone and a smart watch, and a user can replace the original traditional automobile key by using the automobile digital key. The automobile digital key relates to functions of Bluetooth or NFC connection between a mobile phone and a vehicle, safety authentication, vehicle control and the like, and is more complex compared with the traditional automobile key technology and business process.
Automotive digital keys use smart devices such as cell phones, smart watches as a means to connect to and control the vehicle. When the intelligent device is used as an automobile digital key, a special digital key module needs to be installed at a vehicle end, and a mobile phone App which supports connection with the digital key module and controls the automobile needs to be arranged at a mobile phone end.
Before the digital key is used, the vehicle and the mobile phone need to perform initialization work for response, such as secret key, certificate, digital key data and the like. The digital key data contains information such as usage authority (such as door opening, window opening, starting and the like), validity period, user identity and the like.
Before the vehicle is off-line, whether the vehicle has the function of the digital key or not needs to be detected, and whether the function is complete or not needs to be researched and developed, and after the detection of the detection technology is completed, the digital key cannot be used by a real user after the vehicle is sold to form conflict or influence the normal use of the digital key of the user, so that the technical problem to be solved by the invention is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a system, a method, a device and a medium for detecting an offline digital key of an automobile, which are not dependent on the networking environment of the factory of the automobile, and can limit the illegal use of an offline detection App on a normal vehicle by switching the "normal" and "production line detection" states of the vehicle, and have high safety.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
according to a first aspect of the invention, an offline detection system of an automobile digital key is provided, which comprises an automobile digital key module arranged at an automobile end, an offline detection APP arranged at an intelligent device end and an offline detection management system which are connected in sequence;
the automobile digital key module is used for determining the state of the automobile;
the offline detection APP is used for controlling and detecting the vehicle according to the vehicle state and acquiring detection data;
the offline detection management system comprises an offline detection data module for recording detection data from the offline detection APP.
Preferably, the car digital key module comprises a status flag bit, a detection status key and a certificate and key management unit, wherein the status flag bit is used for identifying the current vehicle status.
Preferably, the vehicle state includes a detection state and a normal state; and when the vehicle is in a normal state, the offline detection App cannot be connected with the vehicle.
Preferably, the offline detection App comprises a digital key function module and an analog digital key cloud function module;
the analog digital key cloud function module is used for simulating the generation and issuing functions of a secret key, a certificate and key data; the digital key function module is used for simulating the functions of the mobile phone end of the automobile digital key, and is connected with and controls the automobile.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for the off-line detection system of the above-mentioned car digital key, the method comprising the steps of:
step S1: the vehicle state flag bit is in a normal state by default, before the vehicle is detected, the vehicle needs to be placed in a detection mode, and the state flag bit is set to be in a production line detection state;
step S2: when the vehicle is placed in a detection mode, all detection state secret keys, certificates and key data are emptied, and an offline detection App is used for connecting the vehicle to perform vehicle detection;
step S3: and after the vehicle is detected, changing the state flag bit from the production line detection state to the normal state.
Preferably, in step S1, the status flag is set to "production line detection" status, and the specific operations are as follows: and the diagnostic instrument is used for informing the automobile digital key module to enter a production line detection state through the CAN bus.
Preferably, the step S2 includes the steps of:

step S27: the automobile digital key module sends the VIN code of the vehicle, the recorded vehicle control instruction and the vehicle state result after the instruction is executed to the offline detection App;
step S28: the offline detection App reports the detection result to an offline detection management system;
step S29: and checking the detection time, the VIN code, the vehicle control instruction and the vehicle state information in the offline detection data module.
Preferably, the reporting process in step S28 is performed outside the production line, and the production line of the car factory does not need to be equipped with a networking channel.
According to a third aspect of the invention, there is provided an electronic device comprising a memory having stored thereon a computer program and a processor implementing the method described above when executing the program.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) the 'normal' and 'production line detection' state switching processing of the vehicle limits illegal use of the detection App on a normal vehicle; the state of the vehicle is controlled by using the state flag bit of the vehicle, so that the safety risk caused by the detection of the App on a normal vehicle is avoided;
2) the diagnostic instrument is used for setting the vehicle to be in a production line detection state, so that the vehicle can be set to be in the production line detection state only by a production line of a vehicle factory;
3) the vehicle and the detection App do not need to be connected with a cloud terminal to initialize keys, certificates and key data; the method is independent of the networking environment of a car factory, and the mobile phone App is used for simulating a digital key cloud management platform to generate and issue secret keys, certificates and key data, so that the generation and the issuing are carried out independent of the digital key cloud management platform;
4) the system comprises a vehicle end, a mobile phone App and a system architecture design and a business process design of an offline detection management system.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a general architecture of a conventional automobile digital key, which includes a vehicle end, an intelligent device, and a digital key cloud management platform; the management platform is in information interaction with a vehicle-end secret key, a certificate and a digital key; the management platform interacts with the information of the secret key, the certificate and the digital key of the intelligent equipment; the intelligent equipment is connected with a vehicle end, and interacts with authentication, digital key control and the like.
The invention has provided a car digital key to go off production line and measure system and method, combine fig. 2 below, give the system embodiment of the invention at first, the system includes the car digital key module that is placed in car end, put on production line that intelligent device end detect APP and production line that connect sequentially and detect the management system; the automobile digital key module is used for determining the state of the automobile; and the offline detection APP is used for authenticating with the vehicle end and performing vehicle control detection to acquire detection data. The offline detection management system comprises an offline detection data module for recording detection data from an offline detection APP.
The details of each module will be described below.
1. Digital key module for vehicle end automobile
(1) A state zone bit is added in software of an original automobile digital key module to mark that a current automobile is in a detection state and a normal state.
(2) A detection state secret key, a certificate and key management are added to software of an original automobile digital key module. The specific contents of the data such as the secret key, the certificate, the key and the like are consistent with the original design of the automobile digital key system.
2. Offline detection App
(1) And installing an offline detection App in intelligent equipment such as a mobile phone.
(2) The offline detection App comprises an analog digital key cloud function module which is used for simulating keys, certificates, key data and the like of an original cloud digital key management platform to generate issuing functions.
(3) The offline detection App comprises a digital key function module, simulates the functions of the mobile phone end of the original automobile digital key, and is connected with and controls the automobile.
3. Offline detection management system
(1) The offline detection management system is deployed at the cloud.
(2) And the offline detection data module is used for recording detection data of the offline detection App.
Examples of the method of the present invention are given below.
1. The default of the vehicle state mark is in a normal state, the vehicle needs to be in a detection mode before the vehicle is detected, and the state mark bit is in a production line detection state. The method for the vehicle to enter the 'production line detection' state comprises the following steps: using a diagnostic instrument to inform the automobile digital key module to enter a production line detection state through a CAN bus;
2. after the vehicle is detected, the state flag bit needs to be changed from 'production line detection' to 'normal' state, and when the vehicle is in the normal state, the offline detection App cannot be connected with the vehicle, so that the offline detection App is prevented from controlling the vehicle on the user vehicle at will; when the vehicle is in a normal state, the vehicle can still enter a production line detection state through the method (1).
3. When the vehicle is set to be in a production line detection state, all the detection state secret key, the certificate and the key data are set to be null.
4. And connecting the vehicle by using the offline detection App, wherein the subsequent detection process is as follows:
the system comprises an analog digital key cloud function module, a vehicle-side digital key module, a Bluetooth channel and a vehicle-side digital key module, wherein the analog digital key cloud function module is used for generating a related secret key, a certificate and key data according to the safety scheme design of a digital key and sending the key, the certificate and the key data to the vehicle-side digital key module through the Bluetooth channel;
b. the digital key module writes the data into a detection state key, a certificate and a key data interval
c. The digital key function module in the App is off-line detected to be authenticated with the vehicle, if the authentication is passed, the following process is continued, if the authentication is failed, the result is returned to the App, the state flag bit is changed into a normal state, and the detected state secret key, the certificate and the key data are emptied;
d. the method comprises the steps that a vehicle control button on an App is pressed to perform vehicle control operation, such as unlocking, locking, starting and the like, vehicle control results on a vehicle are observed, a vehicle executes a vehicle control instruction, and the vehicle state after the instruction is executed, such as unlocking instruction execution and vehicle lock state acquisition, is obtained from a controller in the vehicle;
e. the automobile digital key module records the received automobile control instruction and the automobile state after the instruction is executed;
f. the detection is finished at the upper point of the offline detection App, the App informs the vehicle of finishing the detection, the state identification of the automobile digital key module is changed from a production line detection state to a normal state, and a detection state secret key, a certificate and key data are emptied;
g. the automobile digital key module sends the VIN code of the vehicle, the recorded vehicle control instruction, the recorded vehicle state after the instruction is executed and other results to the offline detection App;
h. and the offline detection App reports the detection result to the offline detection management system. The information such as detection time, VIN codes, vehicle control instructions, vehicle states and the like can be checked in the offline detection data module; because there is no network channel in the production line of the factory, the reporting process can be carried out outside the production line.
The specific implementation process of the embodiment is as follows:
1. developing an offline detection App;
2. deploying an offline detection management system at the cloud end for storing and checking detection records;
3. the offline detection App is designed to comprise an analog digital key cloud function module and a digital key function module which can issue secret keys, certificates and key data according to a digital key scheme;
4. a state flag bit is added in an automobile digital key module at a vehicle end to identify the current state of the vehicle as normal and production line detection;
5. when the vehicle is detected in a production line, the detection can be carried out by using the detection App;
6. and reporting the result to an offline detection management system after the detection is finished.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the described module may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The electronic device of the present invention includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to computer program instructions stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) or computer program instructions loaded from a storage unit into a Random Access Memory (RAM). In the RAM, various programs and data required for the operation of the device can also be stored. The CPU, ROM, and RAM are connected to each other via a bus. An input/output (I/O) interface is also connected to the bus.
A plurality of components in the device are connected to the I/O interface, including: an input unit such as a keyboard, a mouse, etc.; an output unit such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; storage units such as magnetic disks, optical disks, and the like; and a communication unit such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit allows the device to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The processing unit performs the various methods and processes described above, such as methods S1-S3. For example, in some embodiments, the methods S1-S3 may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as a storage unit. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device via ROM and/or the communication unit. When the computer program is loaded into RAM and executed by the CPU, one or more of the steps of methods S1-S3 described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the CPU may be configured to perform methods S1-S3 in any other suitable manner (e.g., by way of firmware).
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an Application Specific Standard Product (ASSP), a system on a chip (SOC), a load programmable logic device (CPLD), and the like.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of the present invention, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
