As shown in fig. 3, the first bevel gear set 8 is composed of two bevel gears meshed with each other, the rotation of the first bevel gear set 8 drives thefirst worm 22 to rotate, thefirst worm 22 drives thefirst massage wheel 6 to massage the lower leg of the patient through thecoupling 7, when thefirst worm 22 rotates, thefirst worm 22 drives thefirst worm wheel 23 to rotate, thefirst worm wheel 23 rotates to drive theeccentric wheel 24 to rotate, theeccentric wheel 24 rotates the second connectingrod 27 driven by the matching of the annular slidinggroove 25 and the firstcylindrical pin 26 to perform reciprocating rotation, the middle part of the second connectingrod 27 is rotatably connected with thebedstead 1, the rotation of the second connectingrod 27 drives the third connectingrod 28 and the first slidingblock 5 to move, and only the freedom degree of forward and backward sliding is provided between the first slidingblock 5 and thebedstead 1, when the second connectingrod 27, the third connectingrod 28 and the first slidingblock 5 form a slider-crank mechanism, the movement of the first slidingblock 5 drives the fixedframe 2 to slide back and forth on thebed frame 1.

The outer side of theopening block 15 is provided with apush plate 43 with adjustable elasticity, thepush plate 43 is slidably connected with thebedstead 1, thebedstead 1 is provided with a placinggroove 44 slidably connected with theopening block 15 and thesecond slider 13, the inner side of theopening block 15 is provided with anE-shaped groove 45, and the protrudingblock 14 is rotatably connected with aroller 46 matched with thegroove 45.

Thesecond spring 49 is a compression spring, and the more thesecond spring 49 is compressed, the larger the elastic force of thesecond spring 49 is, as shown in fig. 10, thesecond screw 50 can move back and forth relative to thebed frame 1 by rotating thesecond screw 50, when thesecond screw 50 moves inward relative to thebed frame 1, therectangular block 48 is driven by thesecond screw 50 to move inward, therectangular block 48 moves inward to compress thesecond spring 49 through thesupport rod 47, and the elasticity of thesecond spring 49 is increased by compression, so that the pushing force of thepush plate 43 to thespreader 15 is increased, and the patient can perform the passive training of the self-training through thehandle 17.
