The intelligent transformer monitoring and operation and maintenance system according to claim 4, wherein the intelligent monitoring and early warning module specifically comprises: based on historical data, expert experience and fault cases of the full life cycle of the transformer, respectively establishing a state evaluation algorithm model, a fault diagnosis algorithm model, a fault prediction algorithm model and a sensor state evaluation algorithm model of the transformer by utilizing a statistical learning algorithm and a deep learning algorithm; and according to the on-line monitoring data and the live detection data of the transformer, performing state evaluation, fault diagnosis, fault prediction and sensor state evaluation on the transformer by using the established algorithm model.

The intelligent transformer monitoring and operation and maintenance system according to claim 4, wherein the intelligent operation and maintenance management module comprises: the system has the functions of maintenance strategy optimization, an intelligent inspection scheme, maintenance task management, an intelligent maintenance scheme, risk assessment, tool planning, flow tracking, personnel management, spare part management, equipment load prediction, remote support, task pushing and cost statistics.
8. The intelligent transformer monitoring and operation and maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent terminal for transformer full-life standard operation comprises:
a task management module: receiving various field operation tasks issued by a transformer state evaluation and diagnosis system, wherein the various field operation tasks comprise basic information, an operation flow, an operation template and management regulations of the tasks, and field operation personnel finish field data acquisition work one by one according to the content of the issued tasks and submit work products;
a field operation module: providing a data acquisition template for delivery handover, preventive tests, live-line detection, inspection tour and inspection and maintenance regulation, wherein the template needs to define the requirements of data acquisition items, the standard requirements of maps, photographing and accessories;
an auxiliary analysis module: the system provides a basic checking function of data integrity and normalization, a function of judging a threshold value of key data according to national network guide rules, an online monitoring function, an intelligent monitoring and early warning function and an intelligent operation and maintenance management function, a historical case comparison and retrieval function and comprehensive auxiliary field maintenance, design and production operation;
the GPS positioning module is used for assisting a remote manager in monitoring the field operation condition in real time;
a communication and exchange module: a platform for communication is set up, and the platform interacts with a remote expert to assist an operation site;
a configuration management module: and setting and maintaining various parameters of the terminal.

The intelligent transformer monitoring and operation and maintenance system according to claim 8, wherein the intelligent terminal for transformer full-life standard operation further comprises: the remote assistance module establishes a terminal-to-terminal and terminal-to-platform text, voice and video communication function through a cloud platform, and realizes an interactive remote assistance business mode of an expert remote assistance field operation team; specifically, the fault prediction and health management system of the cloud platform pushes results of online sensor data and offline collected data of the real-time analysis equipment to hands of field operators in real time, and provides analysis results, operation flows and maintenance suggestion information.
