Background
The implementation of a power grid with three sets and five sets (human resources, finance and material intensive management; large planning, large construction, large operation, large overhaul and large marketing system), the information data volume of the operation state of the lines and equipment of the transformer substation is large, the data is dispersed, and no effective concentration is provided for line and equipment abnormity, fault analysis and decision support; especially, when the transformer operates in a high-temperature and high-dry environment, the winding temperature and the insulation system of the transformer are threatened, so that the monitoring of the transformer is very important.
The transformer substation equipment inspection mainly depends on manual inspection, the intelligent degree is low, the influence caused by human factors cannot be avoided, and inspection data archiving is not facilitated. When the power transmission line and the equipment are found to be abnormal or have faults, operation and maintenance personnel are required to go to the field operation equipment for control, and remote control cannot be carried out. The traditional manual inspection means can not meet the requirements, and particularly, the construction of a large operation and large maintenance system leads to the reduction of basic operation and maintenance personnel and the increase of the workload.
Therefore, a more convenient and faster inspection mode needs to be developed to meet the requirements of inspection on equipment in Q/GDW 1168 State inspection test regulations of power transmission and transformation equipment.

The intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance system of the transformer extracts features from data of the whole life cycle of the transformer to construct an algorithm model. By inputting the online monitoring data and the live detection data into different algorithm models, the system can perform state evaluation, fault diagnosis, fault prediction and maintenance scheduling optimization on the transformer. The cloud platform of the system respectively displays different information to transformer users, transformer design and production personnel and transformer maintenance and repair personnel according to different authorities through the PC terminal and the mobile terminal, so that the purposes of intelligent maintenance and repair, intelligent auxiliary design, intelligent production and manufacturing and the like are achieved.

the sensing unit is used for acquiring various operation data and indexes of the transformer;
the data acquisition terminal receives the data acquired by the sensing unit and processes the data to obtain preprocessed data;
the transformer cloud platform receives the preprocessed data of the data acquisition terminal, stores, analyzes, counts and learns the preprocessed data, and performs security protection on the preprocessed data;

The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance system for a transformer, which is used as a technical foundation for intelligently managing the whole life cycle process of the transformer. The method comprises the steps of uploading data (including transformer technical parameters, operation data, after-sales service data, charged detection data and the like) of a transformer to a cloud platform of a system in a wireless communication or wired communication mode, and calling an algorithm model on the cloud platform to analyze, diagnose and predict the data. In addition, special authorities are granted to expert teams of transformer manufacturing enterprises, so that the expert teams can check production and manufacturing data, operation data, health conditions and maintenance records of the transformer at any time through a remote computer terminal or a mobile phone terminal, analyze and diagnose the data in time, provide a maintenance scheme and perfect a cloud platform algorithm model.

The transformer cloud platform comprises a big data cloud platform and a SaaS application platform, the big data platform is provided on a cloud server, the big data platform comprises a distributed storage database, a distributed computing engine, a distributed file system and various algorithms for statistical learning and deep learning, and data security is guaranteed; the SaaS application platform is a specific application service constructed on a big data cloud platform and comprises transformer health assessment and prediction, transformer online fault diagnosis, transformer residual service life prediction, transformer cluster maintenance scheduling optimization, quality tracking and an expert experience base. The presentation form of the transformer cloud platform is as follows: providing different display contents and display modes according to different users and use scenes, providing display of a monitoring center for managers, and providing display of a mobile terminal for outdoor operators; service objects of the transformer cloud platform: the whole cloud platform serves various transformer user clients including transformer users, maintenance and management personnel, design and production and manufacturing personnel and management personnel.

Transformer life-cycle standard operation intelligent terminal still includes: the remote assistance module establishes a terminal-to-terminal and terminal-to-platform text, voice and video communication function through a cloud platform, and realizes an interactive remote assistance business mode of an expert remote assistance field operation team; specifically, the fault prediction and health management system of the cloud platform pushes results of online sensor data and offline collected data of the real-time analysis equipment to hands of field operators in real time, and provides analysis results, operation flows and maintenance suggestion information.
The intelligent mobile operation equipment integrates the functions of full-life cycle data acquisition, equipment information display, fault early warning, maintenance suggestion, remote guidance, operation management, report management, maintenance task pushing, maintenance personnel management and the like, and is a main technical support means for standardizing and acquiring various information in the full-life process of the transformer. The standardized acquisition and standardized management of various types of data and picture information such as equipment production and manufacturing, delivery handover, field operation, inspection tour, inspection and the like are realized through the data acquisition function, the standardized operation management function and the task management function on the mobile terminal, the data are uploaded to the cloud platform in real time, corresponding operation reports can be automatically generated according to various types of report templates through the real-time data processing of the cloud platform, analysis results and suggestions are provided, and the tedious manual work of report data collection, sorting, report compiling and the like is greatly reduced.
