The invention relates to the technical field of intersection traffic management, in particular to an intersection right-turning passing system.
Background
The motor vehicles are rarely limited by signal lamps when turning right at the intersection, and are easy to form conflict with pedestrians and non-motor vehicles which go straight, and according to incomplete statistics, the traffic accidents caused by the motor vehicles turning right account for 1/8 of the total number of traffic accident cases. The intersection is an area where various traffic flows are interlaced, and is also a centralized waiting area for pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, conflict points are more, and the motor vehicles have a visual field blind area and an inner wheel difference when turning on the right, so that the probability of accidents is higher. The visual field blind areas comprise an A-column visual field blind area and a right rearview mirror visual field blind area, as shown in figure 1, partial visual fields observed by a driver through the front windshield and the front window can be shielded by the A columns positioned on two sides of the front windshield to cause the A-column visual field blind area, through calculation, the A-column visual field blind area is about 15.77 degrees (as shown in a C area in figure 1), the blind area also exists in the visual field observed by the driver through the rearview mirror outside the vehicle, the right rearview mirror visual field blind area is about 70.54 degrees (as shown in a area in figure 1), even if some vehicles are additionally provided with a convex blind spot mirror on the rearview mirror, the blind area still exists. The inner wheel difference is generated when the vehicle turns, the motion tracks of the front wheel and the rear wheel are not on the same arc line, the difference between the turning radius of the front inner wheel and the turning radius of the rear inner wheel is the inner wheel difference, the common small-sized vehicle can generate the inner wheel difference close to 1 m to the maximum extent, the larger the vehicle body is, the more the steering wheel is beated, the larger the formed inner wheel difference is, and some large-sized vehicles can generate the inner wheel difference of more than 2 m. Some pedestrians or non-motor vehicles are located in the inner wheel difference area of the turning vehicle, the front wheels of the turning vehicle are avoided, the driver can see the pedestrians or the non-motor vehicles, danger cannot occur, the areas are not known to be the sight blind areas of the driver, the pedestrians or the non-motor vehicles can be collided or rolled by the vehicle when the pedestrians or the non-motor vehicles continue to stay in the areas, and the areas are really dead zones.
The general view in the society at present is that the motor vehicle can not solve the problem of the right side view blind area through the technical means, and the reason of traffic accidents caused by the right turning of the motor vehicle is that firstly, the driver negligibly neglects subjectively and the pre-judgment on the right turning road condition is insufficient; and secondly, pedestrians and non-motor vehicle personnel have the problem of getting on the road, expose themselves in high-risk areas of the intersection, subjectively push the responsibility of intersection traffic safety and the initiative of avoiding danger to the motor vehicle drivers, and are completely unaware of the existence of visual field blind areas of the drivers. Therefore, when the potential traffic safety hazards of the intersection are treated, propaganda and education are mainly used, safety awareness and safety knowledge of drivers, pedestrians and non-motor vehicle personnel are expected to be improved, mutual concierge is promoted, but the traffic efficiency of the intersection is greatly reduced, and the effect is not large from the statistical data of traffic accidents caused by the fact that the motor vehicles turn right in recent years.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of designing a right-turning passing system of an intersection, which can practically avoid the conflict between motor vehicles and pedestrians and non-motor vehicles when the motor vehicles turn right and can also improve the passing efficiency of the intersection.
The technical proposal of the invention is to provide a right-turn traffic system at an intersection, which comprises mutually crossed roads, wherein each road is provided with a motor vehicle lane entering the intersection, a motor vehicle lane leaving the intersection and a pedestrian crossing, and both sides of the road are provided with non-motor vehicle lanes, the rightmost lane in the motor vehicle lanes entering the intersection is set as a right-turn lane or a straight lane and a right-turn lane, a right-turn danger warning area is arranged between any two adjacent roads, both ends of the right-turn danger warning area are respectively connected with pedestrian crosswalks on the two adjacent roads, and are respectively opposite to the edge lines of the lanes on the two adjacent roads, an anti-collision device is arranged in the right-turn danger warning area, the anti-collision device is used for isolating the left area and the right area of the right-turn danger warning area, and the right area of the right-turn danger warning area is connected with the non-motor vehicle lanes on the two adjacent roads.
Compared with the prior art, the right-turn passing system for the intersection has the following advantages: after the non-motor vehicles and the motor vehicles turning right exit the respective lanes, the non-motor vehicles and the motor vehicles turning right enter the intersection without lane division, the right-turn danger warning area can warn the motor vehicles to pass through the left area of the right-turn danger warning area, and warn the non-motor vehicles to pass through the right area of the right-turn danger warning area; the left area and the right area of the right turn dangerous warning area are isolated by an anti-collision device, a motor vehicle turning right can enter a motor vehicle lane of an adjacent road only through the left area of the right turn dangerous warning area, a non-motor vehicle turning right can enter a non-motor vehicle lane of the adjacent road only through the right area of the right turn dangerous warning area, a straight non-motor vehicle can reach a crosswalk of the adjacent road only through the right area of the right turn dangerous warning area and then cross the crosswalk across the intersection, the non-motor vehicle turning left can only realize turning left through one crosswalk and two vertical crosswalks in a mode of 'two-time crossing', the right turn dangerous warning area and the anti-collision device arranged in the right turn dangerous warning area can prevent the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle from mixing, so that the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle can not enter a blind area of a driver, and conflict with the motor vehicle and the motor vehicle when turning right can be avoided, and after the anti-collision device is used for isolation, the probability of avoiding pedestrians and non-motor vehicles when the motor vehicles turn right is low, and the passing efficiency of the intersection can be improved. Compared with the situation that an isolation island or a right-turn special lane is arranged at the intersection, the right-turn danger warning area is small in occupied space, low in road surface reconstruction cost and suitable for the intersection passing through any multiple lanes. Compared with an isolation pile, the anti-collision device does not prevent collision and is easy to be collided by a motor vehicle, and the anti-collision device can effectively prevent the mixed behavior of the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle caused by the difference of the wheels in the motor vehicle.
Preferably, the anti-collision device comprises anti-collision barrels which are respectively arranged at two ends of the right turn danger warning area. By adopting the structure, the general anti-collision barrel is hollow, the weight is increased by adopting a sand filling or water discharging mode, the anti-collision performance is improved, the anti-collision barrel is not easy to collide and fly, sand and water have buffer ductility, strong impact force can be reasonably digested and absorbed, and when the anti-collision barrel is slightly impacted by a non-motor vehicle or a motor vehicle, the anti-collision barrel can assist a driver to reasonably reduce the impact force and reduce the occurrence rate of traffic accident accidents, and when the anti-collision barrel is severely impacted, the life of personnel on the vehicle can also be ensured.
Preferably, a plurality of reflective spikes are further arranged in the right-turn danger warning area. By adopting the structure, the reflective spike nail has the retroreflection performance, so that no matter a right-turn dangerous warning area is under strong light or in the dark at night, the driver of the non-motor vehicle or the driver of the motor vehicle can notice the warning area, the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle are prevented from being mixed, and the danger caused by the fact that pedestrians and the non-motor vehicle enter a visual field blind area of the driver is avoided.
Preferably, a plurality of flexible isolation piles which are arranged in a straight line at intervals are arranged on the pedestrian crossing, a queue formed by the flexible isolation piles is arranged between the end part of the right-turn danger warning area and the end part of the lane edge line of the motor vehicle lane entering the intersection, and the flexible isolation piles are used for blocking the motor vehicle from entering the right-turn danger warning area from the pedestrian crossing. By adopting the structure, the motor vehicle can be prevented from entering the right side area of the right turn danger warning area from the pedestrian crossing, and the motor vehicle or the non-motor vehicle can also be prompted to not enter the left side area of the right turn danger warning area, so that the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle are prevented from being mixed, and the motor vehicle is prevented from colliding with the pedestrian and the non-motor vehicle when turning right.
Preferably, a right-turn vehicle giving-way notice sign is arranged at the end part of the lane edge line of the motor vehicle lane entering the intersection, and the right-turn vehicle giving-way notice sign is used for prompting that the motor vehicle turning right must give way to the non-motor vehicle or the pedestrian crossing the crosswalk. When the green light is in the green state, the non-motor vehicles or the pedestrians crossing the road need to pass through the pedestrian crossing, and by adopting the structure, the motor vehicles turning right can be prevented from colliding with the pedestrians and the non-motor vehicles crossing the road.
Preferably, the opposite directions of the intersection are all provided with signal lamps, the signal lamps comprise main lamps arranged on the right side of the road, auxiliary lamps arranged on the left side of the road, pedestrian lamps arranged at two ends of the pedestrian crosswalk and non-motor vehicle lamps arranged on the right side of the non-motor vehicle lane, the main lamps and the auxiliary lamps are used for commanding motor vehicles to pass through, the pedestrian lamps are used for commanding pedestrians to pass through, and the non-motor vehicle lamps are used for commanding non-motor vehicles to pass through. By adopting the structure, most vehicles can pass through the intersection under the command of the main lamp, and some vehicles can not see the main lamp because the sight is shielded by the vehicles in front, then the command of the auxiliary lamp passes through the intersection, and the non-motor vehicles can also pass through the intersection under the command of the main lamp or the auxiliary lamp, generally, the display states of the main lamp and the auxiliary lamp can not be clearly seen in the range of 25 meters away from a stop line of the intersection, and the non-motor vehicle lamp is required to be arranged, and the conflict between the motor vehicles and the non-motor vehicles can be avoided by arranging the non-motor vehicle lamp.
Preferably, at least one high-pole illuminating lamp is arranged at the intersection, the height of the high-pole illuminating lamp is more than 12 meters, and the illumination is more than 50 lux. By adopting the structure, the illumination of the intersection is improved, the traffic hidden danger of the intersection can be reduced, and the monitoring equipment at the intersection can better grasp and shoot the traffic illegal behaviors.
Preferably, the visibility triangle area of each road is not less than 50 meters. By adopting the structure, the permeability of the intersection can be improved, the sight distance of a motor vehicle driver is improved, and the traffic hidden trouble at the intersection is reduced.
Preferably, the outside at intersection is provided with pedestrian's exposure system that makes a dash across the red light, and pedestrian's exposure system that makes a dash across the red light includes camera, voice prompt device, exposure large screen, and the camera is used for snapshotting the non-motor vehicle or the pedestrian that make a dash across the red light, and the exposure large screen is used for presenting the image that the camera was snapshotted, and voice prompt device is used for sending voice prompt to the non-motor vehicle or the pedestrian that make a dash across the red light. By adopting the structure, the traffic signal generator can effectively frighten the non-motor vehicles or the pedestrians, breaks away their gambling psychology and avoids the non-motor vehicles or the pedestrians from running the red light.
Preferably, a video remote shouting law enforcement system is arranged on the outer side of the intersection and used for monitoring vehicles and pedestrians passing through the intersection and performing real-time shouting law enforcement on the behavior endangering the passing safety. By adopting the structure, the public security or traffic police can patrol the illegal behaviors at the intersection on the backstage, and can carry out real-time shouting and deterrence aiming at the behaviors damaging traffic safety, thereby preventing the illegal behaviors from being continuously implemented.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the right-turn traffic system of the intersection includes four roads 1 crossing at the intersection, each road is provided with a traffic triangle 1-7 of 50 meters on the right side, each road 1 is provided with a multi-lane motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection and a multi-lane motor vehicle lane 1-2 leaving the intersection, the motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection and the motor vehicle lane 1-2 leaving the intersection are opposite lanes, yellow opposite lane reflective studs 1-8 are arranged between the two, white same lane reflective studs 1-9 are arranged between the motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection or the motor vehicle lane 1-2 leaving the intersection, the motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection is provided with a stop line 1-6 in front of the intersection, crosswalks 1-4 are arranged in front of the stop lines 1-6, non-motor vehicle lanes 1-3 are arranged on both sides of the road, vehicle lane edge lines 1-5 are arranged on the right sides of the motor vehicle lanes adjacent to the non-motor vehicle lanes 1-3, and the rightmost lane in the motor vehicle lanes entering the intersection is set to be a straight lane and a right-turning lane 1-11 or an independent right-turning lane. An arc-strip-shaped right-turndangerous warning area 2 is arranged between any two adjacent roads, the right-turndangerous warning area 2 protrudes to the center of the intersection, two ends of the right-turn dangerous warning area are respectively connected with pedestrian crosswalks 1-4 on the two adjacent roads, two ends of the right-turndangerous warning area 2 are respectively opposite to roadway edge lines 1-5 on the two adjacent roads, the ground of the right-turndangerous warning area 2 is red to improve the warning effect, an anti-collision device consisting of a plurality of anti-collision barrels 2-3 and reflective spikes 2-4 is arranged in the right-turndangerous warning area 2, two ends of the right-turndangerous warning area 2 are respectively provided with one anti-collision barrel 2-3, a plurality of reflective spikes 2-4 are arranged on the ground between every two anti-collision barrels 2-3, and the anti-collision device isolates the left side area 2-1 from the right side area 2-2 of the right-turn dangerous warning area, the left area 2-1 is used for allowing motor vehicles which go straight or turn right to pass through, the right area 2-2 is used for allowing pedestrians or non-motor vehicles to pass through, and the right area 2-2 is connected with the non-motor vehicle lanes on two adjacent roads. The end part of the lane edge line 1-5 of the motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection is provided with a right-turn vehicle giving-way notice sign 4, the right-turn vehicle giving-way notice sign 4 prompts the motor vehicle turning right, and the situation that the motor vehicle turning right meets the non-motor vehicle or the pedestrian of the pedestrian crossing must give way is determined. The signal lamps are arranged on opposite roads of the intersection, each signal lamp comprises amain lamp 5 arranged above a motor vehicle lane entering the intersection, anauxiliary lamp 6 arranged on the left side of a motor vehicle lane leaving the intersection or on the left side of a non-motor vehicle,pedestrian lamps 7 arranged at two ends of the pedestrian crosswalk andnon-motor vehicle lamps 8 arranged on the right side of the non-motor vehicle lane, themain lamps 5 and thenon-motor vehicle lamps 8 can be arranged on the same pole, most vehicles can pass through the intersection under the command of themain lamps 5, some vehicles are shielded by the front vehicles and cannot see themain lamps 5, then the non-motor vehicles can pass through the intersection under the command of theauxiliary lamps 6, the non-motor vehicles can also pass through the intersection under the command of the main lamps or the auxiliary lamps, generally, the display states of the main lamps and the auxiliary lamps cannot be clearly recognized within 25 meters of the parking line of the non-motor vehicles at the intersection, thenon-motor vehicle lamps 8 are arranged according to regulations, and the conflict between the motor vehicles and the non-motor vehicles can be avoided, the pedestrian passes through the pedestrian crosswalk 1-4 according to the indication of the pedestrian lamp. If a central green belt is arranged between the opposite lanes, thepedestrian lamps 7 on the pedestrian crossing are divided into two pairs which respectively correspond to the pedestrian crossing in front of the motor lane entering the intersection and the pedestrian crossing in front of the motor lane leaving the intersection.
The right side of the motor vehicle lane 1-1 entering the intersection is also provided with aroad indicating sign 13, a lanefunction indicating sign 14 and anelectronic police 12 in sequence according to the distance from the intersection, the name of the road crossing at the intersection in front is marked on theroad indicating sign 13, the number of lanes at the intersection and the guidance of each lane are indicated by the lanefunction indicating sign 14, and theelectronic police 12 comprises a forward snapshot device and a reverse snapshot device and can snapshot the images of vehicles which do not pass according to signal lamps. Two high-poleilluminating lamps 9 are arranged on the outer side of the intersection, the two high-pole illuminating lamps are respectively arranged at two ends of a diagonal line of the intersection, the height of each high-poleilluminating lamp 9 is more than 12 meters, and the illumination is more than 50 lux, so that the illumination of the intersection is improved, the traffic hidden danger of the intersection can be reduced, and the monitoring equipment of the intersection can better grasp and shoot traffic illegal behaviors.
The pedestrian red lightrunning exposure system 10 and the video remote shoutinglaw enforcement system 11 are further arranged on the outer side of the intersection, the pedestrian red light running exposure system comprises a camera, a voice prompt device and an exposure large screen, the camera is used for capturing non-motor vehicles or pedestrians running red lights, the exposure large screen is used for displaying images captured by the camera, the voice prompt device is used for giving voice prompts to the non-motor vehicles or pedestrians running red lights, the non-motor vehicles or pedestrians can be effectively deterred, the lucky psychology of the non-motor vehicles or pedestrians is broken, and the fact that the non-motor vehicles or pedestrians run red lights is avoided; the video remote shoutinglaw enforcement system 11 monitors vehicles and pedestrians passing through the intersection, carries out real-time shouting and enforcement on behaviors damaging traffic safety, and enables public security or traffic police to patrol the illegal behaviors of the intersection at the backstage, carry out real-time shouting and deterrence on the behaviors damaging traffic safety, and prevent the illegal behaviors from being continuously implemented.
