According to incomplete statistics, the industry scale of the existing 5000-family film and television production companies in China is rapidly increased year by year along with the explosive growth of self-media. Meanwhile, along with rapid promotion of technology, capital and market, the film and television production industry faces a plurality of challenges such as high-definition material storage, rapid distribution collaboration of large-capacity files, hidden danger of material leakage and the like.
However, the problems of interface blocking and slow time caused by overlarge occupied memory resources when a large number of files are copied and distributed are solved, the problem of complicated manual copying and distribution of a large number of file sequence frames is solved, and the problems of authority such as file deletion, misoperation and the like are solved.
For these situations, a media file distribution management system is designed and developed by constructing two NAS servers, carrying two high-speed hard disks of Nvme (PCI-E channel), and analyzing characteristics in combination with practical situations, and a part of frame sequence files are copied to the local of corresponding machines by utilizing route mirror synchronization through the NAS servers.

sp1: clicking a file distribution software program to acquire file names and quantity, and feeding back files (sequence frames) in materials in the project according to the ranges of which frames can be done submitted by each user;
sp2: designating the range of the sequence frames, acquiring the name of the user according to the file distribution software, and copying a part of the sequence frames in the material folder to the folder of the designated user;
sp3: synchronizing the images in the first shared NAS folder into a folder locally corresponding to the current user, and enabling the current user to work after receiving the sequence frames locally;
sp4: the prepared sequence frames are placed in a second shared NAS folder of a second NAS storage server and a current user manufacturing host;
sp5: and finally, mirror image unidirectional synchronization is carried out through the Internet, and the mirror image unidirectional synchronization is stored in a folder corresponding to the second NAS storage server to be inspected by the quality inspection host.

3. The invention combines the actual situation and analysis characteristic, designs and develops a media resource file distribution management system, and copies a part of frame sequence files to the local of a corresponding machine respectively by using a first NAS storage server and a second DAS storage server through route mirror image synchronization. And meanwhile, the material file authority is set for the problem that the material is easy to leak, file data is encrypted, and file safety is guaranteed.
