As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a second air bag 29 is fixedly arranged on the radial outer wall of the middle rod 2, an air inlet of the second air bag 29 is connected with aninflation tube 30, amicro air valve 31 is arranged on the side wall of the handle 1 near the inflation port 9, themicro air valve 31 penetrates through the side wall of the handle 1 to be connected with the free end of theinflation tube 30, the second air bag 29 is inflated through themicro air valve 31, the second air bag 29 is expanded, the middle rod 2 is separated from throat muscles of a patient, and air pressure in the second air bag 29 is maintained through themicro air valve 31, so that when the hollow needle tube 4 is pushed by the needle pushing device to puncture, the middle rod 2 is supported through the second air bag 29, the puncture is convenient, and the injury caused by the fact that the throat of the patient is pressed due to overlarge pressure of the middle rod 2 is avoided.
The thread direction between the hollow tube 4a and thefirst thread boss 5c is opposite to the thread direction between the hollow tube 4a and theneedle 4 b; the surgeon can conveniently hold theneedle 4b to rotate the hollow tube 4a, and the hollow tube 4a is detached from thefirst thread boss 5 c.
The hinged parts among the grab handle 1, the middle section rod 2 and theacupuncture rod 3 are all coated with rubber sleeves.

The application process of this embodiment is as follows: when a patient needs to put the silica gellaryngeal mask 33 in, the surgeon holds the grab handle 1, rotates the middle rod 2 by 90 degrees through the first rotating assembly, and then stretches the middle rod 2 and theacupuncture rod 3 into the throat of the patient;
