Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a part purchasing method, a device, equipment and a computer readable storage medium, aiming at improving the efficiency of the whole process when a new product is developed.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a part purchasing method, including the steps of:
when a product design drawing is obtained, obtaining corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing;
acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchase database based on the part characteristics;
and performing preset operation on the part set to determine parts meeting conditions in the part set, and purchasing the parts meeting the conditions.
Preferably, when the product design drawing is obtained, obtaining corresponding part features in the product design drawing, and detecting whether an additional requirement input by a user is received, before the step of obtaining a detection result, the part purchasing method further includes:
according to preset requirements, a supplier set is obtained, and the supplier information corresponding to each supplier in the supplier set is uploaded to a purchase database.
Preferably, when the product design drawing is obtained, the step of obtaining the corresponding part feature in the product design drawing includes:
when a product design drawing is received, identifying a corresponding part set in the product design drawing through a preset image identification model;
and acquiring part characteristics corresponding to each part in the part set.

According to the part purchasing method provided by the invention, when the product design drawing is obtained, the corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing are obtained; acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchase database based on the part characteristics; performing preset operation on the part set to determine parts meeting conditions in the part set, and purchasing the parts meeting the conditions; according to the method, the corresponding part set is obtained through the purchasing database according to the corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing, and parts meeting the conditions in the part set are purchased, so that the efficiency of the whole process is improved when a new product is developed.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic device structure diagram of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The device of the embodiment of the invention can be a PC or a server device.
As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus may include: aprocessor 1001, such as a CPU, anetwork interface 1004, auser interface 1003, amemory 1005, acommunication bus 1002. Wherein acommunication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the apparatus shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting of the apparatus and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, amemory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a part procurement program.
The operating system is a program for managing and controlling the portable part purchasing equipment and software resources, and supports the running of the network communication module, the user interface module, the part purchasing program and other programs or software; the network communication module is used to manage and control thenetwork interface 1004; the user interface module is used to manage and control theuser interface 1003.
In the component purchasing apparatus shown in fig. 1, the component purchasing apparatus calls the component purchasing program stored in thememory 1005 by theprocessor 1001 and performs the operations in the respective embodiments of the component purchasing method described below.
Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the part purchasing method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a part procurement method of the invention, which includes:
step S10, when a product design drawing is obtained, obtaining corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing;
step S20, acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchasing database based on the part characteristics;
and step S30, performing preset operation on the part set to determine parts meeting the conditions in the part set, and purchasing the parts meeting the conditions.
The component purchasing method of the embodiment is applied to component purchasing equipment of a product manufacturing design mechanism, the component purchasing equipment can be a PC or a terminal, including but not limited to an image recognition model and a purchasing database, and for convenience of description, the component purchasing equipment is taken as an example for description; when the part purchasing equipment receives the product design drawing, acquiring corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing through the image recognition model, detecting whether additional requirements input by a user are received or not to obtain a detection result, and acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchasing database based on the part characteristics or the part characteristics and the detection result; the part purchasing equipment determines the similarity between each part in the part set acquired through the purchasing database and the corresponding part in the product design drawing according to the corresponding part feature in the product design drawing, further determines a part set to be used, then mechanically applies each part in the part set to be used to the product design drawing, so as to determine parts meeting conditions in the part set to be used, so as to determine parts meeting conditions in the part set, and further purchases the parts meeting the conditions. It should be noted that the product design drawing may include an exploded view of a component of a product, an overall appearance drawing of a product, an overall dimension drawing of a product, a dimension drawing of each component of a product, a functional drawing of each component of a product, and the like, and is not limited herein; since a plurality of different parts exist in the product design drawing, when the part features of the product design drawing are obtained, the part features are classified according to the different parts.
In the part purchasing method of the embodiment, when a product design drawing is received, corresponding part features in the product design drawing are obtained; acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchase database based on the part characteristics; presetting the part set to determine parts meeting conditions in the part set, and purchasing the parts meeting the conditions; according to the method, the corresponding part set is obtained through the purchasing database according to the corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing, and parts meeting the conditions in the part set are purchased, so that the efficiency of the whole process is improved when a new product is developed.
The respective steps will be described in detail below:
step S10, when a product design drawing is obtained, obtaining corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing;
in this embodiment, when acquiring the product design drawing, the component purchasing apparatus acquires corresponding component features in the product design drawing, such as: when designing a product, a related designer needs to draw a product design drawing of the product at first, and if the product design drawing comprises a display screen, a battery and a shell, the related operator inputs the product design drawing into the part purchasing device and specifies the part purchasing device to identify the corresponding display screen in the product design drawing, and when the part purchasing device receives the product design drawing, the size, the appearance, the function and other characteristics of the corresponding display screen in the product design drawing are identified; or if the relevant operator inputs the product design drawing into the component purchasing device and does not specify to identify a certain component, when the component purchasing device receives the product design drawing, the component characteristics of all components in the product design drawing are identified, that is, the characteristics such as the size, the appearance, and the function of the display screen in the product design drawing are identified, the characteristics such as the size, the capacity, the output input position, and the like of the battery in the product design drawing are identified, and the characteristics such as the size, the appearance, the opening position, and the like of the housing in the product design drawing are identified. It should be noted that the component purchasing apparatus may identify component features of all components included in the product design drawing, or may identify component features of a certain component in the product design drawing; the corresponding part features may be identified for different parts, and may be the same or different.
Specifically, step S10 further includes:
step a, when a product design drawing is received, identifying a corresponding part set in the product design drawing through a preset image identification model;
in the step, when the part purchasing device receives the product design drawing, the product design drawing is recognized through a preset image recognition model so as to recognize a corresponding part set in the product design drawing, and it can be understood that the image recognition model is trained in advance by related research and development personnel and is arranged in the part purchasing device, and the image recognition model can recognize parts of various products; such as: the product design drawing comprises a display screen, a battery and a shell, when the part purchasing device receives the product design drawing, the part purchasing device identifies the product design drawing through an image identification model, identifies parts in the product design drawing and further determines a corresponding part set in the product design drawing, wherein the parts include the display screen, the battery and the shell.
And b, acquiring part characteristics corresponding to each part in the part set.
In this step, after identifying the corresponding component set in the product design drawing, the component purchasing apparatus acquires the component characteristics corresponding to each component in the identified component set, such as: the part purchasing equipment identifies that a part set in the product design drawing comprises a display screen, a battery and a shell, can identify the character marks of the display screen, the battery and the shell in the product design drawing, further identifies the characteristics of the size, the appearance, the function and the like of the display screen in the product design drawing, identifies the characteristics of the size, the capacity, the output input position and the like of the battery in the product design drawing, and identifies the characteristics of the size, the appearance, the opening position and the like of the shell in the product design drawing; furthermore, corresponding three-dimensional images can be generated according to the characters of the display screen, the battery and the shell marked in the product design drawing and the identified display screen, the battery and the shell, and then the part characteristics corresponding to the display screen, the battery and the shell can be obtained according to the corresponding three-dimensional images.
Specifically, step S10 is followed by:
step c, detecting whether an additional requirement input by a user is received or not to obtain a detection result;
in this step, the component purchasing apparatus detects whether an additional requirement input by the user is received, and obtains a detection result, wherein when the user inputs the additional requirement, the user may input the corresponding additional requirement through a manual input, for example, a human-computer interaction interface of the component purchasing apparatus, or may input the corresponding additional requirement through a voice input, for example, first start a voice recognition function of the component purchasing apparatus and then speak the corresponding additional requirement, it is understood that, when purchasing, in addition to considering whether the component meets the requirement, the manufacturing cost, the time cost, and the like of the whole product may need to be considered, and therefore, after the component purchasing apparatus recognizes the corresponding component feature in the product design drawing, it is also required to detect whether the additional requirement input by the relevant user or the relevant operator is received, for example, the price of the component, the delivery cycle of the supplier is included, the method further comprises the steps of qualification of a supplier and the like, if the part purchasing equipment detects corresponding additional requirements, the obtained detection result contains the corresponding additional requirements, and then a corresponding part set is obtained through a purchasing database according to part characteristics and the additional requirements, wherein the part set is not a real part but a drawing and characteristics corresponding to the part; in a possible embodiment, the related user or the related purchasing person inputs the price requirement of the component as an additional requirement in the human-computer interaction interface of the component purchasing apparatus, and at this time, the component purchasing apparatus can detect the input additional requirement, and the obtained detection result is: an additional demand is received, the additional demand being a price demand for the component.
Step d, if the detection result is that the additional requirement is received, acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchasing database based on the part characteristics and the additional requirement;
in this step, if the component purchasing apparatus obtains the detection result that the additional demand is received, based on the component feature and the additional demand, the corresponding component set is obtained through the purchasing database, for example: the part purchasing device identifies the characteristics of the size, the appearance, the function and the like of a display screen in a product design drawing, identifies the characteristics of the size, the capacity, the output input position and the like of a battery in the product design drawing, identifies the characteristics of the size, the appearance, the opening position and the like of a shell in the product design drawing, a related user or a related purchasing person inputs the price range of 2-5 Yuan of the part as an additional requirement in a man-machine interaction interface of the part purchasing device, acquires the display screen meeting the corresponding characteristics and the corresponding requirement in a purchasing database according to the characteristics of the size, the appearance, the function and the like of the display screen and the additional requirement with the price range of 2-5 Yuan, acquires the battery meeting the corresponding characteristics and the corresponding requirement in the purchasing database according to the characteristics of the size, the capacity, the output input position and the like of the battery and the additional requirement with the price range of 2-5 Yuan, the method comprises the following steps of (1) acquiring a shell which meets corresponding characteristics and corresponding requirements from a purchase database by combining the characteristics such as the size, the appearance and the opening position of the shell with the additional requirements with the price range of 2-5 yuan; it should be noted that when the relevant user or the relevant purchasing person inputs the additional requirements, different additional requirements can be input for different components, which is beneficial to obtaining the components that better meet the actual requirements.
Step e, if the detection result is that the additional requirement is not received, executing the following steps: and acquiring a corresponding part set through a purchase database based on the part characteristics.

When the part purchasing device receives the product design drawing, the corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing are obtained through the image recognition model, whether the additional requirements input by a user are received or not is detected, a detection result is obtained, and then the corresponding part set is obtained through the purchasing database on the basis of the part characteristics or the part characteristics and the detection result; the part purchasing equipment determines the similarity between each part in the part set acquired through the purchasing database and the corresponding part in the product design drawing according to the corresponding part characteristics in the product design drawing, further determines a part set to be used, and then mechanically applies each part in the part set to be used to the product design drawing so as to determine the part meeting the conditions in the part set to be used, determine the part meeting the conditions in the part set, further purchases the part meeting the conditions, improves the part purchasing efficiency, and further improves the efficiency of the whole process when a new product is developed.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the component purchasing method of the present invention, a second embodiment of the component purchasing method of the present invention is provided.
The second embodiment of the parts procurement method differs from the first embodiment of the parts procurement method in that, before step S10, the parts procurement method further includes:
step i, acquiring a supplier set according to preset requirements, and uploading supplier information corresponding to each supplier in the supplier set to a purchase database.
In this embodiment, related research and development personnel may set a preset requirement according to an actual production situation, and input the preset requirement into the component purchasing apparatus, and the component purchasing apparatus acquires a supplier set meeting the preset requirement according to the preset requirement, and uploads supplier information corresponding to each supplier in the supplier set to the purchasing database, where it is to be noted that the preset requirement may be a specifically produced product, a type of the product, a component required by the product, and the like; the supplier information includes information on parts sold by the supplier, qualification information of the supplier, and the like.
The part purchasing device acquires the supplier set according to the preset requirement, uploads the supplier information corresponding to each supplier in the supplier set to the purchasing database, screens the suppliers in advance, is beneficial to reducing the time for acquiring the corresponding parts through the purchasing database, is beneficial to improving the part purchasing efficiency, and further improves the whole flow efficiency in the new product development process.
The invention also provides a part purchasing device. The part purchasing device of the invention comprises:

The computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a part procurement program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the part procurement method described above.
The method implemented when the component purchasing program running on the processor is executed may refer to various embodiments of the component purchasing method of the present invention, and details thereof are not described herein.
