Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a preparation method and application of a fragrance-releasing diaper when meeting water, aims to realize preparation of the diaper capable of releasing fragrance when meeting water and solves the problem that the existing diaper influences the living environment after absorbing urine.
Based on the above purpose, the invention provides a preparation method of a fragrance-releasing diaper when meeting water, which comprises the following steps:
step one, placing the crushed wood pulp material on first toilet paper on a conveying line;
mixing the high-molecular water-absorbing resin with perfume capable of emitting fragrance when meeting water to form a mixture, and adding the mixture to the wood pulp of the conveyed first toilet paper in a strip shape through blanking equipment;
step three, placing the second toilet paper above the first toilet paper, and performing first cladding and first compaction on the first toilet paper and the second toilet paper;
step four, cutting to form a diaper core body;
step five, respectively covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the diaper core body with non-woven fabrics and impermeable breathable films;
step six, performing second compaction and second coating in sequence;
step seven, slitting;
step eight, folding;
and step nine, packaging.
And in the second step, the mixture is added in the middle of the wood pulp material of the first toilet paper to form at least two strip materials which can emit fragrance when meeting water.
The width of the strip material is 2-3cm, and the intervals between the three strip materials are equal.
The bottom end of a feed opening of the feeding equipment is provided with at least two guide needle cylinders, and the bottom ends of the guide needle cylinders are provided with conical necking structures.
The feed opening comprises a connecting section and a conical flaring section, and the conical flaring section is connected with a discharge opening of the mixing barrel through the connecting section.
The impermeable breathable film is a PE film.
And step five, arranging a non-woven fabric HM to perform edge covering treatment on the diaper core body covered with the non-woven fabric.
The preparation method also comprises the steps of checking the film by a machine and counting after the folding step.
The mass ratio of the high-molecular water-absorbing resin to the perfume capable of emitting fragrance when meeting water is 10-15: 0.5-1.
The invention also provides application of the water-release fragrance-meeting diaper in a pet diaper.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, through a reasonable preparation method, the perfume which emits fragrance when meeting water is integrated in the prepared diaper, so that the diaper emits fragrance after absorbing urine, peculiar smell is conveniently removed, and indoor air is kept fresh. Meanwhile, after the owner of the pet smells the fragrance, the diaper can be replaced, and a certain reminding effect is achieved. Moreover, through the water-absorbing polymer resin and the perfume meeting water and giving off fragrance, the perfume is distributed in the diaper in a strip shape, and because the urine of the pet is mainly concentrated in the middle part of wearing, the structure arrangement saves the phenomenon of the whole occupied space, and meanwhile, the perfume can be absorbed in time to give off fragrance.
