The existing medical garbage can garbage bag needs medical staff to manually seal the garbage bag after being filled with garbage, and is operated by special personnel or in spare time in common medical places, and disinfection facilities are more sound, and the problem is not serious. But in the special environment of a vaccination car, the risk of cross-infection is greatly increased. As shown in fig. 5, thebuckle 52 includes anannular body 521, and a limitingportion 522 and a clampingportion 523 connected to two ends of theannular body 521, theannular body 521 is connected end to end, a structure in which the limitingportion 522 and the clampingportion 523 are close to each other is formed, theannular body 521 has a certain capability of restorable deformation, and when the clampingportion 523 is clamped into the limitingportion 522, the displacement of the clampingportion 523 can be limited by the limitingportion 522, so that the clampingportion 524 arranged in theannular body 521 relatively can be close to and clamp the sealingrope 51 placed in the middle, and the operation is simple and convenient, and the clamping operation can be realized by only one pressing action.
